Today the entire family upgraded our iPhones. We worked with Tony and had a wonderful experience upgrading with him. He was the only person working there at the time and managed our upgrade with perfection! Not to mention, also assisting other clients who came in with other one-off questions. Tony was great! He answered every question we had and some of them without even having to ask. He is a true asset to the company.

Tony just helped set me up with my new phone and it was such a great experience! I told him what I was looking for and hoping to spend and he got me set up with the perfect thing. The transaction was quick and friendly, and Tony was knowledgeable about products and promotions. Highly recommend visiting the store rather than just poking around online!

Tony is good at what he does and Im happy about that. I was somewhat dreading going in because you never know how itll go. Tony had the right phone for us based on our price and requirements. He even had good deals that helped out a lot and helped us with the right accessories. He also immediately started getting the phone setup and ready for use and was able to quickly answer questions all while enjoying friendly banter. We were in and out of the store before we knew it. This is coming from someone who does most of their big purchases online but in this instance, but this was absolutely the better choice.

Went to Verizon a little skeptical about getting a new phone and switching to their service. But the sales associate working at the time Tony Osborne made me feel more than comfortable with the whole thing and made my time an experience at Verizon way easier than I wouldve expected! You set your employees up for failure. They dont have the proper explanations for questions & wait time is ridiculous. None of this being the employees fault. All comes down to improper management & training & staffing

Even though they were very busy, they were very quick to help customers. When it was my turn, I didnt feel rushed and they made sure I had all my questions answered. My new iPhone is awesome and I love the cute case Heather helped me pick out!

Katie was absolutely wonderful. She went above & beyond to get my account situated & helped out in the store.

I went in to add a line to our account and there was 1 employee and 1 customer. Employee did not even acknowledge me for a solid 20 minutes as I sat a table, until the customer took a phone call and he told employee to help me. Employee looked at me with absolutely no smile or customer service skills and I spoke the first word and said I need to purchase a new phone and have some questions. She said okay and went back to playing on her own phone while the customer was on his phone call still. 35 minutes in, I got up and asked her what time they open in morning. She replied 10am, bye. Where is the customer service? I sat there for 35 minutes and she made me feel so unwelcome, like I was bothering her evening by being in the store. Ive been in the store before when I set up our account and had a wonderful experience with the employee who helped me. I heard her tell the customer she has been there for 1 month. You can train for the expertise on phones & plans, but customer service will ALWAYS be the key and you wont keep customers by treating them poorly. A simple hello, I will be with you shortly would suffice, or even a smile. Will be shopping online thru the Verizon app this holiday season.

Katie was very helpful at the Washington, IL store. I go to this store everytime I have to go to verizon. As of late I dread going there because the employees are not pleasant or kind at all. However, today was a nice change of pace with Katie. She was extremely nice and very easy to talk to. Helped me get my phone activated with nice conversation. Verizon needs more employees like Katie at the Washington store.

I wish I could give zero stars. AVOID this place at all costs. They may be authorized to sell for Verizon but the products are not guaranteed. Verizon will not honor anything, as they are their own company. Try to make contact with a manager, GOOD LUCK. They dont even have a store manager and there is no contact information for anyone else. I wish Id have known!

I usually have horrible customer service at the Washington store. Today I went in and Ryan helped me, it was the best experience I’ve had there by far. I highly recommend going when Ryan is working. He is super helpful and nice. (the only reason i left a 4 is because of previous experiences and how the rest of the staff is).

Sales associate delayed opening the store from 10:00 a.m. to 10:10 a.m. and was seen on his phone in the store after it should have been open. Customers began waiting outside the door at 10:03 a.m. We called the store at 10:05 a.m. and the call was sent to voicemail. When he finally decided to open the store, he flipped the lock on the door and walked away. No, Welcome... or Sorry about that... etc... After finally getting inside the store, the system wasnt ready to go for payments and we had to wait for him to get that ready - all things that should have been done prior to opening on time.

Horrible customer service!!! Walked in this evening to buy my daughter a new iPhone and sat for an hour while the employee tended to one customer. Never got a welcome to the store or be with you shortly. We were never acknowledged!! Three other people came in and out and same thing no greeting from the employee. I try and shop local as much as possible, but after today I will take my business elsewhere!!
