I recently found M@C, and I cannot stop bidding. I am finding the same trendy items I would find online, but I get them for a fraction of the price because it’s an auction. Plus, they ENCOURAGE you to go in and look at the product before bidding. With my membership, I get FREE transfers to the location of my choice. That alone saves time and gas to pick it up. It also allows you to freely bid from any location. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for a deal.

The mark of a company is not the day to day but when an issue arises. I had an order not as described and missing parts. They were super easy to get my funds back and friendly. This is a great group of folks to deal with.

As first time bidders at M@C I have to say the experience was fantastic!!! We showed up to pick up our purchase and the staff was incredible. Amanda in Washington (B) was so helpful. Explained how everything worked around the pickup facility and the other wear house’s. We had a dozen questions about the app, holds, transfers and pickups she was incredibly patient. The guys helping locate our items and load were incredibly helpful and worked very hard helping us load. Everyone we encountered was extremely pleasant! We have been back there 3x’s now and the experience was the same each time. We have now referred over 10 of our friends and each have shared a similar experience. Make sure you tip the guys helping you load! They deserve it! Upon my last trip I had three box’s over 150- 200lbs and these dudes jumped right in and helped me get them in my truck. My wife went up by herself and not only did they load her items in my truck but did a great job strapping everything in securely for her trip home. 5⭐️‘ s is not enough! Great JOB M@C you all Rock!

M@c Discount is a great way to buy things at a discounted price! I love the fact the all items are listed as either Like New, Open Box or Damaged and that there is a picture of the packaging. I also like the items linking to Amazon so you can get more information about the product. Also, being able to inspect items before bidding on them is helpful. Customer Service is always friendly and helpful! There isnt a room in my house that doesnt have a M@c item in it!

I was pretty skeptical of this when my cousin told me about it. Well, I finally won a bid. I got the item for 60% less than the listing on Amazon. I can honestly say that this is legit. Them employees at the warehouse I went to were very efficient and polite. They helped me load my item. They were great. I felt bad I didnt have a few bucks on me for the service. Since I won my first bid, I actually one 2 tonight. One item I pay ²0% of its listing. Ill continue to use this app and recommend it to friends and family. I will look into membership as well. M@C discount is a wonderful Auction Warehouse. I have furnished at least half of my apartment with hidden treasures found here. If you are good at bidding you can really get some pretty phenomenal deals. The employees and management are always nice and greet me with a smile and handle any questions or concerns I have with a smile and great knowledge, they know their business well. I highly recommend giving it a try. All you have to do is download the app on Google play or apple and enter a credit or debt card and your ready to bid and win some great items for your lovely home. I will be back for more amazing deals.

Mac discount is the best way to get deals on almost everything you can think of. Make sure you understand that you are often bidding on returned goods and to make sure you read the descriptions and examine the pictures. On average I get goods for 20% the retail cost or less. Also don’t be anxious if you miss something since popular items tend to pop back up within a week or two. So just take your time and watch your bids closely. Their customer service is also very responsive over chat.

Honestly if you want the truth visit the Better Business Bureau. They try and cover everything with the Open box and that they have you come view your items beforehand but if the box is sealed you cant possibly ensure everything is in it. I have taken videos of me unboxing all the items I have purchased so far.I will upload once its complete. With the $59 membership you only get 2 returns a month they try and cover by listing almost all items as open box and by saying they encourage you to come inspect your items before you purchase, however if the box is sealed you cant inspect it. So I have several items missing pieces, as well as used cosmetics etc so these product returns are really used. I cant go into to much detail until I finish picking up the remaining items as they bully people to remove negative reviews or they suspend your account. Also do a check when they show the suggested price a lot of times its not accurate.

Guys INSPECT YOUR ITEM!!! I went to inspect a $500 item before bidding too high because all that was posted was a beat up box and stock photo. Once we got there and inspected the item there was not a single thing to suggest the high quality brand/photo they listed. It was actually an entirely different brand and worth less than half of the item they listed it as. They picked a high quality brand and listed it as that to fool people. They suggest to inspect but they know people aren’t going to so they lie. You may get lucky and if you do AWESOME, if not you’re screwed. Also posting this with no personal info because the owner likes to look up bad reviews info in his system and put their personal buying history out for all to see.I’m just trying to be honest for people who really don’t read between the lines and think this site is the bees knees…it’s an absolute gamble at best. I was super excited, because people I trust got lucky. Very sad to see the item was not at all what I thought.

I just discovered M@C discount at the beginning of summer. The website makes it easy to navigate through the (4) locations. There is fresh inventory of hundreds of items listed Monday through Friday. Being a member makes it very convenient to have the auction items transferred closer to my home location. All of the staff is very friendly and willing to help. There are some awesome deals daily where you can by items anywhere from 50%-90% off retail prices. Highly recommend !

Once I learned to preview high ticket items, carefully review photos and read posted descriptions, I found some INCREDIBLE bargains! The site is a breeze to navigate, the items can be pennies on the dollar, and the pick-up process is SO. EASY! There is even a membership option that allows unlimited transfers between auction locations.Whether you are a hard-core auction fanatic or a casual buyer, there’s sure to be something here you absolutely need. Don’t hesitate for a minute to give it a go!

