This place has everything you need for making Mexican food or Latin food in general. On the weekends when you get there Friday Saturday and Sunday they have fresh tamales ready to buy if you havent tried here yet youre really missing out

I stopped for the tacos and Im so glad I did. As soon as you enter the parking lot you are overwhelmed with the smell of the freshly grilled meats. The taco I had was wonderful and super affordable. The staff was very personable and made pleasant conversation while the tortilla grilled.

Everyone here has always been friendly and helpful (one lady recommended the soursop juice and its sooooo good!) Everything from the salsas to the conchas are amazing! Im relearning Spanish and they always greet me and make small talk so I really appreciate it. The tacos are simply the best.

The tacos are authentic old school not for people who expect Taco Bell. It’s a Mexican market that has a deli and some fresh fruit and vegetables. Authentic market with various products. Good to see a small market like this in today’s mega store operating

The food is authentic, made fresh to order on the spot. the guys that work their have great customer service to answer your questions if youre not sure what youre getting and I like eating outside. The inside of the store has every possible Latin ingredient you could want.

Fabulous tacos - we drive by Washington PA several times a year and will now have to stop EVERY SINGLE TIME. We tried the carnitas, pollo, pastor, fajita mix, ribeye, and asado and everything was very flavorful. You add your own toppings from a bar at the side, which has a wide variety of salsas, cilantro, sour cream, pico, etc.My daughter ordered a quesadilla - the cheese was melted on the grill until crispy on the bottom, then put into the flour tortilla and grilled some more. It was probably the best quesadilla Ive ever tasted - I dont think Ill cook them at home any other way now.Cant wait to come back!!!

Las Palmas is awesome, with a nice variety of fresh produce and groceries at low prices. While the store is awesome, you really don’t want to miss out on the tacos they sell outside adjacent to the store! They are absolutely amazing and very inexpensive.

This place is awesome all kinds of food and snacks you can only find here or in Mexico ! They also sell home made Mexican food that it to die for and super cheap .I highly recommend stopping and dont forget to check out the drinks .

The tacos here are sooo good, the best in area. Lots of meat, double tortilla, and different salsa and toppings to choose from! My husband always orders burrito. He says it’s the best burrito outside of Cali 😂 yum 😋 they also have tamales only on weekends and they are absolutely delicious 🤤

I got a margarita. It was fairly big and good. The waiter kept coming over and asking me if I wanted another one before I was done with the first one. He asked like 3 times. Because the portions were so small I was done eating before I finished the margarita. Was really glad I didnt get a second one when I saw the bill. It was $16.00!! No wonder he was pushing them on me!

Yes, you do have to check dates on their products. I visit probably once every month or two and I have seen some improvement, eg. liquid creamer for coffee isnt on the shelves anymore (they needed refrigeration).Tortillas by the box are great.Ladies please be careful, there seems to be people coming in to use the bathroom only and think they can approach and touch without anyone saying anything to them. Staff did say something to him.I understand some feel the staff are racial but considering the climate today its hard to trust. You have to be tough to run a store especially in that area.The Tacos and tortas being sold outside are really good.Pasta is cheap, and only place to get the spices we use in cooking.

I like this taco spot. Good food with nice flavor but it could be up to temperature (warmer). The only other problem/issue I have with there cook doesnt wash hands/change gloves enough.

Authentic, good food ( make sure you taste any sauces before adding). I like that you can sit outside and eat however they need a better set up . The store has absolutely everything in it and then some!

This is one of the larger Las Palmas that Ive been too. Its nice. Lots of variety. They also have great tacos!

Love the tacos! They are really cheap and good! There is a bar for all the toppings to build your own. My wife typically gets the pastor, I like to get a variety. The shop has good spices and salsa.

Great tacos and burritos...for 2.50 a taco and 7.00 for burrito. This is no taco bell, this is way better. But be warned most of the stuff is Real spicy. A++

Authentic grocery and food establishment. Sometimes there can be a minor issue with language if you just speak English but you can get by. The food is a good as it gets in this area. And the grocery is full of imports from Mexico. I highly recommend going here. I go at least once a week.

Loved the fresh authentic tacos and sauces. Great for order to go or sit and relax outside in nice weather at the picnic tables.

The best tacos in town. I tried this cause a friend suggested it. The groceria is good too. Large selection. We like buying the chicken and beef fajita ready to cook. Perfect for making at home.

Love coming here. It is a great place for tacos. The toppings are available in a salad bar style. I love that you can make it as hot or not as you want to. And the prices are great too.

Best Mexican food Ive had in the 20 years Ive lived in PA. Tried three kinds of tacos to get a taste for the place and all three were fantastic. Service was fast and friendly. The vegetables and salsas were fresh. Ill be back, often.

Really good food! The staff was really nice and the store attached had a lot of good options.

They have the things you need. No problem. But its so small and over packed you can hardly get thru aisles. Feels like a fire hazard to me.Im always aware and on guard when Im in there.

I didnt like the service nor the cleanliness of this place, the taco man I dont think he is Mexican, he doesnt know anything about cordiality even when you thank him for his poor job at the stand, he doesnt replay or say anything at all, instead he looks at you like he wants to punch you, usually they are very nice but not todays guy, he looks mean.

This is mainly a Mexican grocery store. It has a good selection of foods, but the restaurant part is just an outside grill with a picnic table. Good food though.

I dont know what Im doing when it comes to preparing many authentic Mexican dishes, but I do enjoy the process of cooking them. Part of that enjoyment comes from the helpful staff at Las Palmas Pittsburgh #3. They are always friendly and willing to explain ingredients and spices and offer suggestions. Just be aware of the expiration dates - Ive never purchased an expired product, but I have come home with large containers that I later realized expire soon.

The food could be expired so be careful! Ive bought food from here like 4 times before and there was one time the can food had been bad since 2013!!! Cleanliness is not a priority. Careful when you eat the tocos God only knows when the meats from. Not everything is bad but please do look at the experation date.

Like others have said watch expiration dates and watch your bill as the ring you up. A couple times i have been charged more then what the sticker says on the package. Some staff not knowledgeable on what they sell. Produce is ok, would get better at kroger.

The place is a dive, but this is the greatest and most authentic taco Ive had since my days in Arizona. The tacos are seriously to die for the Mexicano food enthusiasts. The taco stand guy is also full of humor, and quite friendly. Would love to see them grow and expand the menu. But seriously 5 star tacos, and watch out for the roasted penos most of them are deceiving fireballs!

I got my cousin and I 3 tacos each. 2 Chicken 1 beef for me he had 1 chicken 1 beef & 1 pork. The meat was not hot as in temperature not spice. I had to explain to the kid cooking he had to change his gloves because he just had handled raw beef/thin steak. He got an attitude with me because I do not want to suffer from intestinal distress or even worse food poisoning salmonella Etc. I was nice to him the whole time he was saying rude things about white Americans in Spanish-mexican talk but didnt I understood what he was saying until I said something to him in Spanish and he looked shocked I had the drop on him. But the food sucked and was lukewarm a breeding ground for bacteria I should turn them into the health department have them come out with those thermometers. I was in the store and seen out of date meat on sale as well as canned goods and rotten produce. Check them dates if u shop here. I think if they made a few changes it could be as good as ppl say it is.

It has a little bit of everything mexican need salsa they have it, need tortillas they have it too, need sopa yeap and the tacos are awesome.

Pretty racist there I would say, the whole time I was in there I had people staring at me and giving me dirty looks.I seen another customer asking a question to one of the workersand they were of the same race and they were nice to them but whenever I went up and asked him a question they gave me a short answer.
