I came into the store 15 minutes before close, which I felt so bad for coming in so late but the employee Mia was absolutely so wonderful and helpful. I was looking for a specific bag in a certain color but they didnt have any left so she spent the time calling other Tanger outlets to find me the bag I wanted and she placed an other for it to be shipped. She took the time to help even if it was past 8pm and I just really appreciated her determination on helping me. She totally deserves a raise or some type of praise if they do employee of the month, she definitely deserves a whole year for her great personality and amazing customer service.

While its a nice, clean store with a good selection it is still overpriced for an outlet. Salespeople were friendly and helpful but a far different vibe than what I imagined. Needless to say if I was out Tanger Id stop in again.

My wife likes the store! Me not so much lol. Good buys, very nice if your purse shopping.

Understand having to wear a mask, but mask persons demeanor could have been a little bit nicer.

I was trying to exchange a smartwatch I purchased on the 21st. They wouldnt take it back because the plastic was off. But the women helped me size it to where it wasnt so big. Overall good service and nice people

Staff talks about you when your back is turned. Very pushy about selling and asks personal questions. After being bombarded, when we said we were just looking... another person came over to “try to help us pick a color”. Extremely uncomfortable and overwhelming feeling, had no time to breathe and make a decision on our own. Then we were checking out we were asked if we wanted to purchase more merchandise. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out you’re being bombarded. I’d recommend more training on not asking personal questions and not talking about customers when their backs are turned. Also to let customers shop freely, and make a decision on their own. Put input in only if it’s asked for.

I drove 2 hours to get to this store today, I was very excited to buy 3 handbags and 2 winter coats for the family, but ended up not buying ONE thing. The women working were too concerned with their own conversations too help me or any of the other customers. When I asked for help, I received a very short and frustrated response. It wasnt the first time either...I go here every year and stock up on all of the latest Michael Kors items, I doubt I will be returning again. I will probably just switch over to an entirely different brand and take my business elsewhere. Thanks!

The best place to shop for that beautiful timeless Michael Kors purse. Great prices, and even better service. Worth the trip time and time again.

Good variety. Nice styles. However, I was surprised at how expensive the clothes are for an outlet... Outlets are not the same quality or even manufactured in the same location or even country (sometimes) as the actual non-outlet stores... That said, you seem to be paying full price as if you were in Manhattans garment district. Not priced to push product.

I love this place I am a regular shopper. Always greated at the door, someone always help me. I can even call and they will help me over the phone. For an outlet I was very disappointed. I was expecting to see some of last years styles at a highly discounted price but the prices werent really any better than any other Michael Kors stores. There also wasnt much of a selection. Really got my Hopes up for nothing. What they did have was cute but overpriced for an outlet.

They were so helpful on a watch issue my wife was having. They are sending a new one out immediately. Then I bought her a new one also!

The store was clean and had a lot of stuff to buy, the staff was decent but were not vary helpful!

The woman at the door didnt greet me and then didnt offer to help me with my problem. I quickly left and went to South Hills Village where the manager Laura went above and beyond for me. Never will drive to the tanger outlets store ever again.

Someone pooped on the floor and I stepped on it by accident...after asking the manager to help clean it off my shoes, she threw up all over my brand new clothes... that in turn caused a chain reaction of people throwing up and became a terrible scene... the smell was as bad as the sights and sounds... bad day for us
