You’ll notice the high level of quality and craftsmanship in everything they produce. If you’re someone who wants something that’s even more unique, they also do custom watches. Staff are pretty knowledgeable and friendly. Everything comes with a high price tag. So, is it worth the price and hype? That’s up to you, your budget, and beliefs.

Beautiful store, very clean and the greatest sales representative ever, Freda, she was excellent. It was my first time in the store and I called the evening before, explained to Freda what I was looking for, went in today with no wait time, she explained everything that I needed to know about the watch that I purchased. You ROCK Freda!

Love all their watches and the ability to customize them. The leather and watches are handmade. It is pricey next to typical retail, but feeling the quality it seems right. Its a great feeling supporting such a high-quality product thats American-made in Detroit--with reminders on the back of the watches and the watch face. The staff is very attentive and the store is beautifully designed.

Bought a very nice watch here about two years ago, with a limited lifetime warranty. When I took it in for a repair today, I was told there was no way to know whether the repair would be covered under the warranty, and no way to estimate what the cost might be. The sales rep refused to give me a ballpark figure of any kind. Refused to say whether she had ever helped someone complete a watch repair and what it cost. Refused to ask one of her (many) colleagues on the shop floor if they could help. I gave up and left with my broken watch.Its rare to find customer service this bad, especially at a place selling higher-end products.

Awesome store full of high quality items. Very friendly staff, clean well layed out store. Parking here is hit it miss but a blocks walk is well worth the extra effort. To fully appreciate this store Id suggest reading up on their back story...its pretty cool.

Top rate customer service and quality products.My family bought me the Runwell, with multiple bracelets. But unfortunately, they purchased the 41mm watch (vice the 47mm) with 24mm straps. Shinola DC exchanged the watch—no questions asked—and even swapped the watch and one of the straps for a design I preferred. David was especially knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with, and made the experience of procuring my first, real watch very enjoyable and one I’ll always remember.

READ. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Brother wanted to buy some leather notebooks from Shinola and my family and I (visiting from another state) decided to browse around. I was looking around minding my business and was approached by a few workers asking if I needed help, they were polite so I declined respectfully. This taller black gentlemen who worked there approached me and wondered why I was wandering around. Well isnt that what browsing is for? He proceeded to slowly follow me around the store and check on me a total of 3 times in the most condescending, pretentious way possible. I had a family member in there shopping and getting his notebooks embossed, so we definitely still had time and I wasnt overstaying-he seemed irritated I told him I was just browsing. Turns out he was the person who was going to emboss those notebooks and he didnt seem very happy to do it either.To Shinola, and their Managers at this location - you probably know who this person is (if he can still hold that job)-I suggest you teach him a thing or two about customer service. This experience alone has pushed be totally away from Shinola and their products and anyone who mentions this brand will receive the same review. First impressions are a real thing, huh who wouldve known?

I had a special day with my partner and I couldnt leave my work to pic up the watch that I know that would be the best gift for the occasion. They were so kind to delivery it for me at work the same day in the next hour! Best customer service ever. Wonderful people and products are amazing. Love it.

Shinolas Logan Circle store is another great shopping opportunity along 14th Street -- although it might just be window shopping. The store is beautifully laid out and employees are friendly and helpful. That said, the prices on some goods are exorbitant.

Shinolas products speak for themselves in terms of quality and craftsmanship, but this was one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a long time. The associates there were kind and patient, and answered any question I had. They actually had detailed knowledge about the products in their store, which cant be said of most retailers. Great location. Covid protocols were followed. Will be returning.
