This store could use a little better vairiety of stock items. I thought Factory stores were supposed to be better than retail...?

Customer Service is Phenomenal !!!!I would like to give a huge Mahalo (thank you in Hawaiian) to the Store Manager Colleen and one of her Team Leads Jervin. They went above and beyond for me on the 25th of July in their store. UA is currently holding a BOGO 1/2 off on second pair of shoes. My size wasn’t available in the shoe I wanted in the store and Jervin was very helpful to tell me that it could be ordered for the sameprice online and shipped to me. I don’t live in PA and was visiting the state for a competition that weekend and needed it to be shipped to Hawaii because I was leaving the next day.After grabbing all my items we went to the front where Jervin was inputting my info onto their point of sale equipment when their equipment failed to purchase my item not once but twice. This is where colleen comes in and calls customer service.After an hour wait we finally got the item purchased and Colleen was so nice and awesome she offered to apply a store discount for my time and waiting.Everytime I come to Pittsburgh I always go into this store but now its more special and I’ll be back because the Customer Service is phenomenal!!!Mahalo for going the extra mile I truly felt like I was the only customer in the store that day!!Mahalo,Mikie CastillanoSent from my iPhone

It was my first time there, and was hoping to try on the shoes pictured below. I did try on some that were similar and they felt good. And the guy that helped me was very informative and helpful about the shoe I was wanting. He had me try on the same type of shoe that was a bit different. Unfortunately for me, when I did receive my shoes as much as I love them they really hurt the heels of my feet. Hopefully they will stretch out eventually or I can just wear a few pairs of socks.

Really love visiting this place a couple times a year. Really great products and the racks are always full. Generally, the majority of racks have in house discount markings, plus they honor both Tanger coupons and military on top of the already fair price. .yes, they stack the discounts at the register. Great for back to school, golf, exercise, our just plain comfortable lounge-about-wear. I would suggest that this be the only place for one to buy UA products as these clothing items carry a very high markup everywhere else.

Find better prices in department stores.

Only Had Sizes Up To A, XXL, Available In The Store.. Had To Order Larger Sizes...Im A Big Guy And I Like My Shirts Somewhat Loose.. Under Armours Clothes Run Small...You Would Figure That The Factory Would Have At Least Up To A, XXXL?? Which Is The Size I Need!!!Thats My Only Complaint...

I got little to no help. When I paid for my things, as I was already out of line and walking away, another sales clerck told the fellow, who was taking care of another customer, the tops were on a special sale. They both looked my way then started to debate. Neither one offered to help fix my purchase or the same shirt. The lines were horrible and I did not want to argue over prices. Still one of them could have offered some type of words : maybe you item is or is not on that sale, let us see if you item was for sale. Something! Im disappointed 😞

They dont keep a variety of sports pants in the store for Big Tall Men 😉 was told theyd have to order what I wanted.

Stopped by today on a whim and was glad I did. Prices were much lower than I expected and as an added bonus - they offer an additional 10% military discount. Staff was very helpful.

I love the Under Armour Factory store. They always have the store is pretty great shape and usually have a good stock of sizes. However, the biggest thing that draws me in are the styles and the sales. It is rare that I walk into that store without purchasing something. From the store sales to the coupon book adding in additional savings, it really ends up being priced right! The quality and styles of clothing are my favorite. Best workout clothing! Not only does it look good, it feels good on!

Awesome clearance deals! I was shocked by the sale prices, whilst the regular price merchandise isnt too far off from the normal price you would find in a store. Staff is also super friendly.

We live almost 2 hrs.away, so we very excited when we get a chance to come up and shop. But I’ll prolly be ordering in-line from now on. As I’m walking up to get checked out, only one other person if front of me, and the computer crashes, no biggie for me cause I’m a GM in Retail so I know exactly how that works. But a guy comes over and helps out with the computer and has the girl to check out on a different one. Still no biggie. But he then walks away to another register and starts ring out this family of 6 ish with different purchases. I spoke up and said : am I invisible? He just looked at me then stared ringing up another transaction, the even worse part is a girl walks up and ringing up other people also. So I just put my stuff on the counter approximately $250.00 worth of merch. and walked out. Terrible customer service!

I visited the Kids Under Armour store at the Washington, Pa outlets on 9/15/19 @ 5pm. There were 3 sales associates talking and sharing their stories. They did not acknowledge my presence or offered to help find what I needed, I was the only customer there and felt that I was intruding in their conversation so I left without asking if they have the size I was looking for. I figured I can find it online. So sad, this is why our favorite shops are closing right and left.

Customer Service was really terrible. I took couple of shirts and billed it and even before stepping out of the store, I saw an other Shirt which I like it better than the previous one and just returned the previous one and got the new one. They literally took my drivers license even though I had the bill and talking behind me. When I asked why do you need my ID, they had no answer and the lady fed something into the system.
