Marla Harris is a GEM! She is so compassionate and understanding about her job! Check out the picture of my new hearing aids! Not that I care if you can see them or not BUT THEY ARE pretty much invisible. She knows exactly what you feel like with hearing aids and without!!! She can walk you through the different stages of adjusting and learning to hear with hearing aids. She keeps it simple and doesn’t overwhelm you with all the options on the hearing aids from the start. My life is forever changed! Thank you Marla for making this so easy!

It is the ONLY place where a bone conduction AND word discrimination test were even performed! (One place was actually testing without a soundproof booth!) I live in Greenville, but I go to Washington to Marla and Amy for all my hearing needs. You will not find a more professional and caring group than these two people. I dont know what I would do without them. Both Marla and Amy worked with the Dr. Gidley, the original owner of the business, and they are carrying on his tradition of customer service first!

My 92 year old mother had been a patient at the Greenville, NC office for many years and saw Marla Harris and we were very pleased with the service she provided. After Marla moved to the Washington, NC office we briefly continued to go to the Greenville office. We had always received professional, courteous and competent service from Marla and assumed we would receive the same type service from the person who replaced her in Greenville. We went to one appointment there after Marla left and we were very disappointed by the young lady who we saw. She was aggressive and downright rude and I decided then that we would drive the extra distance to see Marla in Washington NC. We continue to be very happy with the wonderful service that Marla and her assistant in the Washington NC office provide for us. They go above and beyond to assist us and for that we are very appreciative. Thank you Marla for all that you have done to assist us! It is definitely worth driving the extra distance to be treated as wonderful as you have always treated us! Hopefully, the Greenville office will follow the example you set!
