No real issues except for the business hours being wrong. Despite the business having updated the page here a week ago.
Says it closes at 5 and when I get to the door there’s a sign that says it closes at 3. Please update your hours
There is a sign on this store that says it is now permanently closed (even though thats not reflected on the CVS website)
Nice store but many expired items. Most of the items I recently purchased were either expired or going to expire very soon.
This CVS charges 5 cents to receive a plastic bag with your purchase. Although 5 cents isnt a large amount. How dare you charge n when you complain you get a I THOUGHT YOU KNEW! Response....HOW? When your next to a Holiday Inn where people from all over the world are staying while visiting Washington D.C. where most people receive bags without a charge. And the manager acts as if OMG! Its only 5 cents!...WELL, 8F ITS ONLY 5 CENTS GIVE IT BACK! HOW DARE YOU! ..ITS THE PRINCIPLE! 5 cents from everyone adds up to ( no pun intended) A Pretty Penny. I will be contacting Corporate!
Left my credit card here by accident! The staff kept it safe and had it waiting for me when I came back hours later. So thankful.
This place is terrible. We were accosted by an employee asking for a positive review on CVS’ customer experience survey site. Really uncomfortable and time consuming. Only come here if you have to.
I love CVS, but customer service at this particular location is horrible. Some ladies among those who work there are not nice with customers.
Small CVS that has the essentials if you need them, but no pharmacy at this location. Also, there is usually a 5-person deep wait at the register.
The drink coolers at this location always look to be ravaged. This very well could be an issue with the vendors who stock it, regardless its a very bad shopping experience if you just want to grab a quick drink.
This convenience store is not convenient....they close at 5.
No PHARMACY. Update the description Google. Closest Pharmacy location is in LEnfant Plaza Building.
Went to look for the allergy medicine that is kept behind the pharmacy counter. Despite the internet page saying there is a pharmacy here - they DO NOT have one. What a waste of time and misleading ad on Google.
This must be the only CVS closed Sundays, and its the only drug store in the national mall and capital area. In the time it took me to write this review, 4 people came and left disappointed.
An chain pharmacy store all over USA
How bad can a pharmacy be? It had what we needed and the staff were friendly.
This store sucks, everything is never stocked always empty shelves and no pharmacy plus you ask when they are going to order something and they say we dont know and how are you going to close the one in LEnfant Plaza and you are left with this one with no pharmacy?
There IS NO pharmacy!!! I hiked here for nothing
Nice customer service
Did they miss an order date?
Small store.
Normal grocery store. Bcp of vitamins and food supplements. Toiletries, some magazines and some food (less choice than in other CVS). Large choice of cards for greetings, etc. 3 stars because the cashier was literally rude.
It is small, it closes early and the staff does not attend in the most pleasant way possible ... It is a pity since it is next to major hotels that have guests who can buy.
