This ice cream shop is excellent. I stopped in one afternoon on my day off. Let me tell you i was thoroughly impressed . I was going to have the banana split or the turtle split. Decisions Decisions ! I opted for the butter pecan scoops in cinnamon shell. It was fantastic. I sat outside on the bench on Main Street in Washington NC. There was a slight relaxing breeze . What a way to spend the afternoon. The customer service was excellent too. You are free to sample flavors to aide in your choices. I highly recommend. There are booths and tables inside the shop for inside dining. Very inexpensive.

Very clean, very nice staff. My two children really enjoyed their cones today and are excited to go back.I was made aware of, but did not have, the extreme milkshake. Apparently, it has cheesecake added to it. Sounds delicious.Whether you are a local or just visiting I recommend you enjoy a treat from main street scoops.

Large, clean ice cream shop with plenty of choices of flavors. They even have hot and cold beverage options. Owners gave us advice on where to visit in town, wonderful place to stop in! We will be back on our next trip!!

You get great portions. Wish they had kid sizes. The staff wasnt really friendly or courteous, they were just doing the motion of the job. The tables were a bit dirty.

Stopped by for ice cream with my family. The staffer was not wearing a mask, and even though there was a sign announcing that service was take out only, some teens — also without masks — were hanging out inside. Won’t be going back.

This charming shop offers delicious Hershey-branded ice cream in a couple dozen flavors, as well as a variety of cup & cone options, AND popcorn and cotton candy and drinks. Theres not a lot of seating but the location is convenient to the river, so grab a double scoop and take a walk!
