His work is very meticulous. He is very thorough and fairly priced!
The owner is awful he behaves like a child whenever he doesnt want to speak to customers. When hes fed up he cuts you off a lot and says he doesnt work on the cars so he sends you to speak with his mechanics. Even then my car was never fully fixed and excuses were made about it. Never going back

My insurance company sent me to belvidere auto body. I seen a lot a bad reviews but I had no problems. My car was returned to me looking better than it did before my car crash. And I truly appreciate it..
I am very happy with the service I received from Mike and his staff at Belvidere Auto Body. Everyone at the shop was very professional. I had work done to my Tahoe and they did a great job! I finally found a shop that puts pride in their work. Mike the owner was really detailed in telling me the steps that needed to be done. I will definitely be back in the future. I also recommend giving them a try. You wont be disappointed.

This is the only place where I would go to get auto body work done. They do very high quality work at the best possible prices. Mike the owner takes personal interest in every job to make sure it is done right and to satisfaction. They truly care about their customers.
Yea so my insurance company sent me to this place to get my car fixed, they did such a great job! It did take one more day than they said it would but so be it for the quality they produced. I live all the way out in Grayslake so I was a little skeptical coming all the way to Waukegan for repairs. the shops appearance was not the greatest but overall they did a good job and great customer service from the guy working there.
Got my Honda Pilot fixed here, They do great, so far haven’t had any issues with their work
Body shop told me five to seven business days to complete.One month later I still dont have my car back.Supposed to pick up today.Im afraid to go see the work they didWorst shop ever!!!Avoid this business at all costs!!!
Had my worst experience ever. I left my car there to fix it on Monday morning around 10 am. They said it’s going to be ready latest Friday but they’ll do ASAP. They called me Wednesday for ask the keys. Like are you guys seriously asking for that after two days. They got the keys after they asked for it on Wednesday. I called them yesterday to learn if it’s going to be ready for Friday. She said someone going to call me about my car. They didn’t call me about it. I called them today to know if I will get my car today. They said on Monday 4 pm. The way how he talks was insane. He was yelling at me on the phone. He never answer my questions. He hang up on my face. He wasn’t helpful and professional at all. I really wanted to get my car back right away. But I can say I’m not going to work with this body shop for sure. The only thing I had to work with them because of my insurance company Safeway.
Just had my Camaro fixed here after a bad accident, This shop did a fantastic job! First time here and I will definitely be coming back if I ever get into another accident.
I had work done at this shop and I could not believe how unprofessional it was. My insurance company paid for service that I found out later wasnt even done and when I returned to the shop to question them about it there response was I didnt know you wanted it done. However they got paid for it. They did eventually fix the issues but it was only after a number of times I had to return there. This shop feels just because they service police cars and other official cars they are above the law and can do what ever they want. Just know if you take your car here be prepaired to wait and take it some where after they are done with it to make sure that they did the actual service that you or your insurance is paying for.
Mike and his staff were very honest and pleasant to work with. Thank you again for such great work on my car!

If I could give 0 stars I would, Mike the owner was very rude and belligerent towards me because I have a family issue and I’m moving out of the state. He was yelling and cussing at me, told me how he doesn’t like working in the auto body shop industry and how he doesn’t like customers like me. He did no work on my vehicle and is refusing to pay me back the $1,507.73 that I paid him to do the work and now I’m not receiving the product. He’s refusing to refund me because I could be “lying” about my situation. If I’m not receiving your services you can’t keep my money, and him yelling and cussing at me didn’t make anything better. Finally had the nerve to tell me I can take him to court to get MY money back.
I liked the service I received from Mike, he was honest! I would definitely go for another auto repair. Very nice customer service.:)
Shawn was fantastic, it was sad to lose my car to an accident but the team she has at her shop and with her wonderful service it was a much less stressful experience. I would absolutely go out of my way to bring in my next vehicle to be worked on here, thank you all so much!

Thefts! Thefts! Rude secretary lies to get away from things! rude employees that tell you they dont care about the car! Stole parts from my car and claimed they never had them had to go thru different resources to get my parts back! When they gave me my parts not a even a sorry they knew they had my parts but tried to play the idk game we didnt touch your vehicle! Was called a lier over something they knew they had. When they hand me my parts they knew they fup on stealing and lying. Worst place to go bad customer service! Worst experience!

My car was wrecked on March 1st 2016 and was immediately towed to McClures in Gurnee. A few days later it was retrieved from McClures by my insurance and taken to Belvidere Auto body. 6 weeks later my car was finally ready but I notice I had some things missing. I kept finding more and more things missing as I started driving my care more. So I called the shop to inquire about my missing items. It had to be about 6 things missing from my car. The woman who always answered the phone was always polite so I didnt thing my things were intentionally stolen but just misplaced. A week later I call back to see if anything came up...NOTHING. They tell me to follow up with the initial towing company who towed my car from the accident site...so I did. McClures gave me the option to watch the cameras if Id like to and the also stated that this was not the first time theyve heard of things missing from vehicle going to belvidere auto body. I have accepted the fact that I may not get my things back but who steals childrens shoes?? Glad I didnt leave anything in my car that I really actually might have needed to use or anything expensive
Was in an accident that damaged the entire side of my vehicle. They had my car fixed in no time, great service and good work, couldnt be happier!
I let my insurance choose this shop and had my car towed there.If I would have gone in person and seen how nasty the office/waiting room was,I would have NEVER chosen them based on that alone.My car needed the front bumper replaced and it took a little over 2 1/2 weeks.When I picked up my car the piece was not on smoothly.There was a gap which they blamed on not being able to order the correct piece made FOR my car.They said it was not available.My front license plate was missing and there were scratches.They offered to fix the gap and 20 minutes later it looked a little better but it didnt last.I would NEVER go there again.I wouldnt recommend ANYONE i know to get any work done there.I am understanding to alot of things but I was shocked at the unprofessional work/atmosphere.

The Hispanic woman who attends is very despicable, my car was sent by the insurance company to fix it there, they gave it to me dirty with bondo dust and with the marks from where the clear started and ended and also 2 blurred marks on the door, I told her but never to me. they listened
