These guys were totally awesome from start to finish! Very helpful and informative on every level! Nice to have someone who cares when the insurance company doesnt! I would highly recommend this place for people who want honest professionals! Anything else happens to one of my vehicles.... I am going here, even though its out of my way!!! Thanks guys!

Very great customer service and patience

[Im an insurance agent as well, 10yrs+ still counting, I worked for numerous locations in the Waukegan, IL]As Im reading the reviews there is a lot of incorrect information in these reviews.Allow to me elaborate, first and foremost, youre stating they took long.01. They did not take long02. If they did take long its because the insurance company did not send the check to fix the vehicle, that takes time.03. Or they dont have the check to fix your vehicle or do not have the deductible to pay to fix your vehicle, thats not their fault or no one elses fault accidents are called accidents for a reason: an unseen event*****This where the actual review starts Founders then ABT*****Someone hit my car vehicle in the dollar tree parking lot on grand ave, it was a hit and run in the parking lot, they damaged my left passenger side bumper & head light.The accident happened on 09/11/20I called founders insurance they were closed.I called them Monday 09/14/20 and 09/15/20I took the vehicle to body shop on 09/22/20 to get the estimateThey took about 2 or 3 days to get back to meThen another week for a claims adjuster to reach out to meto send the check to abt techniciansI took my vehicle in on 10/13/2020 to fix the vehicle I dropped it off to Kyle, he stated my car was going to be fixed on Friday low and behold my vehicle is fixed a daily early just like new.I had no issues at all with Frank/Kyles service.But, Im speaking as an insurance agent, it all depends on the claims department, adjuster, and what insurance company you have.NOT THE BODY SHOP!Frank/Kyle did a good job on my vehicle! Cheers!And when I do need new work done, I will be taking my future vehicles to them even if its for a simple paint job.

Worst place to go the guys there are so lazy they can’t even open on Fridays, plus the customer service is terrible DO NOT COME HERE!

They fixed my car within a week . And the customer Service was Excellent. They also took my car to the car wash. Very happy!!! I would definitely recommend this place.

My experience to this place is unbelievably horrible!!! Specially Kyle that he is saying that he’s the manager is very very rude!!! Totally unprofessional when he’s talking to their clients!. I had a questions about the time frame and policies they have and my old parts and etc. and Kyle was aggravated and irritated to answer all my questions. I’m reaching out to the management about this matter, it needs to be addressed and attention by all means. You can’t have a person like Kyle dealing with your clients if you want the people to come back or recommend your shop in the future. I’m so disappointed!!!
