First off, Ronald was great, genuinely kind guy and gave us his undivided attention.Unfortunately, his Management team let him down today for a few reasons that led my wife and I to look for a vehicle elsewhere.I was pleased with the General Manager, Anthony, having the courtesy to call from his personal phone to make amends with how the Sales Manager made us feel today. Every business has lapses in Customer Service, but good businesses take the time to reach out and apologize. Thank you Ronald and Anthony for your honest approach in making people feel valued.

Exceptional dealership. I wanted to make a trade in on another vehicle in their lot. They were exceptionally accommodating with my unusual work schedule. Im not a fan of their offsite appointment coordinator system as it can lead to lapses in communication between the dealership and the coordinator, however both were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Believe every review you read. I brought a car from this dealership and I regret buying from them. Customer service is non existent once you leave with a car they know has issues but fix up well enough to get through a test drive. Over a month since purchase and still no plates. No one answers calls nor do they return call. I strongly believe they have called id to screen calls. No one responds to emails. How is this place still functioning? I will be contacting BBB next

I was really impressed with the quality of vehicles and the professionalism of their sales staff. I was working with Ron C in sales and I cant say enough about how positive and professional he was. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. The only reason why I cant give 5 stars is that we couldnt agree on a final price and my only complaint is that Elite Motors reconsider their No haggle firm pricing policy.

Absolute rip off prices. Do not buy a vehicle here, look around. I watched the same truck sit in their lot for months and lower 6 grand then go back up 2 grand. I told them to take my number and let me know when they come down to a price I offered (which was a more realistic price for a 6 year old truck) and the salesman hung up on me. Terrible service, terrible salesmanship. Dont be fooled. Be cautious with this company. Also dont be fooled by their answering service who lies about end of year sales and closeout sales, ect... Its a ploy to get you there, there is no deal or sale.

Got a BMW 3 series from here earlier this month. My initial experience was very pleasant. Mark is an excellent salesman, very transparent and accommodating.

The truck I wanted to check out looked all scratched and dinged not presentable at all. A quick wax and buff could make it better. Never got a chance to test drive it. Hours on door said open at 9 asked a guy to test drive it he said come back in 40 minutes at like 10 I asked cant you show the truck he said no while walking away from me and said go get breakfast and come back. No thanks that was my sign to leave poor customer service and vehicle presentation.

I had selected the 2014 mustang on the Internet is my next car if the terms were right and the price was right and the car was in good condition. I intentionally did not bring my checkbook or any credit cards or cash as I want to just walk in test drive the vehicle and think about it for a couple days. After test driving the vehicle, one of the staff members went over the pricing with me and I arrived at what I thought was a great price but I still wanted to wait a couple daysbefore making the final decision. I was show the Carfax sheet and the car was from Arkansas, no rust!The financial manager approved my loan even though my credit was not very good but my income is. I would highly recommend going to elite motors to purchase your used vehicle even if your credit is not perfect they can get you the car you want. Mark

I was a bit hesitant buying a Tesla from a non Tesla dealership, but after my test drive with Ronald my mind was set at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. Everyone at the dealership was professional and made my buying experience a breeze. They were fair and gave me a great deal on my trade in and on the vehicle I was purchasing. This has been by far my best experience at a car dealership and I truly appreciate all Ronald and his staff did to assist.

Worked primarily with Anthony. Had interactions with Joe as well. Anthony is loaded with personality and is a really fun guy to interact with. Bought a car on-line as we are out of state and had the car shipped. The car was as promised when it got here which was a huge relief. I shipped the car through a broker, however, which was a mistake. Their communication was horrible... So, I had asked Anthony to call them on my behalf to prod them along, and he gladly did! That was above and beyond for the customer! But, I also asked if he could play a joke on my teenage son with me. He had found this car on-line that he REALLY wanted. But... we wanted to surprise him with it so I asked Anthony to call me and leave a message that the car had sold to someone else. That, of course, made the surprise that much better! He played along and had fun with it.So, great experience and I recommend!👍

Do not under any circumstances give your personal information to them unless you are certain you want to purchase the vehicle. They will hard inquiry your credit without your permission before you agree to purchase the a vehicle. They also tried to sell a vehicle as no accidents reported even though safety devices in the vehicle had been deployed. When I was checking over the car the salesman said lets go and talk numbers about every 20 seconds to get me stop looking over the vehicle so I wouldnt notice what was wrong with it all the while they were running my credit without my permission. Hands down the most unprofessional experience buying a car that I have ever witnessed. The lack of ethics and integrity is outrageous.

