Their website appointment scheduler doesnt show the real time availability. It was showing available for the same day, but soon after I booked I got a call stating I need to reschedule. I went in for a full synthetic oil change with a Groupon coupon. The lady welcomed me when I entered and redirected to Bruce who was my service advisor. He seemed very professional. I was able to completely watch whats going on with my car from the waiting area as they have a glass separating service bay. They gave an inspection report at the end and also they were so kind enough to fit even my new bumper deflector for free.

Excellent place to have your vehicle serviced and repaired. I scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I went in and was promptly greeted by the front office lady (who was just so nice) and she showed me where to check in. I was greeted by Mike who was going to be my service advisor. He got me checked in and I remembered another issue I had with the car and he said he would look into for me. They gave me a shuttle ride home because the repairs could take awhile. Now, it cost me $550 for the repair and oil change but I was expecting that. I knew what needed to be done and how much it may cost. Mike came thru with a very reasonable estimate and was in contact with me all along the way. He even arranged a shuttle ride back to pick my vehicle up. Thanks Leon, I appreciated the rides!On a side note, I was accidentally overcharged. I was not aware of it at the time but that lovely front office lady realized her mistake and called me shortly after and explained she didnt see my coupon I had used and had already made the correction and gave the refund. Now thats what I call GREAT service.Overall, this is an excellent place with good people you can trust. What more can you ask for.

I have been coming to Hall auto for all of my car maintenance the past few years and they are the absolute best. All of the staff is so friendly and kind and they really take care of your car and make you feel comfortable and calm in stressful car situations. I use Hall often as they are close to my work. usually just in for oil changes. I dont always have an appointment but if they can, they squeeze me in. You cant beat the price for an oil change. One its a lot cheaper than going to one of those quickie oil change places. Secondly, They actually look at your car to see if there is anything that needs to be addressed. There has never been a hard sell on this. They present everything and give you options with the pricing. I have even had a few of the quotes come in lower when the final bill was presented. At the end of the day, you want a shop that you can trust. I trust them over at Hall.

Great place to buy a car! They worked with us to get a price we could afford and offered us a fair price on a beater car for trade-in. And the cars we bought have met or exceeded our expectations in every way.Whats more, there was a mistake made while purchasing the vehicles, and the trade-in wasnt put on the contract. I didnt notice and walked away, leaving the car without getting any money for it, and no evidence that I was owed anything for the trade-in, just my memory of what was told me. On the way home, I realized what happened, called them up, and they sent the check immediately. They saw the mistake and corrected it without missing a beat. Not a lot of people would do that. So I highly recommend these guys.And now today, 4 months later, I opened the mailbox to see an extra set of keys for one of the vehicles that they must have found afterward. Again, they could have just thrown them away and forgotten about it, but they went through the extra hassle to send them to me. Use them for my oil changes. They are consistently clean quick and thorough, and most importantly they wont emerge from under your car and tell you that there are 13 different things wrong and theyre all costly fixes (as to say they are straight shooters). No great value here, just quality work at a fair price.

Went for an oil change and they forgot to put a gasket on the oil drain plug. Car leaked oil until I got it repaired by a different shop. Now its fine.Probably wont return. Which is a shame because it seems like a nice place to get your car done.

Had to get repair work done on my car. The guy who inspected my vehicle was very friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs were made in a timely manner and I was very pleased with their work. For me the kicker was that they actually cleaned out the inside of my car, which my wife described as a single mans car full of empty cans and other stuff I never got around to throwing away. They made a bad situation tolerable and the little act of cleaning my car so well made me comfortable in driving it again after the accident.

Ive had oil changes here a few times now. They are very friendly. I asked them to look at my tire since it had a slow leak. They found the issue and fixed it. No issues since. Recommend.

Our car had a major accident (hit by a drunk driver). Lawyers and insurance companies were involved and it was a long process. Kent Smith there at Hall Automotive was the most patient, kind, and helpful person I have ever worked with in the auto repair business. Once the car was done, it looked and handled better than it did before the accident. I was beyond impressed with how everything was handled every single step of the way!

They made hitting a deer less painful! Repairs were made quickly, my car was super shiny and back to normal in no time. They even fit me in to get the oil changed, since I was super overdue :/Classy service!

After purchasing a high mileage 2007 Expedition, we experienced sporadic problems that only occurred after driving on the freeway for over 20 minutes. I suspect the previous owner was aware of the problem, but Hall was not. It took quite awhile to figure it out, but the service department got it solved and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jess, John and Bruce for doing the right thing.

Take a close look at your quote before accepting the charges. I took my car into Hall Automotive and the representative spent about 30 seconds looking at my car and wrote up a $1,500 estimate for a minor repair that should cost significantly less. Representative was not friendly and talked down to me. When I asked about insurance he said that he knows nothing about it and I need to call Volkswagen to get information. Hall VW is conveniently located, but I’ll certainly be taking my car to one of the other VW service centers in the area.

The quality of the dent removal work done here was excellent. And even though they charged me 20$ for car cleaning which I didnt ask for, I was amazed by the interior cleaning. The car looked brand new in and out. Quality work.

I have had multiple negative experiences involving the service department. They messed up my emissions test and entered the wrong data and said I needed to come back for another test, no big deal but an inconvenience nonetheless.Then today I went in with a simple question regarding my sunroof cover being jammed. The same guy who messed up my emissions test said we cant fit it in today. I replied that it should be an easy fix, I just wanted him to take a 10 step walk to my car and take a look so I wouldnt break anything if I attempted to fix it myself. Anyway, I fixed it myself in 30 seconds and wasted more of my time visiting Hall.I wont be using Hall Automotive any longer.

