Ive tried going 2x in person to this shop, never open when their hours here say they will be. Phone goes straight to VM. If you had a COVID issue (per the comments I see from someone here), at least put a sign on the door, a note on your website, change your voicemail, something so that those of us trying to go to your store dont waste our time!

I got a dryer there and I have not even had it for a month and a half and it broke 3 times already. It broke again and I tried calling them and it is going straight to voicemail. I even tried emailing them and I havent heard from them.

Is this place closed now? I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a delivery that I was told would happen just days after the order was placed. However, every time I called they told me it would deliver “tomorrow”. Now they no longer answer my calls and the store has been closed for the last several days. They have my $1000 and I have nothing!

These guys are horrible. Sold me a broken fridge and refused to fix it or replace it. So many calls and so many empty promises. Never do business with them. No wonder why they only accept cash so you can’t do a chargeback. STAY AWAY from this business.

As someone else stated, an update of your temporary closing should be made public...I put a deposit down on a washing machine for my mother almost 3 weeks ago with only one response saying that you guys were on vacation for a week...after numerous calls and texts, still no response...not a good customer service look for you guys...

Love love love this place!!!! I needed a new washer and well it was delivered in 2 days. Installation and removal of my old one was in less than 20 minutes! Experience was stellar and top notch. We got an amazing deal on a new stainless refrigerator! The manager was so helpful texting me pics of what he had available. We decided on one, drove down & purchased, they delivered and installed it AND took our old one away....and we love the new one!! We had an issue with the ice maker and the manager was so helpful - sent someone right away! We are looking to use them again for other appliances. ~Megan G

I recently purchased A stove and washing machine for my home from the Watertown Appliance shop, In my experience working with Mustafa and the rest of the team at the Watertown appliance shop was nothing short of perfection. The prices are very reasonable, my appliances were delivered the next day, The delivery drivers were very professional and adhered to Covid safety requirements. Appliances were set up, old appliances were removed, i had a small problem with the washer agitator, a new one was promptly installed and covered under the 90 day warranty i was given on both appliances. I highly recommend this shop

I put down $5000 down payment for wholesale appliances back in Oct on 2020. They told me it would be a few weeks before they could send them out. I never heard anything and I called them in December but no answer. Finally in January, I called and got a hold of someone, and they said they no longer had any appliances to sell. I asked for a refund and they said they would refund my money. This has been going on since January and now it is almost April and I have not heard from anyone and can’t get a hold of anyone. I have tried numerous times to contact these people. This place is a rip off and they have stole my money. I would not suggest buying appliances from them.

I wish I could give zero stars! We bought a refrigerator and paid for delivery. It’s been a year and they never delivered nor refunded our money. First they blamed it on covid, then have given us the runaround at every turn.

This is a SCAM!!! I called to purchase a truckload of appliances from this company and put down $5000 deposit in October. Come December, I never heard from them. I called them and they said they don’t have anymore appliances and they will refund my money. In January, I called back and Carlos Santino Infante told me he would refund my money. I didn’t hear from him for a week. I called back and no answer. Finally, he texts me and says he will call me back, and of course, never does. I called him several and no answer. Now it’s almost April and I still have not received my money. These people are giving me the runaround. Also, Mustafa works with him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Incompetence with a smile. I went to Same Day Appliance because it was down the street from me and I thought I would rather buy from a local business. Big mistake.BOTTOM LINE: Stay far away from this place and if you’re already involved with them do not believe a single word they tell you. If there are any issues or something doesn’t benefit them, they will dodge you (which seems to be a running theme in their reviews). And they also clearly do not care about the well-being of animals. Read my story and associated images below for more details (or see yelp review for extended version):They greet you with a smile and treat you like a friend, but once you purchase, all bets are off.I ordered a washer, dryer, and a fridge.Day of delivery Carlos called me thinking I was a different Mike. Upon realizing that I was a different Mike he told me he wouldn’t be making my delivery that day and would deliver the next day. The next day his people showed up around 7pm as their last delivery of the day. They do the delivery in the dark with an eager energy to get out and go home. Long story short, they chipped my laminate floor and the fridge didn’t fit in its spot so they ripped out the liner by the floor to gain enough space to push it in, but they ripped out more than I approved and left it that way with an exposed nail. Shortly after they were in their truck and driving down the road before I could even discuss it with them. They were in such a hurry; they left their hand truck and tape measurer at my place.I told him I had a young dog and this exposed nail was a real hazard. Carlos came to look at it and this time personally measured my fridge space (and while he was there told me he was in the middle of a remodel because his delivery guys didn’t anchor a fridge to a client’s wall and it destroyed her kitchen). He said he understood, but made no effort to get over to fix it, putting my dog at risk for nearly 3 WEEKS.In addition to the fridge fiasco, I told him that the washer was shaking violently and it probably needed to be leveled or maybe there was a shipping bolt still in there since that’s what the manual says could cause it. He told me no way, but sure enough, when I pulled it out myself I found a shipping bolt still in the back. Hardly worth the installation fee and could have damaged the unit.I went down and picked a fridge that would be a better fit, since I had their swap warranty. He said he would be over to deliver it that afternoon. I waited and waited and waited and he was a NO CALL/NO SHOW! Remarkably unprofessional.Carlos became impossible to get a hold of, dodging my calls and messages. Anytime I would call, he would text back that he was busy and that his contractor was too old to come early morning and later after work. He then said that his schedule and my work schedule (in the middle of the week?) was causing “operational friction”.Unable to do it himself, he said he would have some guy named Craig call me to handle it. I never heard from Craig. Fed up with this after 2 weeks, I called relentlessly asking if I should get my lawyer involved until he gave in and we scheduled to have it taken care of the next week.Why the next week? BE ADVISED, they only do deliveries on Mondays and Tuesdays. I asked and apparently, the Same Day Appliance name only applies to those who pay a “premium” to have it delivered same-day. My initial delivery was on a Wednesday. When I brought this up to Carlos he said he had been making decisions that he was getting in trouble for. Carlos claims to be part owner, so why he thinks he can get in trouble for making decisions is beyond me.This time they actually showed up, delivered the new fridge that also didn’t fit after they measured it themselves, reinserted the lining, but told me that there was nothing they could do about the chipped floor. I ended up sawing off part of my cabinets so the new fridge would fit.