Most items are listed as open box while others are listed as like new or damaged. Even though very few damaged items are actually marked damaged, I would estimate that at the very minimum, 50% of open box items are actually damaged beyond use or repair. They take photos at angles to manipulate and hide the damage while only marking it as open box while they clearly know it is damaged. Why not be transparent and list it as damaged? How about shoe the damage instead of turning it to a good side? They urge you to inspect prior. It depends at which warehouse you go if they welcome the inspections. Butler hovers over you and doesnt let you open up boxes to inspect... They dont take returns.I have been meaning to review for sometime now but the kicker to this review is the fact that they are now paying $25 for positive reviews. Sneaky sneaky company.You might find an amazing deal...but chances are you will get burned many times over trying to snag that amazing deal and would have been better off paying full price at the beginning...unless of course you live nearby and do a FULL INSPECTION before you buy. Do NOT trust the images or quality of the box...

You get what you pay for. I got a great deal on a few items but the last few things Ive gotten have been missing parts. A space heater with no legs is a fire hazard as the heater sits directly on the floor. Unusable

I’ve been buying a substantial amount of products at each M@C Discount locations since February 2021. I mainly by to resale and have had great success. I realized that being a member definitely has its benefits especially being able to make returns. I’ve had a lot more positive purchases than negative. Any other issues have been satisfactorily resolved by the managers.

This website is the best, I have been able to get items for my house I would never been able to before. The site is honest about its items, although a few more pictures would not hurt.I have picked plenty of items from their McKees Rocks location and have to say the people have always been wonderful.I highly recommend using this service.Edit: some reviews mention added costs, they are clear all auctions have a 15% buyers premium, a $2 lot fee and tax on top, for high priced items the fee can feel like a lot, but just do the math before you put your bids in and know your limits.

This place is a great place to find deals as long as you know what it is! Think of the items you have returned to a store. Some items have problems, others do not. Since this company is reselling those items, you should take this into consideration! With that being said, I have gotten some really good deals here over the past couple months! To be satisfied with your purchases here I suggest a few things. 1) Keep in mind while you are bidding that there may be some flaw with the product you are purchasing and that for the most part you cannot return it! 2) Know that there will be a lot fee and 15% buyers premium tacked on to your cost along with tax. 3) Make sure you read the descriptions and look at the pictures.

Absolutely Love M@C! Their products are priced right and in great shape. I recommend upgrading your subscription for easier pickup, transfers, and 1 return a month. Half of my house is full of treasures from M@C discount. I could never afford such nice things and quality brands without this auction.My only complaint is that I really dislike that employees smoke while working and right in the middle of the warehouse, not off to the side or around back. I can’t go there if I need to go anywhere after because I smell like cigarettes. Also makes me very uncomfortable bringing my son, but sometimes I have to.I would also warn customers to please understand the inspection expectation and return policy. I think it is fair, but I don’t buy anything without inspecting it first.Despite these things I still give 5 stars because I have gotten so many fantastic finds. It’s an auction, not retail, so you can’t expect things to be in brand new condition, it’s on you to inspect everything and maybe not buy if you’re not sure it will work. To me, the work is worth it to get 50-90% off retail price.Full disclosure I am expecting to receive a small gift card in exchange for this review but, my review is 100% honest.

Love everything about Mac Discount! The daily auctions are so much fun. Everything about the process is easy, transparent and straightforward. Ive scored amazing deals on exercise equipment, appliances, furniture, and clothes. Picking up the items that Ive won gives me a chance to visit with the great warehouse staff, and when Im unable to go to the warehouse there is an easy option to have my wins delivered. My favorite auction win so far has been a high-end treadmill, still new in the original box that I got for $2! My whole family now uses MacDiscount, from finding things to tuck away as Christmas presents, to finding the perfect finishing touches for a home remodel - this is the first place we look!

Great prices, can be additive, lol. Overall great experience, the membership is well worth the fee if you plan on purchasing often. Be sure to read the description and be aware that the items are from my experience are 90% in new/like new shape but there are some duds. You are welcome to go look at the items in person before the auction so I recommend that that on more expensive items. I am hooked, several purchases every week!

We had a great experience with M@c discount. We have had some items that have been extremely good deals in excellent condition. We had one issue with an item and were able to return it with our membership. Customer service answered my questions quickly. We will continue to support this business!

Weve purchased upwards of 70 items. Roughly 20% were stellar deals and roughly 30% were total duds (ceiling lamps without the cover, items that simply dont work/ are broken). Consider everything as used for the weekend and returned. We got two fantastic office chairs that were just missing a bolt or two. For half the list price thats a win in our book! The open box policy is clear on the website. The crew in the warehouses are fun, quick and as friendly as they can be given they work with the public. ;) If you buy a beach umbrella expect it to come with sand.

