Very efficient, professional, they know their product, and I am extremely pleased.....

So, grandmothers hearing aids BOTH quit functioning between Christmas and New Years... they were under warranty, sent in and repaired... in the meantime apparently the computer system went down in Washington and they have yet to get it fixed, meaning for over 2 weeks they’ve been sitting on them with no way to get them working... try explaining that to a very angry and almost deaf 91 yr old... very disappointed with service