Where should I start? First off, Carlos and I built a very cool relationship. Not once did he not accept my call whenever I had questions. Always available. It was more like dealing with a close friend which made me comfortable about purchasing a truckload. His Im going to take care of you, just trust me attitude was a door buster.So anyway, when the load came to SC and I opened the door, it was loaded from front to back. Same Day Appliances made my buying experience as a dealer smooth as silk. I will continue to purchase and enjoy this wonderful friendship that we have built. Stay away from Carlos Santino and ANY company associated with him. Complaints have been filed with the CT Protection agency, IRS, and local officials.

They have great deals and wonderful products. the employees were very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Greg was a big help, and he was a hoot. Sky was a good man, very funny, a cool dude. We had a great time. i never thought i would laugh so hard and enjoy shopping for a refrigerator. Over all great experience.

I called in on Thursday to ask them about the business hours. The customer service told me that I need to make an appointment. The appointment is at 9:00am on Friday morning. When we get there, I find that the door is closed. So I called the customer service again to confirm my Appointment time. The customer service told me that your appointment is at 9:00am. I clearly told the customer service that I was at the door. I waited 10 minutes and no opened the door. I called the customer service again and this time the customer service told me It’s not officially opened yet. I just want to know, If you are not open for business, why should you make an appointment? And the sign at the door is still open for business hours 9:am-8:00pm

My wife and I just recently purchased a new fridge and a stove from same day appliance and we couldn’t be happier. The customer service was impeccable. We were greeted at the door, and Carlos personally walked us through his Inventory and helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and gave us an amazing deal saving us a lot of money. They scheduled our delivery for that Saturday. The delivery guys showed up, were very polite, and efficient. They got our new appliances in the house and hooked up in no time! Their website says they are open. I called and told woman on customer service that I needed to buy a stove as soon as possible as my broke. She took my information and said she would pass it on to Carlos. I made a appointment online to go there. A few days later I call again and Im told the same thing. I messaged Carlos twice and never got answer or call back. Why are they even answering the phone when they obviously are not open for business. Horrible service. I ended up buying a stove elsewhere.

Worst place ever!!! I would run far far away from dealing with these people. I paid full price for a washer dryer and wasnt told that it would have massive dents and scratches. It looks terrible. They took forever to deliver it. I was calling incessantly for a week past when they told me it would come. They also told me they would install it and include the stacking kit. They did not. I called Carlos (the owner) to have it replaced and he kept saying he would come but then never did. This has gone on for weeks. Promise after promise to make it right but no delivery. On top of that, I paid $250 for a warranty that clearly wont be honoured. I would give negative stars if I could. I have several friends who had the same experience. Run! I blame myself for engaging. They had a number that kept going out of service. Needless to say I will be reporting these shady business dealings to any authority or consumer that will listen. Hope i have saved potential buyers from wasting their time and energy with same day appliance.

The buying process was nice and easy, owner makes many promises he doesnt keep. Had I known I was getting a partially functioning model with no warranty I would have purchased from a real store. If you like having to hound someone just to recieve horrible customer service, excuses, and being blamed for their mistakes this is the store for you! If you want a company that delivers as promised, on time, and actually cares about customer complaints, go elsewhere. Also be weary of any positive reviews as the owner offers $25 off for a good review.
