Hi there. The dollar tree manager has a nasty attitude. Your company needs to teach your manager and employees good customer service skills. Be professional.

They have a good selection of products MOST of the time. If they dont have what you want (& if its not out of season...) just wait/ask abt the next truck delivery date. The staff are pretty friendly except maybe the transients who only stay for less than a month. They are not ratchet, unless customers are rude. Quality is hit or miss, but pretty darn good overall for a dollar 🤑

It does not need to smell like strong Lysol at the entrance to the store. You do not need to spray that mess, especially so heavily. Very counterproductive IMO, since we supposed to be protecting our lungs. Not a reassuring smell at all. Chemicals are bad.

This place really needs some BEEFED UP SECURITY!! OUTSIDERS COME IN OFF THE STREETS THREATS TOWARDS The STAFF! The CUSTOMERS!! ITS REALLY NOT A SAFE PLACE TO SHOP!!!. I WOULDNT DARE TAKE MY KIDS, ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBERS.. NO!! POLICE PRESENCE NOWHERE!! MPDC NEEDS TO BE MADE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION ASAP!! MY LAST TIME VISITING T🤨😠👋👋🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I always find things I dont need and lots I do. You can always find something at Dollar Tree. The people are always helpful

I had a bad experience at the dollar tree store on Benning road with a cashier being dishonest,but the store manager morning shift solve the problem very quickly and courteous .Id like to thank her personally for her for a jod well done...👍❗

Got harassed by a rowdy group of gentlemen. The cashier just stood their and laughed along. I just wanted to get a card for my mom, man.

They had a few more things besides what my local dollar tree would carry, I guess depends what you are looking for. In my case I was looking for crafting which they had a lot. They were also stocked in all the aisles.

I went in the evening and it was NOT crowded but fully stocked. checkout was smooth and easy.

This location is always well stocked when I visit. The lines can be a little lengthy, but tend to move quickly.

It was okay, and I like it when they had only two line and it was long. They open up a third line.

There are a total of 3 Dollar Tree locations within the DMV that wow me and this location is one. Check out the chic ceramic trinket box with lid I purchased today. It is perfect to keep on my bathroom shelving unit. The staff are kind, the store stays stocked with great merchandise and the store is clean!

I seen it at worse, I have no complaint with the Staff. They have no control of the people that come in there . The are polite, generally nice with a smile on there faces . Most of all it clean everything in its place. So I give you them four stars

They need to be more courteous, respectful, and polite to their customers. It’s just sad that they can’t be well mannered to their customers when they’re working at a store.

Stopped in here to find decor/party items for my event and most of the shelves were practically empty! I also literally had to lift unorganized things up to find what I needed. This store needs a major restock of items and structure. The cashier was very nice however.

So happy to see that they are doing work to the store, but you should really add a floating cashier for when the line gets backed up and busy hours. Understanding that you are the only store doesnt mean that you should hold your customers hostage like this.

This was a large and spacious Dollar Tree. They had a great selection of items including vegan, gluten free items by Loma Linda. Id never heard of such brand let alone the fact they even CARRIED plant based foods, so I bought three. Theyre only a dollar plus tax. What could it hurt? The lines were long and werent zippy, but my cashier Carolyn and I had a pleasant chat as she rang me up. I found everything I needed, and then some. Ill return again.

Not enough cashiers for the amount of customers who are in the store

I didnt like the place at all, its not clean and most shelves are not properly lined up.You can see a Pringles opened here and there and stuff thats not in the proper aisle.Also doesnt have a friendly service where most employee just walk around minding their own business and not helping anyone to find the stuff they need

This Dollar Tree has a lot of challenges. It is in a socio economically depressed area and the store is almost always trashed. The selection is very hit and miss. Some staff are helpful and courteous and some are not. I usually avoid going to this particular location.

Dollar Tree is a store worthy of adding into any shoppers rotation. It carries items everyone uses at a price anyone can afford. School supplies, kitchen aids, cosmetics, snack foods, greeting cards, toys and more. Visit Dollar Tree. Youll be surprised at the savings on items that you use every day.

Worst Dollar Tree store ever, and I love the Dollar Tree. Nothing on the shelves. Employees standing around talking, who did not appreciate being interrupted when I had a question. The cashiers seem overtaxed (long lines). This location has an overall disorganized and disheveled feeling that leaves you feeling like you need a shower. It would take so little to make me come back though: organize, put items on the shelves, and better customer service. Come on Dollar Tree, you are worth it.

This store has lots of great stuff but the Hechinger Mall store needs help in organization of the items and store in general. But its very convenient for everything in the store to be $1.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.They took the time to locate a product before I got there and then loaded all 20 of them in a basket for me and took them to the checkout line.

This was a clean, kind, organized dollar tree, and had things, the one on Michigan avenue didnt have the managers must be on top of things, and Im glad this is in the city, thanks for having this one and keep it up!

Its okay. But one cashier early in the morning. Store in disarray shelves not stocked. Store was dirty and aisles blocked with boxes. Either get more help and clean up the store you will lose more customers.

Extremely packed, inventory basically non-existent in some isles. But the staff where nice and tried to get me through the line as fast as possible.

What a terrible experience!. Didnt have what I needed for one, secondly the store was in a disarray!!!. Hardly nothing on the shelves for as product.

I was so happy when that store open where I live you find so much things you need there with little money some are name brand love it.

The store manager is very rude towards customers (abrasive/loud). The shelves are half empty and what product that is available is tossed all over the place. Too dirty and messy for a store; Ive seen cleaner garage sales. I will not be going back to this location EVER. The upside (which has nothing to do with the store) is theres a huge Payless shoe store in the same strip mall. Would not give this store ANY stars or rating.

Dollar tree its a dollar but it is cheap....But I go there almost everyday and I love it. But when I just got out like 1 min ago it was junky stuff in the ails. And I was just like OH WOW.😂😭😭

Dollar trees store s in Virginia is wonderful, But Washington and Maryland store s should. Closed down Heckiger mall and Suitland Road and Penna Ave..