Hall is one of the few dealerships I visit in Milwaukee, and theyve always done a great job servicing my vehicle and providing great customer service. Just recently, I had an issue with my Toyota and called in to see if I could have someone look at it. They told me to come in right away, and they immediately addressed the issue upon my arrival. The service was fast and friendly, and for this minor issue, they didnt even charge me! I definitely recommend Hall and will continue to see them for any future needs.

I had my car in for repairs on the front fender after hitting a coyote. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes with a quote, service agreement, and a free rental. Just over 24 hours later repairs done and car was returned to me after being detailed inside to include carpet and floor mats as well as outside wax. Excellent customer service start to finish and I was reassured their facility was VW certified.

They did an okay job repairing my vehicle, it did take multiple times stopping by and pointing out areas for them to correct. The end result was a fantastic looking car again though.

I always feel like I’m getting a chest cold when I’m here, and I’ve noticed it’s got to be something in the waiting room. It’s awful!!! The staff are always arrogant and dismissive to myself and other women whom I’ve seen getting services here at the same time as I. NOTE: this is my third time receiving service here over the past 6 months, as it’s very close to my home and looked better than it was.

My first time here......I guess Im not the only one with complaints. 1)No one could tell me why my hubcap cover was missing when they had my vehicle for 4 days, and they refused to run the cameras back to see that I had all four on arrival. The lady in the service department accused me of lying about the hubcap covers then said someone may have stole it off the lot. 🤔 Not a good way to retain business in my opinion. 2)They charged me over $500 for two diagnostic tests and a sensor....claiming they would need another 700 to get another random fix done, but werent sure if fixing either issue would fix the parasitic drain. Luckily I was able to go to a different mechanic and get their $700 quote done for $100. I passed emissions, and check engine light went off, but of course after having my car back for a little over 24hrs the light is back on. Work on your people skills and integrity Hall of Brookfield and stop overcharging people for stuff you cant fix. #trash

Bought a used truck from them. I didnt expect a new truck but they couldve fixed the little things. I went to check oil and they had a broken dipstick in the oil tube. I bought a new dipstick and it turns out they had the wrong oil tube on as well. Additionally the salesman told me they fixed the gas gauge. That was never fixed. Air bag needs fixing also. It just seems they put bandaids on everything to make it look good instead of fixing things so they are safe. Btw the truck I traded in had massive problems And saw they put it up sale.

First review I have ever left but I have never not been able to shake such a terrible experience. Worst car experience I have ever had. Staff was not friendly at all, they were not ready even though I set an appointment to come in, car was not clean or in selling condition what so ever, grease hand prints and stains on doors and walls, car was not even wiped down even though they had 2 days advanced notice I was coming in to look at the vehicle. Complete waste of gas and time. Would never recommend to anyone.

In all of my years, with all of my cars, I have heard a lot of dealership nonsense when it comes to car service. And while some service reps can be a bit demeaning, I have never experienced anything like I did at Hall. The rep, Dan, was a true jerk. I did not understand the options that he was providing—they were not making any sense to me and I asked him to explain. After all, I am going to spend $1,000+ with this company. He was a complete jerk and went out of his way to make me feel like an idiot.Who needs that? I walked out.Glad there are other places where I can go to as I will never go back to Hall.

Bad customer service. The first time I went, I stood in the service department without acknowledgment for 2 minutes while 4 guys stood there and didnt say a thing. I go back a second time because of a problem with my tires and they never put the valve stem covers back on. My partner thought about buying his Passat from there but no one came out to lot for 20 minutes, He went elsewhere and wrote a check for his new car. Neither of us will be returning.

Sitting on the side of the interstate with kids in the car on our way to our vacation because they couldnt have told us/Looked at our coolant level. We had a Groupon for oil change anf tire rotation. I wouldnt expect additional liquids to be included in the price but, if they had taken the time to tell me my brakes and other items needed attention, dont you think they would have also checked my fluid levels? Every other oil change place does it. It would have even been an easy up sale for them and they were really nice to me. But, here we sit in danger on the side of the interstate. Thank you to the State Trooper for comming to help us move traffic over and giving us a better sense of security!! We were able to let the engine cool down and make it to the next gas station to buy coolant.I Will never go back!! We could have lost our car or even our lives over it!!

Went there and test drove a truck I was told was for sale. When I got back from the test drive the sales manager came out and told me he sold the truck to someone else who saw the truck yesterday during my test drive. The truck I went there to buy was sold out from under me even though I had the keys and the right of first refusal. I have been around the car Buisness a long time and have never seen such a unprofessional organization

Over charged me for oil change. They issue coupons but be careful, they didnt go by coupon pricing.

Took my car in for an emissions check, and they failed me for not being able to connect to the vehicles OBD System, citing either blown fuses or a damaged DLC. They offered a $79 exploratory service to examine the issue, and also said it would cost $300 if it were the DLC. Not wanting to pay the idiot tax for potential blown fuses(these cost next to nothing), I decided to consult a friend (an engineer who regularly works on vehicles). We checked the fuses, checked the DLC, and both appeared to be fine. Already suspicious, I decide to go to the local Valvoline shop for an emissions check. Surprise surprise it passed! I asked around, and apparently they are known for trying to fleece people. Do your due diligence, consult another shop before you go here. I would avoid at all costs.

Very poor service I ordered some touch-up paint and after 2 months is still had not come in finally I got an old old old thing of touch up paint that was dried out and it did not come with the extra pearlized coating that should have been with it so because they made me wait so long that they did give me an extra container with the in but I think they just forgot about me and I dont appreciate doing business with a place like that
