Dont waste your time going to this practice. Their practice doesnt return phone calls, they say they are going to call back but they dont. Terrible experience!!!

I thought something was wrong with my ears and after talking to one of the great doctors and some very simple tests they figured out that I have some allergies and I have been getting allergy shots once a week and definitely notice an improvement even after a short time. All of the staff are great!

Dr. Stafford performed thyroid surgery on my elderly mother and did an outstanding job. He was very professional, gentle, kind and had a 5 star level of expertise. We have been very pleased with the practice and the office staff is friendly and professional as well. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone experiencing problems in the area of eye, ear, nose and throat. I am thankful that our PCP recommended them to us.

Dr. Stafford is so very intelligent, professional and gentle. I highly trust him and I am so happy that he is my thyroid doctor. I have always been completely satisfied with every visit. THE PROFESSIONALISM AND FRIENDLY DEMEANOR!! Wow! Its been a long time since I have found a doctor that Im passionate about and that I trust to take care of my ailments (fully take care of my ailments, not just prescribe me something to hold me over). Well I stopped in for a visit, for a tonsil stone that had been stuck for over 2 months, and was pleased from the first call.Getting back into the room, the doctor and his assistant were not only friendly, but humorous (definitely something you want when you know youre about to be in pain). They gave me a heads up about everything they were doing and were extremely patient when I needed a break.I have recommended then several times over already and will continue to do so!

Dr. Goldberg is hands down one of the best Drs Ive ever had for my children. He is caring and my son adores him. His office manager Leslie is awesome too. We all love them there. Great place. Great ENT.

I have been using Dr. Goldberg for about 11 years. My first visit was for my oldest son, 4 years old at the time, to have his tonsils and adenoids removed. My youngest son was 3 years old the FIRST time Dr. Goldberg had to put tubes in his ears. My youngest will be 13 years old in December and just had his THIRD surgery with Dr. Goldberg! I have trusted him with BOTH of my boys for years and would not know what to do without him or his office staff. He takes his time to talk to my boys first to get to know them. He answers their questions as well as mine. My boys were never afraid to have any of their surgeries.I am very thankful for this office, and even recommend them to any and everyone!

Dr. Goldberg and staff were friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain my concerns about a previous doctors procedure. A coffee bar, in the waiting room, was a delightful bonus.

Dr. Howard Goldberg was terrific. After suffering from what I thought was bouts of vertigo and seeing two other doctors which offered no help. I contacted Dr. Goldberg practice and explained the situation to his receptionist. Dr. Goldberg himself called me back right away and asked me a series of questions and immediately walked me through a routine of what he called Epley Maneuvers over the phone and sure enough my symptoms subsided and was back to my normal self in no time. His professionalism and bedside manners even over the phone were second to none, not to mention his knowledge of his expertise. I recommend anyone to him that suffers from any inner ear problem.

Not pleased at all. This is my first foray into the Allegheny Health System after moving to the area. I found Dr. Stafford to be incredibly condescending as well as being too rushed to adequately explain things. Additionally, Ive been waiting for CT scan test results for a MONTH. When I call about these, Im told only the doctor can provide feedback and yet he does not contact me. The scan was done through a UPMC hospital radiology facility and the results were ready two days later. This is absurd. The level of care at this point means I have zero faith in this practice and will be going elsewhere.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Goldberg and Dr Stafford for approx ten years As a medical professional myself. I take great care and research when chosing a doctor. I was extremely impressed with both physicians credentials. After receiving care from both physicians at different times, my wife and I were treated with excellent care and total professionalism. The office staff are highly trained and efficient. Other members of my family were operated on by Dr Goldberg. He explained the procedure thoughly, his empathy and calmness helped are anxieties. I highly recommend this ENT practice