As a longtime Mac Discount customer I have found this to be a great place to get fantastic deals on a wide variety of items. If you are OK with the occasional blemish on a perfectly good working item, or you dont mind that its not in its original box and want to save from 40% to 80% off, then this is the place for you. We have been able to furnish our mountain home with everything from desks to barstools to coffee makers and even a fireplace with these guys.

We have been with M@C since they first opened and have purchased numerous items. Most have been exactly what we expected, some have been a bit less than expected and some have surpassed what we expected. If you read the description and look at the pictures posted you pretty well know what your getting. Over all we have been very pleased with the company. All and I do mean all of the employees are extremely helpful and courteous.

Read terms of agreement....bought a broken refrigerator. They also have other fees that are added to your order. Buyer beware. UPDATE: After posting an honest quote my account was suspended. I didnt plan on using the site anymore, just wanted to pick up an item ALREADY purchased. Given a hard time picking up an item already paid for because of my one star rating. I do not recommend this auction site or the way the owner does business. I have closed my account and will not do business with them. On a positive note all of the employees were extremely nice and helpful.

Really nice auction bidding app. Ive bought three items so far for great prices and had no issues with pickup. Note that with a free account you can only pickup your items during pickup-times - usually after 12pm noon.

I’ve ordered several items and they have been in great condition with only one exception. I got an amazing desk for under 10$. I purchased a luxury mattress that was brand new. I also purchased adorable bar stools. I’m hooked!!

Great place to find cheaper items and furniture. They receive returns from big box stores, so as long as youre willing to go through and look it there are some steals to be had. I got a brand new king set, including mattress frame and comforter for under a hundred bucks!

Fun buying experience! Ive been an avid auction goer for decades. Rule number one for smart shoppers: take them up on their encouragement to inspect items so you can make an educated bid. Rule two: know and understand the auction fees.Ive been so pleasantly surprised with way more than Ive been disappointed. Ive received multiple items (a five-pack of face shields when I only thought Id win one), had Open Box items come to me in what I consider to be new condition, and won items that had been returned for not matching the upc on the box only to find they were the better version. Its really like Christmas when you unbox your winnings. Big fan!!

My wife and I purchased a chase lounge and. Basketball hoop from this place. Both missing major components. Instructions and bolts. Absolutely a pile of trash. The owner Kellan would not help us in the slightest. Stay away from this place at all cost. If something is to good to be true.

Description was incorrect. Received a broken item, unable to use at all. Item description just said “open box”. I’d be ok with an open box but when polls are bent, screws are missing.. it’s more than just an open box. I’m really disappointed in myself for believing this could be for real. Beware. Unique place. You have to make purchases by bidding on items online. You cannot buy anything onsite. Staff is friendly and helpful, but it can get busy. I suggest picking up merchandise between 2pm-4pm.

I got lots of items from this place. Lots of broken products. There item detail is wrong so much if your not there to see it in person you probably get a bad item. Not only are there thousands of problems with this auction site. I had a very bad experience with a employee. Chased me down telling me I couldnt be in the building. When I was directed to that location. Then after I was leaving he was very appointed to pursue me at the door to scold me that I had to go were he pointed. Then laughed at a item I got and said he remembers that it was broken and threw the part away. I will not be going here anymore.

You can get some really great deals on stuff,I find it fun to watch items and bid on them. Keep in mind you may buy something that is damaged or missing some pieces but M@C seems to do their best to describe the items and condition being auctioned.

The app is very easy to use. Its very addicting, Im constantly checking my bids. I dont understand why there are so many bad reviews, people are acting like youre bidding on museum quality goods. Everything is either a return, or its been damaged. Most (not all) of the time its clearly listed on the website the condition of the product and if its missing something of importance. Its always a risk, but I think thats what makes it so much fun. Ive spent over $700 already on 20+ items and havent been burnt yet. Its a great concept and I wish I found out about it sooner.

Bought an open box item that was missing all of the installation hardware plus missing one of the main parts and when I called they basically said sorry about your luck.Update the item was marked open box and apparently their definition of open box is can be missing any and all parts so seems like you could save money but, youd better be checking every item you buy before bidding.The second customer service member was much nicer but, explained me I had to change my review to a 5 star and call back to have my account unsuspended due to a negative review.Yeah Ill keep my review as it is because Im not giving you a 5 star review for a horrible experience and Ill stick to ebay for my online bidding at least I dont have to worry or waste time and gas to inspect everything.

I am disgusted! I was scammed! I bid on an item and won it. The item was listed incorrectly as a 60$ pizza stone, the one I picked up would cost $17 new. This one was used, had burn marks all over and was broken in half. Complete trash! Do not waste your money. Go with a legitimate business like eBay. This is not the place you’re looking for for deals.P.S. when I went to the warehouse the other things on the shelves were broken dirty and looked like trash as well. It appears that they resell Amazon and other sellers used and broken items. DO NOT BUY

I’ve gotten a few things here (PS5, longboard, VR headset, etc) and they’ve all been great and work perfectly. You should always inspect the items before bidding though to be sure you’ll be satisfied with their condition
