I lived in Philly back when Covid first started. This was the fabric I purchased when I first started making masks. Got a million compliments. Have yet to see it again until today and already 2 girls said they loved it. So happy we stopped here. THANK YOU!!!

The only thing that frustrates me is that they have cut down on quite a few things. Its hard when youre a seamstress and need something in a hurry. Other than that service was great and had a wonderful clerk waiting on me.

Great sales Great variety.Horrible customer service. We had to search the entire store to find some1 to cut our fabric. Also we had to search the store to get some1 to ring up our stuff.

I do leather work, they had most everything I needed.

No one there could help me. They didnt know if what I was looking for was even available. Only young people and one older guy was working there. A waste of time. It shows that they carry it online. I had to check though an entire area myself and had no luck finding what I came in for.

Long story story. Been looking for a Cricut Brightpad called different store and nobody would help me. I was trying to pay it and get it shipped to me. I called this store and the employee and manager were amazing! I was able to pay it and they shipped it to me! Perfect condition! I received it this morning! SHOUT OUT TO THIS STORE! Y’all made me the happiest woman in the world! THANK YOU!

We like crafty things and this place was like a crafters paradise. Well a beginners paradise. My children loved it. I get anxiety so the endless rows of stuff enhanced that a bit. The staff was polite and answered any questions we had. It was busy but I am unsure if it is typically busy or if it was the holiday crowd.

I have ordered curbside pickup twice, and it has been wonderful both times.

The place was one of the largest Joann fabrics I have ever been in. It was weird getting there because the mall is closed, but to get there you walk down a hallway, clueless about the direction you are going in. You exit the hallway into the mall and Joann fabrics is on the left. Seriously, put up some signage.

Small store, great employees, chock-full of lots of stuff for sewing and crafting! Stores always clean, and well-organized.

Stopped in today....love the savings!Sale on Cricut & Joann brand vinyls & iron-ons. 80% sale on summer (toys) & that was worth the stop! Sale through 9/11.

Being a sewer I love the Great selection of fabric. They always have good sales, too.

They were very slow, must have been at cutting table 15 minutes. But Joanns is always very slow with service. You can always plan to be in there at least 1 hr. Thats when they arent busy

Showed email that stated sale was todays date. Sales clerk said she would be right back but could not find her after 20 minutes. Went to another clerk, she stated they arent honoring the sale until Sunday even though it stated todays date.