Drove an hr to test ride a vehicle. My appointment was with Anthony but he was busy and passed us off to another lady. Took the test drive and she negotiated down the price. We left to grab lunch and said we would be right back and once we came back, she wasnt there and we dealt with Anthony who told us she did not have the authority to lower the price and raised it back up to the asking price. We left empty handed and will not be returning. Complete waste of time.

I test drove the only Tesla you had in stock and the price wasnt fair market. The Salesman Ronald to his credit stated he knew very little if anything about Tesla. During the test drive, he was on the phone speaking in Spanish. Me being fluent in 4 languages including Spanish was completely turned off by his offensive conversation, to say the least. They were less than willing to work with you regarding the price.

I didnt end up purchasing a car here. The salesperson was friendly enough and was a low pressure environment. The main issue I had was with how the dirty the cars were. The pictures posted dont capture the actual state of the car. The car I was looking at had rust all over, and the carfax info was sparse, mostly stating it was from Canada. The final straw was when they tacked on some sort of paint protection that they claim they cannot remove. At least they were nice enough to not pressure me any further when I told them Ill keep looking around.

Went to Check out a 17 Ram. Pictures are deceiving (as always), but very unprofessional staff that couldnt really tell me much about their vehicles. A/C didnt work on the Ram I wanted and test drove, owner said hed drop 100 bucks off it so I could get A/C recharged. Went outside and called 3 Dodge dealers and they all quoted me at about 250 bucks to recharge. Went back in and told them that and they said theyd give me 200 off and no more. Wanted 25k+ for a truck with no A/C, rusty undercarriage, and tried to add some bs cost for paint protection. Waste of a day off. Sketchy as hell. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Excellent experience! Just purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester last night. Simple process, very friendly, great customer service, and Covid-19 friendly! Ronald was the one who helped me and answered all the questions I had! Prior to coming into Elite I was recommended by one of my friends to check them out when I was ready for a new vehicle. Found the vehicle online and contacted Elite on Sunday. Got a response quickly and was contacted the next day. Highly recommend!

This is the typical used car lot, they do whatever they can to get you in a vehicle. The sales man was kind of rude to my wife and didnt disclose there was damage on the car when he sold it to us. They barely cleaned it, the paint was very rough, the interior was also dirty. The window tint started bubbling right after we took delivery. They also added charges on the backend without telling us. They dont care about anything but making money.

If I could give this dealership an NEGATIVE number I would! Dont EVER go here and spend any money with them! They gave me a car that had a Recall on the engine that they already knew before selling it to me, (The car went out on me while driving on the expressway with my 1 year old in the backseat!), The Starter went out, The entire front frame plus the Headlights had to be replaced, ALL TIRES were bad, They added unnecessary fees that THEY GAVE ME NO COPIES OR INFORMATION ON, and then they made sure it was non refundable so they can get as much money out of it as possible. I started to experience all of these issues within a month of having the car. The Two General Managers are unprofessional, lazy, disrespectful, and unethical. They get financed through the WORST finance companies that will put a tracker on your car, Harass you if you’re a second late, send your employer and family garish wages threats, and the list goes on! Please do yourself I favor and don’t do business with them, they will put you and your family in a car that ISNT SAFE.!

Horrible experience with this dealer. I would not recommend ever buying a car here. For starters they advertised the truck as excellent condition on the website and reflected it in the price. The truck was far from excellent condition and required 2000 dollars plus in maintenance within 500 miles of purchasing. The boss around there had no respect for his customers. The website is unprofessional and all around was just not a good experience. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

I needed a different car and I saw Elite Motors had several of the make and model I was looking for. I set up an appointment and was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. I told Mark (my salesperson) what I was looking for and I was immediately offered a test drive. I didn’t need to drive the vehicle long before I knew I liked it. They offered me financing that fit my budget. I am 100% pleased with my purchase and the ease of which Elite Motors made buying a new (to me) vehicle.

