Don’t be fooled by the modest storefront: this is a great store. My wife’s phone died while we were visiting Washington and this was the closest Verizon dealer. It was a totally wonderful “accident of circumstance” for us. Asad (the owner? Manager?) was terrific. Knowledgeable, calm, helpful, pleasant — all the things you might say that mean “we got terrific service.” If we lived here, this would be our phone store of choice.

My mom, who is in her eighties, and I came in to get her a new iPhone. Asad was fantastic, transferring all of my mom’s info and apps from the old to the new phone and setting it all up in her Verizon account. He ended up saving her almost $40 a month on her bill, enough to pay for the phone and then some. He got us a new cover and screen protector, put it all on, and gave my mom a quick tutorial in using the phone—all while assisting other customers! We’ve used this store before, and have always been more than pleased—amazed really—at the level of customer service. I don’t even live in the area anymore, but I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my Verizon products.

A few years ago I had a very good experience here, but of late it felt like they jut didn’t care and weren’t trying that hard. Then this morning they were not open at the advertised time wasting a trip for us. I like supporting neighborhood stores but am more inclined to stick with the downtown location by my office based on the recent experience.

What a wonderful experience I had yesterday with Asad who sorted out a system problem with Apple and return a new IPhone I had purchased at this store; he also helped me choose a replacement. His patience and expertise went far beyond what Apple was able to offer. He not only set up the new phone (a Pixel) but walked me through a personal tutorial on what I needed to know when switching from an IPhone to an Android. Many thanks to Asad.

I wasnt greeted when I entered and stood around for 10 minutes without so much as being acknowledged by the store staff. Two people were on the floor, one was with a customer and the other was on the phone. Another customer kindly let me know it was going to be a long wait as he left to feed the parking meter. Im still in the store writing this review since I already paid for 30 minutes of parking. Still no acknowledgement from staff who is still with same customer. Person who was on the phone is spectating. Its been 30 minutes and not so much as a thanks for your patience.

These guys are great. Phone shopping is not my favorite thing to do, but these guys were so patient, helpful, and nice, that it was an enjoyable experience. They worked with me to pick the right phone and plan (not trying to up-sell me on anything. I had a very old phone and was switching from another network, and they took care of everything--down to making sure my government discount was working on my new plan. I cant recommend them highly enough!

This is not a Verizon store! The place is called Wireless Zone. I purchased a Verizon Sim card for a new unlocked phone I purchased elsewhere it was $20 and it didnt work. When I returned it, which to there stores credit was hassle free. I went to the real Verizon store in Union Station, where I got a working Sim card for free. Not much here unless you want overpriced phones and accessories. Lesson: save yourself some time and go to Union station if you are a Verizon customer.

1.0 star rating10/8/2014Avoid this retailer at all costs! I went in a month ago. Waited patiently for assistance. Was told I had to wait a month to be eligible for an upgrade. Returned yesterday. I upgraded to the Galaxy Note 3. My sales rep advised the Manager that I was entitle to a $100 rebate but the Manager told him it was not available on this phone. I was charged $199 for the phone. I went home and found the same phone on sale at Best Buy for $99.99. I returned to the store and spoke with the Manager. His response?What do you want me to do about it? When I asked for a refund he told me I would be charged a restocking fee of $30 and he claim a earphones came with the phone!!!Another sales person informed me that Best Buy sold re-furbished phones. I took my refund and am headed to Best Buy. I would strongly advise others to follow suit.Shop around...but not here.

Believe the reviews. Great customer service. Came in with a phone on the fritz and had the pleasure to watch Jermaine take care of all the other customers while not neglecting trying to fix my problem. In the end, I had to buy a new phone, but not for lack of trying on his part. Pleasant, courteous, to the point.

Visited this store on Thursday. I must say that this was a most enjoyable experience. No high pressure sales, just 1 very helpful and most patient staff member on duty at the time of my visit. He had 2 people before me and another that came after. But the wait was minimual. I was changing phone from a S4 to iPhone 7. He was able to activate my new phone. This was challenging because I was also switching carries. After several unsuccessful tries, my contacts finally came over after I left the store. I want to give my highest commendation to Asad for his patience, professionalism and kindness to a senior citizen who knows nothing about iPhones. I know this may be a long review, but good service deserves more than a quick superficial review.

Quick service, but they were out of the screen protector I usually use. Rather than just ordering me one, they upsold me on one that was much more expensive and didnt work. When I went to return it a week later they basically acted like it wasnt their problem.

Came into the store today for what I thought would be a quick phone change, turned out to be anything but, my husband and I were very confused but the way the process would work and had lots of questions....fortunately for us Asad was at work today. To my surprise, it ended up being the most positive experience I have had at a Verizon store to date. The staff was so friendly and I was in and out very quickly (I normally have to wait forever to get service). They evaluated my plan and we went through ways that I might be able to save on my monthly bill. That has NEVER happened to me at a corporate Verizon store. They even put my screen protector on for me! I will be back for sure.

I had put off replacing my phone for a couple of years just because I didnt want to put up with all the upselling and other junk you usually have to put up with in tech stores. But I was really pleasantly surprised with Anthony and Mr. Agha at the Wireless Zone. There was no pressure and Anthony talked over my options with me about how to get the most out of my plan without spending a lot of extra money. I had already decided before I walked in that I didnt not the hot new phone but wanted to stick with a slightly older model with a solid track record. And they were very helpful in assisting me to get just what I wanted without trying to talk me into another model. All the way around, I had a really good experience with these guys and I would recommend them to anyone with phone needs.

The sales clerk was misinformed about my plan. She told me I could combine data for two our of 3 lines (the third lines data can be reimbursed so I wanted it separated) but was not the case. She also packaged my rebate offer in a sealed envelope but it turn out it was missing a couple of items. I got a post card from Verizon Wireless but of course I did not make a photocopy because she sealed the envelope already.
