Awful experience!!! Had a delivery scheduled today to deliver and install a dishwasher. The delivery was scheduled between 2-5, a huge 3 hour window, that a customer supposed to tale a day off and sit and way. So the guy shows up at 1:38, gives me a call that he is at my house (20 min early) waits a few minutes and leaves at 2:04. I call him back he drops my calls. I called the office, they say he already left and on his way home, he is done for the day and not turning back. Bravo, just amazing! We have to sit and wait for 3 hours, they don’t even wait 3 min. Then I call best buy, got transferred 4 times trying to get a manager, and after telling the story for 4 times and waiting for half an hour on hold for the manager, let’s call it, the call disconnects! How is that possible?!!! Anyone wants to do their job that they get paid for ?!?!

While I know most of us prefer online shopping these days, this Best Buy location proves to be resourceful by its friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I recently bought a MacBook pro here, and the sales associate secured us a free pair of Air pods as well. Sometimes you cannot replace good old customer service, and you wont be disappointed with the folks working here. Lets be honest, with Best Buys free shipping, and price matching guarantee -- it is clear to see why the electronics superstore is competitive, and here to stay!

This is more or less a typical Best Buy. If youve been to one before, you probably wont be surprised by anything you see here.Pros: The floor sales staff puts less pressure on you to buy compared to other locations.Cons: Their stock appeared picked over, checkout lines were long and slow for a Monday evening.

I when to Best Buy Greek squad in Watertown Ma today my iPhone screen look blotchyI stood in line with people ahead of me as I listened to the young man behind the desk I was impressed with him. We give this a one star rating, because the greeter said hello and goodbye to us at the door, very friendly. We were going to buy a washing machine and we waited at least a half hour for a sales person and was too busy and didn’t acknowledge us or no one asked us if we needed anything. Maybe short staffed. Understanding Best Buy price protection but it’s not the Best Buy because I can buy at Home Depot for one dollar cheaper sure of the price match but that’s not the point the customer service is down tonight I don’t like giving bad reviews but this is our experience tonight on a rainy Tuesday night 😢

Worked there and sold 5-10000 of stuff a day for 15$ an hour and recently (check YouTube) they fired all decent long term employees. Great place to look at TVs and computers, Best Buy is not cool to employees either in during work treatment or loyalty. Look at items and price check Amazon

If youre looking for general stuff that a best buy would have youll probably be alright at this location. If you are looking for car accessories dont even bother. They already moved 90% of their car audio equipment to the Framingham location and the staff here have little to zero knowledge about car audio. I had to go back 3 times in one day! Once they sold me the wrong amplifier, then they sold me a broken subwoofer, then they told me that they had 1 more in stock and to bring it back to replace. When I got there they did not have any in stock despite it saying they did online and them telling me on the phone. Eventually I ended up buying a similar subwoofer for my dual 12 box which I plan to return for the other kicker when it is in stock so I have a matching set of kickers.

Paid 1000$ for a TV that was missing a piece of the stand.. Had to pay to get tv home.. No one had any sense to open a box or get me the part and even a discount. Your very fortunate I did not return it and take my business elsewhere.. Now it’s holiday shopping and I need over 5000$ in tech and guess what? I will not be shopping at your store! I waited 30 min for my curbside order. I went into the store and approached a manager (Josh). I explained my situation and he referred me to the only young man behind the counter (Calvin). I spoke to Calvin and he immediately offered an apology and explained that there had been a power outage. I said to not worry about it because it was obvious he was performing damage control. As he got my item, he rang someone else out and asked for assistance from Josh. Josh told him to figure it out. I spoke up and told Josh no, that is unacceptable. You are part of a team and you need to do better. Josh was very defensive and explained his poor management decision to send the majority of staff home and expected me to be patient. It was no way to treat a customer. I have no idea why someone like him is in management. When I rejected his excuses he sarcastically told me to have a nice day and gave me a big thumbs up when I asked for his name, then retreated to his office. Ill never shop here again and I hope Best Buy realizes not only did they lose me as a customer but everyone else I talked to at curbside. Young professionals who provide excellent support like Calvin should be in positions of power. Not rude failures like Josh. Until then, good bye Best Buy.

Curbside delivery took less than 5 minutes. You check in via the website or your confirmation email where you can describe your car. Moments later a person comes out and asks for the confirmation code that you receive to verify its you and you get your merch. Not sure how you would do this without a phone.

I ordered the Mario Kart Live game on store pickup while it was still in stock for my daughters birthday. 2 hours later they said they didnt have it after they charged my card. Its pretty clear a Best Buy employee jacked the item to sell on eBay. Cant say I was surprised. Disappointed sure, but not surprised.

I was met with attitude and conflicting advice. I asked if my s20 could expand its memory and at least one gentleman appeared put off that I asked. He just brushed me and my wife off saying it could not be done and left me hanging. Found someone else who said it could. I left not sure if it can or not.Usually I get great service from best buy but it was my first visit to this store.

The only negative is a feeling Best Buy might go out of business, because it uses so much space and I dont see enough customers. Every time I go into this Best Buy, I have to wait 20 minutes before I can get the attention of someone wearing a blue shirt. Then it seems they dont work in that department, and cannot answer my questions. Tonight, I went to get a new phone. When someone finally asked if I needed help, says he doesnt know about phones, that one phone guy was on break, and the other was with a customer (which he was with when I came in, so clearly more than 20 mins). I dont know why I cant get a, hello, someone will be with you when they can or some other acknowledgement of my existence. Ill just go somewhere else.

It is better to ship it to yourself than to pick it up.Pros: The actual pickup was fast and quick. The young man was very polite.Cons: delayed pickup, item was in store but it didnt get inventoried until days later. Noone ever answers the phone here.I purchased a monitor for pickup from here. It was slated for a pickup date that was much sooner. I chose this so I could get it sooner.On the night of the pickup date, the item is delayed. I called this location and noone would answer. I end up calling the call center. They informed me that the item had arrived but had no further status. They tried to reach out to this best buy and still noone answers. I am told check in the next day as it should be ready.The next day, its night and I have no update once more. I call in and no answer. 10 minutes before closing, I get a notification stating that my item was ready. This seemed like a didnt want to bother with it until close sort of deal.The actual pickup was painless and easy. After selecting pickup and entering information regarding it, I received my item in 15 minutes and was gone.I ended up having to pickup an item that could have easily been sent to my place on the same day with less hassle.Not a great experience, but I have had worse.
