A very eclectic hardware store. They have tools, nails, and landscaping supplies like you would expect. But they also have some odd Christmas supplies, jars of pickles, fashion hats, etc. The store feels like it is trying to find itself, but what the neighborhood really needs is a really good hardware store that has more of the basics.

Ace Hardware is a relatively small neighborhood hardware store. This particular store carries more than just tools and hardware; they also have home goods (towels, plates, plastic wrap, etc) gardening/yard supplies as well. Since this is a neighborhood hardware store then dont expect it to have everything you need or be as expansive as a Home Depot or Lowes but do expect the store representatives to still be very friendly and helpful. They can even offer recommendations and substitutions with your home project! Ample parking in front.

People are friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. Prices are a bit more than box stores. They had what I needed and was more convenient than the box stores.

Very rude customer service, small inventory and if you buy something and decide to return it later, they would not take it back... bought some power tools and some hardware ( never took it out the bag) week later came back to return in and they won’t take it back... they will do their best not to return your money.... but if you will go to Home Depot or Lowe’s they have 3 months satisfaction guarantee, so if for some reason you decided you don’t want it- they will take it back with no questions ask.... bad experience with Ace hardware 👎👎👎

Some of the ladies there are just not friendly. They need to start giving away some of their plants that are outside they look awful. In fact last couple ones I bought from there died. They need to have a 50 cent sale see if somebody can revive them. the plants are wilting roots are sticking out of the containers and a lot of yellow leaves like theyve been overwatered. This Ace hardware has really gone downhill the last year. They need to invest in some customer service training for sure! Oh and watch some YouTube videos on how to care for plants. They were bad like this the other they need to have a 50 cent sale because they are not worth a 399! Come on Ace hardware!

I am what I call a regular at this store. I visit at least twice a week. I purchased primer from this establishment to refinish cabinets. Needless to say, the project took longer than anticipated and I had the need to get the primer shook again. Having worked at Ace Hardware in my college years I knew that I could bring the can back to the store for this service. I was sadly mistaken at this store. What made matter worse is how I was treated. The contempt at my request as the woman walked away from me in the middle of my inquiry has absolutely infuriated me to the point that I will not step into this place again. BEWARE!!! If you want to be treated like a human being, stay away!!! BEWARE!!!Update: Sherman Williams provides incredible customer service and shook my Ace bought primer at no charge.

Very bad customer service!!! I like to support smaller local businesses but I will never shop at this store again. Today I purchased two inexpensive watering cans. I took them home to try them; they did not do the job well. The cans design made it hard to fill with water either at the sink or tub and because of the small holes in spout the water came out very slowly when watering. I went right back to the store, same day, to return them. I was told I could not return them since I had put water in them. Since I put water in them, I had used them. The stickers were still on the cans and everything. I asked the clerk how would I know if this would work for me if I did not try it. He did agree with me about that. I purchased a more expensive watering can and they let me return the two cheap cans. However, it cured me of any good feelings about Bridle Trails Ace. Just go to Home Depot there is a bigger selection, better customer service, and they let you return items without a fight.

Your phone number is disconnected. Are you closed? Guess Ill have to make the 20 min drive just to find out that and if you have the special saw blade Im needing.

Stopped in today looking for a screw to attach a drawer pull. I have Parkinsons so my hands shake and I have a hard time with fine motor activity. Your associate patiently helped me to find the right screw. It cost $.12. A small sale but you have a customer for life.

Ace Hardware always has great folks around to help you find that one little watchamacallit that youre missing. They also have that watchamacallit.

A smaller store, they might not have exactly what you want. But the store makes up for the small footprint with its helpful staff, and the ability for you to order things online and pick it up at the store. I prefer this place over the big home depot, for the ability to discuss solutions with the store people and not have sales pressure.

Good customer service and friendly people. The store is not large though; selection is fine for common hardware items but for some stuff I have to drive to a home depot or lowes. I like the people, location and small feel of this store though so Id rather spend my money here.

I bought a gallon of Kilz 2, for about $20 bucks, a descent price, locally! Thank you Ace! And I was in-n-out, in 5 minutes!

I went into Ace Hardware in the Brideltrails on 1/15/17 to purchase a storage container. I found exactly what I wanted on sale...a large storage container on sale for $8.99. Perfect I thought. When I went to purchase it the sales associate told me that the price was $10.99. I stated that the sign indicated that it was on sale for $8.99, not $10.99. She walked over to the display where there were at least 8 containers stacked with a sale sign clearly stating that the price was $8.99. She said this is wrong, these shouldnt be here and she started to move the containers away from the sale sign. She asked me if I wanted it. Since she refused to honor the stated sale price I said no and left the store. Folks, this is called bait and switch and is clearly illegal . That sales associate should have honored the stated price and then corrected the display after the sale....so for poor customer service and $2.00 this store has lost a customer and gotten a bad google review. Yes...I know, its only $2.00, but Im wondering how many times its happened before. The previous Ace Hardward store had eccellent customer service. Too bad they arent there anymore!!!!

Walked in the store middle of the day.. Saw they had their Christmas section. Went over to see what they had. As soon as I walked in the area a girl pops up from behind a display. this area is closed. So unless you have something specific I can get for you this area is closed. I was like ok never mind. walked away from the area. Then another girl yells from across the store. It will be open Saturday. (its Thursday) I turned walked back and told her that is pointless im here now.This work should have been done after or before hours.I walked away went grabbed the over priced item.(unless its a sales item. Their prices are crap.)As Im waiting in line had another guy ask me if I want to sign up for a chance to win a gift card.Their rewards program is pointless. The coupons are not usable on many items. I stopped even using my rewards card its pointless.So unless you are there to get non holiday sale items. Just stay away.

Love the small town feel, location, convenience, and polite attentive service you get here. None of the lost overwhelming feeling you get at the huge hardware stores.

Must not be a manager at this store. Every single time anyone tries to call no one ever answers. Then we have to drive there just to find out we wasted our time because they don’t have what we need. This location needs a change in management.
