The technicians that have serviced my home were very knowledgeable. I have always felt confident in the repairs that were serviced, and all of my questions were answered. I’m also very impressed with the customer service of the scheduling agents. Clair has always been so incredibly helpful!
Vincent the Puls technician, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time, was very professional, and did outstanding work. He was also fast with his installation. I would highly recommend Puls!
I work for a general contractor and we have clients needing a new fence and a deck to be replaced. So I called this company to get an estimate on 5/28. I called back on 6/2 and didnt get a response. I called back today 6/11, and was told that they didnt want our business because I gave them my personal email. This was a very unprofessional experience. The manager didnt have the decency to call me back and talk to me and the person answering the phone, sounded like she didnt want to talk to me as if I were bothering her. I remained kind and professional the entire time so this type of treatment was uncalled for. A personal email is enough to turn down business??
