Nice new store with more options

Went in to make multiple large purchases however none of the employees were wearing masks and they did not enforce other customers in the store to wear masks either. We felt uncomfortable and will take our business else where.

Awesome deals when you know what to look for. Most recent purchase of a high end Subaru 8000w generator at half retail price did not disappoint! Have made several really good purchases over the last 5 years. Always happy with the products.

Tools available are all bottom tier tools. Only exception is the single Milwaukee tool present.

While you might not find a huge price difference compared to the big box stores, most of the tools are discounted fairly and accordingly to their blemishes. Staff was very polite and laid back. My go-to place for Ryobi 18V products.

Ok, this place can be a mixed bag. Some deals here are unbelievable, so if youre at the Tanger Outlets, its at least worthwhile to stop in (if you have any interest in tools, that is). The store sells a lot of Ridgid, some Milwaukee, but the Ryobi offerings are by far the most extensive... and some of the Refurbished deals can offer a significant discount (and look like new). Nowadays, everyone has a phone, so if you need to do a price check to see if something is a good deal, that price check is right at your finger tips. Id recommend double checking prices on any larger purchase.The one thing, in particular, that I dont like, is that some of the employees, while not pushy for sales at all, can be condescending and not all that helpful. Thats not just any one single employee, btw, Ive noticed it on multiple occasions. An illustrative example would be if you asked an employee if the 20% off discount applies to a certain tool and the employee answers something like, yes, thats why we wrote entire store on the sign... something similar to that. Seriously, its a cool store, and worthy of a look, but the managers that run this store need to send the staff to a bit of Customer Service 101 etiquette training.

This place is great!! Everywhere you look theres a great deal. Ive already spent over a thousand dollars at this place and gotten over five thousand bucks worth of Tools! And the staff at Direct Tools is a Very Pleasant and knowledgeable team of highly trained (Low Pressure) sales people, who enjoy explaining how their products work and they let you play with them! The Staff is always eager to help if you have questions on anything in the store. They also load your purchase up around back for you! Service youd expect out of a mom and pop shop. Everything I have bought there has worked great with no issues. I use the Ryobi Line of 18V tools. The workers there have always been helpful and knowledgeable too.

They are overpriced on some reconditioned items that have visible wear, but there are deals to be had.Items are likely to be prominently stamped reconditioned unless they were overruns.
