Jason was amazing! Knew his stuff and his colors. He gave us guidance but didn’t push us to change our minds about the type of base we were looking at. We would come back to this store anytime we need paint.

My husband and I stood in the store for 30 mins and no one greeted us nor asked if we needed help. Instead they carried on a conversation as if we were not even present. When we left they said “thanks have a great day”. Poor customer service, we will take out business elsewhere. Thanks.

First and foremost SW super paint is probably the best product on the market. The boys in the store are awesome they will help you to the car and they double check everything. Plus they constantly send you discounts in the mail and online.

I have had wonderful interactions with the employees at this store but today had a bad experience. I was ignored, the employee was snarky and then slow walked service. If this had been my first trip I would never have gone back. Feeling lucky? Take a chance. Otherwise go to nearby Fragers.

The quality of the paint (and the way it makes painting such a great experience), and the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff is unparalleled.
