Terrific experience! Travelling cross country from Annapolis MD to San Francisco, CA, I had to stop in Kenosha, WI where I lost all braking power in my (new to me) 29 Itasca Motor-home. The local Kenosha RV dealer didnt service them so I carefully made my way to Toms in Waukegan. Tom was able to get me in right away and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to get all the brake components (front and rear) for my year chassis, install them and even test drive the RV before handing me back my keys the VERY NEXT DAY! He also noticed the bushings on my sway bar were broken/bad and replaced those too, making my journey smoother and safer. The price was more than fair for the piece of mind he gave me driving my family. Highly recommend Tom and his staff for their quality and friendliness!!
