I absolutely love Lili The First and Ifat, the owner. The collection is unique and wide ranging, and no matter how often you go (which I highly recommend) there is always something new to delight your fashion senses. Ifat is amazing at figuring you out very quickly and recommending items that make you look and feel cool, chic, fabulous, real...whatever youre craving and dont even know it for yourself. This is my go-to boutique in DC and hands-down the best one in the city. The pieces are both unique and beautifully-made. The shop works with designers from all over the world, so theres a wide range of styles (and is always being stocked with new items) and something for all types of occasions. I cant recommend Lili enough!

The jewelry in a store actually attracts shoppers who come to see and buy just that before evening on town. Ifat travels and hand picks designers in Italy, France, Israel for both clothing and jewelry. All in great taste, plus the atmosphere in a store is that what women want. Ifat is such a wonderful woman, has a magnetic personality and a great sense of style. From the moment you enter Lili the First, she makes you feel at home and is your personal shopper. She has an eye for up and coming fashion, and her collection is unique and interesting. Part of the fun about shopping at Lili the First is trying on multiple items without pressure. One of my favorite dresses is something Ifat urged me to try on and Im so glad I did. By the time you leave her boutique, you will be fast friends and sure to return yet again. Great boutique and incredible customer service. Ifat helped me pick out a one-of-a-kind dress that l felt stunning in. After a few wears, I had clumsily snagged and tore the dress. I shared that with Ifat while I started my search for tailors that could fix it in the least noticeable way. I was shocked when Ifat emailed me back the next morning with options that she and the designer had come up with to help me fix and/or replace my garment. Many stores would have wished me good luck as I had worn it a few times, and it wasnt a design or fabrication flaw. I was awestruck that she took the time to reach out to the designer about my mishap! Customer service is not dead! Looking forward to my next visit back to DC to check out the selection and say hello!

I LOVE this boutique! Lili the First is a breath of fresh air in the DC style scene! I love that you can find unique and beautiful fashions, support independent designers from around the globe while getting friendly but no-nonsense style consult from the fabulous and chic owner Ifat Pridan.Ifat is brilliantly building a sense of community with the cool, sophisticated but unpretentious vibe of her boutique. Like many women, I love stopping by to say hello, shop or attend a fun event.I hope to see more independent businesses take the lead from Ifat but in the meantime Ill be going back to Lili the First soon and highly recommend any discerning fashionistas in the area do the same!
