I had such a wonderful experience at this store. I called prior to coming to check on if they would be able to help or had what I needed in stock. The person on the phone ( I believe Chris or Chad ) was so patient and helpful. When I got to the store, the team members helped me and suggested the perfect paper for creating the liners for my wedding invitations. They even showed me how to install them. It was the perfect touch and the experience was just lovely. Would highly recommend!

I wanted to buy a sample bouquet for my wedding as inspiration and Abby was so helpful with my purchase. My fiancé didnt want to come and she was able to pick out flowers that matched my color scheme perfectly. Abby was truly amazing!

Clean, neat, & organized. They don’t stock bullet journals very much tho. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My credit card has a scam transaction from this store. Today their credit card machines are down, so they take card numbers and run them manually. I got charged another transaction other than my purchase. When I called them they told me that there is another person has the same name as I am, so they put the charge on me. They still not refund me yet. Don’t come to this scam store.

Whenever Im in Georgetown I stop in to Paper Source to buy a new Dear Diary. My grey furry one from August just ran out of pages,, so I was happy to find a moon & stars suede journal. The people were so nice, they honored the 20% off online discount. I was tempted by all the cute Easter merch...maybe next time 🐰

BEST SELECTION OF GREETING CARDS in all of North West DC! The staff is amazingly helpful and the checkout is speedy! No matter the occasion youll find what your looking for. The only downside is the shortage of parking but its Georgetown..lol

All the employees are so nice here! I went in to use the Happy Returns service, and they walked me through the process. It was so simple, and I was just so impressed with how helpful everyone was. They gave me a coupon to use in their store, and I had a great time shopping for gifts for some friends. They have a wonderful selection of fun, unique gift items and paper goods! I love Paper Source! The staff there is very friendly and is always willing to help me find what I might be looking for. I often stop in to get gifts for family, cards for my coworkers, or just to look around to see what new things they might have.

Amazing service. I had to buy something and wasnt really sure so the girl at counter (both Sarra and other ) offered me to try on a sample paper and spoiled her own hand. So impressed by the service and quality of product. Good location too

I called to ask about inventory and when what I wanted was not in stock, staff immediately offered to order them in store and ship them to my house for free. My order arrived within four days, which was much faster than the expectation of 7-10 days. Great products and service.

Paper Source is a one level stationary shop on M Street NW in Georgetown. They have tons of cards, fancy paper, toys, etc. Its all a little pricey, but if you go in and buy a fancy piece of paper to hang as a poster, its a cheap poster ($5-$7). We bought a cat poster for our daughters room!The employees are friendly and helpful from our experience!

I love greeting cards and this is the place to go. Its pretty pricey though so be aware. They do have a make your own card section just check the website for more information

One of the coolest stores I have gone to. For being a crafter like me, this place was a dream. They had anything you could think of in the stationary department. So many cards to choose from. They even had a balloon section. I feel like if I lived in the area, I would be there almost everyday. I would find any excuse to go inside. I have to visit when I come back.

We visit the DC area every year. If anyone in your family is into crafts, this is a must go to shop. Different stock every year and always find something to bring home. Added plus, its in the heart of Georgetown.

Anything to do with quality paper this store is a must visit. If your not sure if the difference between papers this store is a must visit. Plus beautiful seasonal items. Easter baskets, its time, make it personal.

Excellent selection of stationary, cards and crafts. Customer service was top-notch. Much superior to their prominent competition, Papyrus! Paper source has a variety of great products (particularly all the stationary i.e full walls of blank, colored cards/envelopes with 100+ colors). The layout of this store (and other locations) tends to feel intuitive and employees are friendly. I’ve been to just as many Papyrus locations and it simply cannot compete with Paper Source on pricing or quality. Even compared to Walgreens and retail/craft stores like Target, Hallmark, Michaels etc, Paper Source has reasonable pricing and much higher quality. Strongly recommend!

This store is my favorite for greeting cards and wrapping paper. The staff are very friendly and helpful, a great selection of charming cards. Only drawback is that it is usually packed with people.

Terrible understanding of their own products. I went to the store for a simple inkpad to stamp return addresses on my wedding invitation envelopes. I asked an employee to show me which inkpad would work for this application. She helped me choose one. However, after stamping 65 of my envelopes, I suddenly realized that the ink did not dry. I waited four days and the ink still smeared. I returned to the store to present the problem. I spoke with the manager, and she did exchange the inkpad, but I felt very disappointed that they dont seem to understand their products well at all. Having spoken with the manufacturer of the ink pad, I was informed that using this type of ink for this application would never be appropriate, because it is a pigment ink, not an alcohol based ink. I wasnt looking for an exploratory craft project, I was trying to get something done. What a waste of my time. I was out 65 expensive special ordered envelopes, all of the postage, and most importantly, the invitations are late. I should not have to be the expert on their products. Buyer beware.
