I would like to thank the good people at Georgetown Shell for the outstanding and professional service I most recently received. I am from out of town and when my car became disabled, I received a tow to and excellent service from this station. Elizabeth and others were able to order the parts that were needed and have my vehicle fixed and ready the following day. Thank you all, and I would recommend this station for your service needs.

I have received super service from Jack and the team. The entire staff is great! The work is always done right and very fast-- both for regular servicing as well as larger jobs. They have always been able to help, even on very short notice. They are really honest and friendly as well! I highly recommend them.

These guys are terrific. I have a 20 year old jalopy that they have kept running for me for years. Jack, Rob and the mechanics are incredibly friendly, funny, and a pleasure to work with. They do fast and good work. Lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

I have used this set ice station for several years and can not say enough good things about their honest and excellent service. They go out of their way to explain what is needed to repair your vehicle and are efficient and fair.

They patched up my tire in 15 min for $20. Cant beat that. Thought I was going to need a new tire & was very happy with the outcome.

Our truck had broke down otw to a basketball game one evening, the tow truck driver recommend this auto shop, and Im thankful they did, the owner called me 1st thing the next morning explained everything and promised to have it fixed the same day around 1pm, he called an hour earlier and had us on our way home!!! The manager is a racist and has poor customer service. I have witnessed on more than one occasion the management treating their employees with such disrespect it was disgusting. I encountered a situation with the management that I was not happy about. A situation that was uncalled for and was unnecessary by the management. I will never enter into this establishment ever again! I advise you to stay away.
