I was in the market for a used car last Spring and found Fortune Motor Group through an online search. I decided to stop by and check out their inventory in person. Tried to sell me a smelly car. You would think that a car dealer would want the car to be perfect when being sold.

For the most part, I am happy with my experience. Days after getting the car I was pressured multiple times thru text by the guy who sold me the car to write a review. That made me question things. My remote broke the DAY I got the car, within 4 hours of having the car. Ive had tape around it ever since I got it to keep it in place but Ive had the car for 2 months now and need a new remote. The remote is 200+ dollars. Not ideal considering I just bought the car. About a few days after buying the car, the speakers on the right side of the car I noticed were blown out. Yes they are small things and my car runs great but still matters. I love my car but Im at a loss because none of these things are covered by warranty. They did help me out A LOT after being denied by so many places and gave me way more than expected for my 99 stratus.

Purchased a used work van from Fortune on Saturday 3-30-19. Found a few Vans in the area on autotrader. The 2013 E250 that was on their lot had accurate pictures to the actual condition. As I arrived on the lot, I was greeted immediately by salesman Tony Ayala. A few cliche sales line were pitched as he gathered a little info from us, but he was very respectful about it. He went inside, grabbed keys to open up a few of the vans I was interested in, and then gave us space to look them over. I Walked on to the sales floor and discussed my thoughts about the vans and where my budget fell with him. Took it for a test drive and was happy with it. Discussed a bit more with Tony. There was no haggling or arguing, he understood where I needed to be, and made it happen. Looking over the paperwork, the numbers were exactly where we discussed.
