It’s giving PROFESSIONALISM! Exceptional staff, and great customer service. I was greeted and helped with an issue with my order. The manger is very friendly and accommodating and I loved seeing a majority women staff. Keep up the great work! This location was also very clean and organized. Happy customer, this is my new spot for sure!

I enjoyed my visit i came for a quick bite, i cant recall the name of my sandwich but it was small and full of lettuce and a nice piece or chicken. The place was well kept and it was my first time being there. Btw you need to make a purchase before using the restroom which was very clean as well! The sandwich tasted good. Maybe there were some sauce I didnt know about but i wished there were some sauce.

I had a great experience this morning for breakfast! My order notified me on the app that it would be ready at a certain time and it was. I didn’t realize it was already ready bc the app had a glitch. Additionally, the app told me oatmeal is unavailable and they accommodated me with two hash browns. The manager was lovely and so were all of the employees. I usually order from the app at this location but this was even better.

So U came in here this evening expecting to walk into a normal grocery store, and I was surprised to see that its not a grocery store at all. Not even close. I would characterize this place as a very limited convenience store, with a sandwich and coffee section included. The sandwich options seemed pretty decent, so I ended up ordering a roasted chicken sandwich that included mostly vegetables. The vegetables included cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and ranch dressing. On top of that,I purchased a prepared chef salad. I waited around inside of the store which the person behind the counter was preparing this. I asked another employee if I could use the restroom, and she gleefully indicated to me that the restrooms were closed due to the pandemic. I was fine with it, but as I walked away I could here this employee high fiving another employee and laughing about the fact that she refused to let me use the restroom. I dont know that their amusement was the actual result of what was told to me. But I felt offended either way,not because the restroom was closed, but because I felt that these employees were making a joke about it. I left with the chicken sandwich and salad, and I hope it turns out to be something decent by the time I can enjoy it at home.

I really love wawa, but in this location the customer service was horrible. First I order a coffee and the lady that make it for me was very rude when I ask her for make it half coffee and half milk. Second when I came to pay the machine was no reading my card so they call the manager who told I need to call my bank, but I knew the problem was the machine so I ask her for try in another machine but they refused y continue saying that I need to call my bank, I insist and finally the accept to try in author machine and my card worked perfect so I told the manager “I think the other machine is not working properly “ and she just say me “have a good one” and leave talking alone. They really need to learn customer service.

Be prepared for anything and everything when entering this location. Ive seen altercations between customers and employees and all sorts of nonsense. There are always shady people lurking around outside as well, so I never feel safe going here alone at night.

This is the slowest wawa I have ever stepped foot into. It takes over 10 minutes to get a bagel warmed and then it comes out barely toasted. The staff take their sweet time to do there tasks, sometimes you have to go searching for them to charge you at the register. Also, their customer service needs practice.

This is by far the worst Wawa and even convenience store I have ever been! The lack of professionalism and customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. You probably have over 12 staff on rotation and none are showing any sort of empathy to the customers trying to get something. After I paid for a simple sandwich, had to wait over 30 minutes just to have a supervisor get someone to start preparing orders, and that was after I and several other complained. On top of that, they didn’t even had Mac n Cheese, which btw I paid for like 40 minutes before. It’s my fault to pick this store because I should have read the reviews and seen the atmosphere prior, but it was the only place open after 10 pm in Columbia Heights. Please if you’re reading this, don’t support this store so hopefully Wawa can do something about this.

This is the most unbelievably terrible Wawa in the country. I’ve tried them all. It’s filled with employees standing around joking and angry customers waiting for 30 minutes for one employee to spend half their time chatting and half their time banging out 1 sandwich every 5 minutes. If one thing is consistent in this world, it’s the wait time at this Wawa.

Worst WaWa - To be honest, I expected it.Let’s start with the exterior of the store: The complete disregard for a decent lease line is mind blowing. The decals in the windows facing 14th Street show a lack of creativity and doesn’t help set the tone for the already messy intersection.Interior: Lack of customer service.

This Wawa is very rude and disrespectful. First of all they don’t allow students to enter during the day until 3:15 PM. They think students are going to go steal food from there. First of all not all students are bad kids. There are many students wanting to get breakfast from Wawa because they haven’t eaten anything and they banning students to enter unless with a parent. They are also good people who are trying to buy something to eat and now there not letting us how disrespectful. I was trying to go there every morning to get my breakfast now I can’t because they think I will steal just because I’m wearing my school uniform like if we’re all thiefs which is not true. Wawa should change there rules there are good and bad oriole trying to steal. All the bad students you should just ban them from the store, but the good students trying to buy something to eat you should let us enter in the morning.

Dont eat here first off I waited 30 minutes for a sandwhich entirely to long for a coldcut I live across the street I got home and opened my sandwhich it was a big black bug in the middle of my sandwhich I know for a fact with fixing my sandwhich they saw this big bug i took it back all the manager said was do I want another one why would I after seeing that so irritated they deserve no stars be careful with food here

Unlike most of the negative reviews my order did not take long BUT when I finally ate my hoagie hours later I realized the messed up my order. I asked for oil but I got a ton of vinegar. A complete waste of my money.

Stopped in there for the 1st time Thursday afternoon 11/4. I lived in New Jersey for decades where Wawas are everywhere and had high hopes for this one. They knocked it out of the park.The ladies behind the sandwich counter were really nice and myRoast Beef Sub was fantastic. She even put the pickles on the side, which you wouldnt believe how many people seen to overlook this small request.The place was clean, even the coffee station. Im heading back today.