Poor customer service. We were looking at Jeep Wranglers and that’s all I wanted. Went there two times from a far. First time spoke with a man named Anthony and Jadair and supposedly we made a deal just couldn’t finish that day because they were closing. Went back on my day off from work and they would not acknowledge the deal that they expressed to me even after calling them to make the appointment and confirming our deal. Also, they forcefully wanted to check my credit to try to sell me cars I was not interested in. Place is a joke. First of all my credit score is great and I’m not going to allow my score to drop because they’re trying to sell me car that I’m not interested in. The place is a joke and don’t value customers. This place doesn’t even deserve a star. My business will be taken else where I am respected and valued as a customer. Dealer lost a great customer because of their stupidity.

Let me start by saying that I have purchased over 35 different vehicles in my lifetime and this experience by far was one of best. Robert Jones is very good at what he does and this was obvious by how he handled my deal. He displayed a level of patience, professionalism and knowledge that made a normally stressful situation a very pleasant one. I cant forget to mention James who is one of the coolest Sales Managers that I have ever met. He was my first contact with Elite and was the reason I decided to shop at a dealer almost 50 miles from my home. The last thing I want to mention is that Elite Motors has one of the best referral programs I have ever seen. Jorgen was excellent and very attentive. I was able to do almost everything before I showed up at the dealership. I was coming from a couple hours away to get a specific truck. He had the deal ready to go. I was in and out of there in record time for purchasing a vehicle. Listing had a couple errors but overall that was the only issue and Jorgen himself was great to work with and stayed late to finish the deal.

I purchased a vehicle and now I am unable to get in touch with dealership regarding warranty for insurance company. Ive been calling for at least 3 weeks leaving messages and no one is returning my call. They are quick to make a sale but after the sale is made they leave you out to dry. Horrible service

We didnt purchase a vehicle from here, but our experience here last week was great. Our sales rep Ron, was excellent. He was very welcoming and honest about the vehicle. Im a mechanic, I did a thorough visual inspection of their vehicle we looked at; even bringing my own diagnostic scanner to check the car. It was as advertised and at a very good price point based on the current surrounding market. They were willing to fix all of the issues I found. Unfortunately we didnt make a purchase, not because of the cars condition or the experience at Elite, but because we found another car of the same make and model in a different color that we liked more at another dealership. Despite that, we felt Elite would have been a great dealership to buy from based on our short experience thanks to Ron.

Not knowledgeable of their vehicles on lot and their trade in value was laughable. I drove to CarMax down the street right after I left and they tripled the appraisal. If you want a good trade in deal with good salesman and inventory DO NOT come here. It’s a joke.

They will scan you and trick you into buying a pos. The truck they sold me 3 days and the first trans went out. Im on my third. The computer is rigged so you cant scan it and Im positive it was underwater at some point. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY DONT GO HERE

Everything looks good in pictures, but you have to inspect the vehicle real good before you buy it. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer under 30,000 miles at a good price.A few issues but were taken care of at no charge.There are some good vehicles in that lot, I might go back to purchase a pick up later in the future.

A month ago I went into elite motors Inc dealership looking to try to purchase a vehicle. It didn’t work out no worries. About a week ago a representative from the dealership calls me back and says hey we’ve got a new program you qualify come in. I merely say are you sure I worked with Anthony the sales manager and Lenny and there was nothing they could do for me. Oh no Mr. Bigler we have a new program is all based on finances how much do you make. I let them know. According to him and Anthony they said as long as I made that minimum amount everything was good.I spent a few days looking through their website deciding the best options for me and my family for a new vehicle. I came in Saturday on New Year’s Day weekend in the ice and snow walked in the dealership and Anthony immediately looked at me and said oh I’m sorry man I remember you but there still nothing we can do for you.What a absolute waste of time and effort. I was obviously lied to for some reason to come back in just to be told to leave.Ruined my dayDon’t trust Anthony, Lenny or any of the phone representatives.
