I brought my 2007 Toyota Tundra in for major service. All fluids changed, all filters changed, front brakes fully changed, new bumper installed, new fog lights installed, exhaust leak fixed, and a few other things. Work was excellent, price was very fair, details of all repairs walked through and photos shown of repairs, etc. Repair was done on time. Absolutely no issues, perfect service. Their shop is easy to get to, close to highway and easy parking. Ill be back.

Bob Rauch is a very knowledgeable BMW mechanic. He has worked on 3 of my cars over last 6 years, (E39, F31, G30). He works on other German makes as well. Originally came to him for tire replacement and found that he was really helpful with all of my cars, including the G30 will still under warranty. Margaret manages Bob and pretty much all other aspects of the business.

I wanted to book a day to fix my car. The first time I met him he offered to shut the EL and mentioned to me a fix that needed to be done. I stopped by a second time to tell him that the engine light was finally out, and that I wanted him to look at the leak issue. He was busy eating his hamburger though the shop was obviously open, and said to me I can’t fix it, it will cost 1k. I asked him to share the cause of the leak and he said I have to book a time. Then he practically kick me out without a reason. Actually he did have a reason, he had to finish his hamburger and had no time and patience for me.

I was quoted 650 for 3 coils and spark plugs. Seems I didnt need the coils after all until he broke one that I had just had replaced. I dropped the car at 8:30am. I called at 12PM and was told there was a parts mishap. I called again at 3, as he was just finishing up. I finally got my car at 5pm. I was charged for the coil, and $324 in labor. YEC coil he priced at 102. (Auto zone...56) Grand total of $624. He argued about the price, stating that it took 2.7 hours. 1 hour max According to everyone else. No other vehicles in the shop though this entire day. Now I see why. I got ripped off!! I hear him tell his wife she cant afford us as Im walking out the door.

I’ve referred a number of friends to Bob and Margaret. This is a thinking mechanics workshop. Problems are accurately diagnosed and repaired. Too many shops practice ‘swaptronics’ tossing parts at cars hoping one of them fixes the problem. Not here. Bob knows what’s he’s doing.

Really nice people. Had my tires delivered here by TireRack and it was one of the places they recommended. So glad I found them. They replaced my tires for less than what I would have had to pay at the Karl Knauz dealership. My car is driving so smoothly, I love it! I also asked them about a light bulb that my car has been warning me about and they immediately set me up with another appointment to come back later and have it fixed. I will recommend them to everybody I know and I’m definitely coming back here myself if I have any other issues come up. Bob knows his way around a car. I broke a brake rotor and Bob had no problem changing out my parts when I had an issue removing the caliper bolts. But pointed out a few other preventive maintenance issues that I took care of. Top notch service and very highly experienced with BMWs. Highly recommend.
