Im not a huge makeup fan but what I do buy, I buy here. The staff are lovely and helpful, and I think the founder is a Cornellian! Dupont location in DC the best.

I enjoyed the warm friendly staff. I received great advice on products appropriate for my skin. I received a nice gift with my purchase. I will return.

I visited the DuPont store in DC and Ilene w/ReVive was wonderful! She tactfully told me what my problems were, showed me solutions, tried a few items on me, demonstrated the techniques I would need to use when I got home and even included a few samples!!! I felt really confident in my makeup today and even had 2 people comment on how great I looked. Im 57 and was definitely feeling a little downtrodden so this was just the pick me up I needed. Somehow she just knew and delivered!!!!!

I cant say enough great things about the service here. Store manage Cait and Gabby took superb care of me, helping with makeup and everything else. I cant imagine a better experience.

Wonderful people work at this location. Friendly and knowledgeable. Christa is the best..

I Love Love Love Blumercury, but this location had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Every other location I go into is awesome but this particular store needs new employees, I will never go back to this location and Ita the closest to my apartment!

My worst work experience ever in life ....... they took 4 weeks to pay me my money I went to the store to get my check it was only $176 it only said I worked 14 hours which was a lie Ii been working from 10 to 7 everyday for 4 weeks then when I asked them what happened to the rest of my money they didn’t really have a answer it took them almost a week to send me the rest of my money so never again will Ii work there at that location .

I normally love blue mercury over sephora. There was a lot of construction going on outside so It was noisy at the dupont circle location. No one asked if i needed help. I heard two workers talking about a friend sleeping with someone. Not the kind of talk i wanted to hear. When i asked about new products, i didnt really get an answer just vague pointing. I was dressed shabbily after working out. I wasnt wearing any makeup. They probably thought i wouldnt buy anything. The sad part is that i love buying makeup and i love to buy new stuff. They missed out on several hundred dollars in sales.

Blue Mercury is the worst cosmetic store. Stay away
