Closs Tire and Autos and their mechanic, Brian Davies, was able to get me in immediately for my oil change and to check out the noise I was hearing in my engine area. They were able to find the problem that Ive been trying for two years to be fixed but no other mechanic was able to find the problem. Now my Civic purrs like a kitten again. THANK YOU!!!

I have an older car (Jimmy 2001) & have had some issues with it over the past few years & Closs Auto always get’s it running. Closs tire goes above and beyond to make sure your car is safe and performed honestly and reasonably. This is without doubt the best experience I have had. You are important to them. And they make sure you are satisfied. I live fairly close so they took me home and picked me up! How cool is that?

We have been going to Closs Tire and Auto for a couple of years. We have a number of older vehicles, and they are very good about explaining what needs to be fixed immediately and set up other work based on priority. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and take time to explain what is needed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.

Started taking my automobiles to Closs Tire about three months ago after receiving a recommendation from a co-worker. Impressed was an understatement!!! There professionalism and customer service is second to none, which is extremely rare to find nowadays. But most importantly every problem Ive brought them the job has been fixed and completed without issue. Very professional business that I would HIGHLY recommend to all my friends and family.

I dont know where to begin. Closs Tire & Auto has gone above and beyond to make the necessary repairs for my car to function as it should. When I first brought my car in for repair it was a hot mess, to say the very least. Sue was incredible at explaining everything that needed to be repaired. I also truly appreciated the break down of pricing. I love that they take into conisderation their customers financial situation. Sue was able break things down to me, a person with minimal knowledge of car talk, so that I understood exactly what and why things were being done to my car, and she helped me prioritize the repairs so that the cost of all the repairs would not overwhelm me. This business has incredible follow up; they genuinely care about the quality of their work and want to insure their customers are completely satisfied. I cant even remember how I came to first visit Closs Tire, but I havent gone anywhere else since. I so appreciate them and their integrity. I love the fact that when I had a very old car with lots of needs, they patiently explained what things are necessary for safety and immediate, and which things can be delayed. All the drivers in my household have now adopted Closs as our go to place. This is solidly, 100% because time and again we have seen that they go out of their way for their customers.

They found the cause of a noise problem in minutes that two other shops could not identify after multiple attempts! They are service oriented and will make every attempt to make sure you are satisfied and that your work/life schedule has minimum interruption.

I should have known better than to buy tires anywhere else. Unfortunately thats what I did (ladies: never listen to your husbands, lol). Well, not only did they sell me a defective tire, when i went to replace it they broke my shift knob!! Then they wanted to sent me to a mechanic who had nothing but negative reviews and gave me the creeps when I called to discuss. Thank GOD for Closs tires where they replaced the shift knob for me quickly, no hassle, easy peasy, in a clean environment, very professional, and they treated me like a VIP! I learned my lesson! stay with the good people at Closs, and dont make the mistake of going anywhere else.

Went here not knowing anything about cars. They’ve explain the condition of my car perfectly how is it not safe to drive in it’s condition. And it’s amazing how i understood everything that they’ve said with zero knowledge about cars!! Sue, carl and dave are so awesome i rarely write reviews but super hands down to them!! Staff are super nice and friendly! I’m definitely making this my go to place for my car!

Very friendly and professional staff. They also stand by there work. I went there for a tire repair and my aluminum rim got a little damage. Close had the rim repaired. The repair took a couple of days. It came back from repair and it looks as good as the day it was brand new. Close Tire & Auto did a great job for me. Thank you.

I have been a customer with Closs since I got my first car and I will always continue to go to them.

The worse place in the world to get your car fixed. I had to pay to get something fixed on my car. That they didn’t fixed but told me it was when I picked up my car. I come back 3days later because the problem was not fixed after paying $186. When I get there, they smiling acting friendly but looking nervous because they knew they were about to start telling lies. They said the new problem they discovered on the car was gone be 6 hundred and something dollars. Can you guys believe I went to another place called fortune motors. They priced it and it was $265 and they fixed the same problem that they said it was. I didn’t get any discount, I was highly upset. They didn’t fix the problem but they got my $186 free . I feel so horrible that I went there. I feel so back stabbed. Like I have kids, bills and all. No one even said hey look you spent your money the problem not fixed here’s a discount. Sad, and sorry please do not even get service from these people they are con artists.

They were very friendly but for some reason I felt like I was being conned. I went and got a second opinion and as I guessed, I was. They wanted 623.00 for a 130 dollar job at Ace Radiator. Their expertise is in tires and tires only I do not recommend any auto work from their establishment💯.

I had a wonderful experience even though it was more than the tech initially thought was wrong the tech was awesome and the management was even better. They have a customer for life!

This business claims to do their best to make our customers satisfied That is far from the truth. How else do you explain me taking my vehicle in for a front end noise,spending a considerable amount of money for your services,only to drive away WITH THE EXACT SAME NOISE STILL THERE. Being in business since 1980 doesnt say anything about your customer service. The experience I had with Closs Tire says it all. Bad communicating, bad work ethic, bad place to take your vehicle. Avoid at all costs. Jiffy Lube is just down the street.

I took my car here for a front end noise which I was sure was a broken strut or possibly cv shaft.(dads a mechanic in FL & I grew up with cars) I knew I needed brakes too. I asked them for an estimate/evaluation. My husband works for an auto parts company so I explained to them up front that we would provide parts. They were ok with this. Their diagnosis is a brake job and that the noise is a loose brake hose. We provide all the parts and they charge us $400 for a brake job! Are you kidding me? (Im sure they over charged to make up for loss in them selling us parts.) I take my car only to notice the loud clunky noise is still there! We take it back and they now tell me that I have a broken strut! How do you do a complete brake job and not notice a broken strut especially after the customer is complaining of a loud front end noise. While theyre working on our car we notice a note they wrote on our estimate paper (which the owner tried hiding so we wouldnt see) saying theyve been too generous with us by giving us free estimates and allowing us to bring in our parts and they will no longer do anything free for us How dare they! I never asked for anything free, I told them up front about the parts. They couldve refused. Now they want to over charge me for a strut job when it couldve and shouldve been taken care of in the first place. This place screams incompetence. Ill never visit again. I do not recommend this place.

Employees have NASTY RUDE attitudes for no reason. Mechanic doesnt want to work with you and when you ask to drop your vehicle he wants to pick an argument. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL people. Never again will I step foot in their building.
