Paige helped me find my dream dress. I went in showed her my idea of what I was looking for and THE FIRST DRESS she picked out for me was the one I chose! Now I did try on several other dresses jus to be sure but the first one was everything I was looking for. That experience alone earns 5 stars. Then, the woman who helped with the rest of the transaction was also amazing wish I could remember her name, but she talked with a northern Boston accent. The whole experience at Sorelle was one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had every employee there was so friendly

I said YES to the dress thanks to Sorelle and Terry. I was so nervous going into my dress shopping experience, but Terry listened to what I wanted and worked to find different styles to try. When I saw the one I ended up choosing on the hanger I didn’t think I’d like it at all, but Terry encouraged me to give it a shot. It’s not at all what I thought I wanted, but 100% the right dress. Everyone in the store in professional, kind and accommodating. They are not pushy and understood when I needed to take an extra day to think about it. I’m so happy I’m a Sorelle bride!!

The most wonderful bridal experience! By far the best dress shop I went to. They were so thorough and thoughtful, and truly wanted to make sure I found the perfect dress. They weren’t just trying to make a sale nor were they pushy at all like some other shops I had been to. Our entire group had the best time and we will be back for our bridesmaids and mother of the bride dress.

I hate shopping, even if for my wedding dress. They made it easy and fun and had a really great selection. It was the 3rd bridal store I went to and while the others offered good experiences too, they just didn’t have what I was looking for.

The ladies at Sorelle are just amazing! Picking out my dress was such a fun experience. I went in there with what I thought I wanted and as I started trying dresses on, my vision changed and Marque knew all the right dresses to pull to help me pick the perfect one. Jeanie and Michelle were so helpful throughout the whole process! In general I am an indecisive person and they were all amazingly patient in helping me pick accessories such as earings, hair clips, and my veil all of which I purchased there as well! They offered their honest and professional opinions while respecting my thoughts throughout the whole process. I felt beautiful in my dress all day long and it fit like a glove – I had my alterations done there as well. Great experience as always and I highly recommend!

Sorelle is the place to go if you’re looking for a anything bridal! They have a large selection of dresses with so many options to pick from and the staff is nothing short of amazing. Genie, Michelle and every single consultant I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with has been so kind and helpful. They have gone out of their way to accommodate us with anything we’ve asked for. I Got my bridal dress, bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses and MOB dress here. The seamstress Wendy is also excellent at what she does and so sweet! I Highly recommend checking this place out.

I have had 2 different experiences here. Both experiences with the staff was extremely poor. I will explain in detail. The dresses they have are beautiful which is the only reason I was going to return a second time and the only reason I gave them any stars at all. The first time I went into the store it was by appointment and they gave you a time limit which I can’t recall but was definitely more enough time. The lady working with my daughter and I introduced herself and then had us pick out a few dresses to try on. We had a total of 6 dresses. She started to get impatient and then just walked away and sent someone else over who was also not very pleasant. First of all she should have told us she was going to take care of someone else and said goodbye or something along those lines. Not just leave. 6 dresses took my daughter all of 15 minutes maybe. I think the time slot we booked was for 45minutes to an hour. The entire experience with staff was horrible. They made it out like if your not purchasing a wedding gown they don’t care. Sorry my $600 purchase on a prom dress that took 15 minutes was an inconvenience. In my option they shouldn’t be selling anything but wedding dresses.My second interaction was enough. I decided to take my younger daughter there for a homecoming dress. I called to ask a very simple question. The question was “Do you carry homecoming dresses that are shorter style” The lady on the phone acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I then tried to explain it. dresses that are above the knee not full length down to the ankle. She said “What? Like a high-low dress?” I then told her no just above the knee for a second time. She said yes we have those but you don’t know if that’s even what she wants! I was so shocked by how rude she was over the phone that I hung up. I will never take my girls there nor refer any of my friends and their children. Obviously I was calling about a specific type of dress because that’s what my daughter wanted. I was not going to drive over an hour for something they don’t carry.If you are looking for a bridal gown they do have beautiful dresses and hopefully treat you much better than I experienced but for anything else I will find another place to go where they actually want your business.

If you need a wedding gown, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT SORELLE. In the beginning of my hunt for the perfect dress, Ive visited a couple stores but didnt find the one. Then I decided to take the hour+ drive and went to Sorelle. I was immediately treated with exceptional service and kindness. I felt like a princess. After trying on a couple of dresses I found the one. I was so excited and felt so beautiful. The staff equally matched my happiness. In the next couple months, I went back to Sorelle and got my veil, alterations, wedding jewelry, hair clip, and had my veil and dress steam cleaned (complementary) the week before the wedding. The store has a wide selections of all pieces to complete your perfect look. I finally had my wedding last weekend, everything looked perfect. I couldnt have done it without Sorelle. Today, I just returned back to Sorelle one last time to have my dress cleaned and preserved (you get a discount by being a Sorelle bride). I have to say, this store has got to be the easiest part of my hectic wedding planning. Totally worth my multiple hour+ drives. The biggest takeaway from this review was honestly the staff (well and the beautiful dress too), the staff was exceptional. I was always treated with big smiles on their faces and was called by my name. They made me feel so confident and important. I never felt pressured or rushed. I wouldnt change a thing about the way they operate. Keep it going ladies!!! THANK YOU!

This was an absolutely lovely place, with so much care and consideration taken for all the women who were looking for their wedding dress. As the mother of the bride, I appreciated how the women were able to try on each dress alone with their assistant and then come out to show everyone. Each woman who was shopping for a dress got a lot of really personalized attention, and it was clear that the staff understood the limits of a budget, the specifics regarding each womans preference and a knowledge of dresses that might be just a bit outside the original description, but right on task with the individual. Also, this was by far the best place for accommodating my wheelchair. It was easy to get in the building, maneuver around other bridal parties yet still be right in the thick of things. We had been to some other places (in other states), where it was clear my wheelchair was a significant problem to work around. I felt very welcomed there, and I know my daughter did also.

This place is exists only to make profits out of emotional situations. The bride in our party was told she had to order within two weeks while I was told we could come back after the two weeks and the dress would be fine to come in on time. We do as they say and come to find out they just took my daughter out of the bridal party list all together as they told the bride she would need to order earlier or it wouldnt be in on time. We go in and they tell us a whole different deadline, stating we can still order and it will be in on time. Their story changed about 50 times in the span of one conversation. they acted like i never spoke with them.Now she will not have a matching dress with the rest of the bridal party. It will be from a different dye lot but will still be in on time.Long story short, they were caught in lie to make a sale. Lets not even mention how pricey they are ugh

I had high hopes when I first came to this place, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Before I say the reasons I was disappointed, I want to be clear that everyone was very nice and engaged my sisters and mom and made us feel comfortable there. But that’s kind of where the good stops. I wasn’t totally sure what I wanted when I got there. The stylist I got was nice enough, and did help narrow down the type of dress I wanted, but clearly was just trying to make a sale. I was consistently put in dresses over budget. There was a lot of whispering directions going on between her and her manager (take her to the big mirror, put a veil on, do the “close your eyes and envision” thing, etc). I didn’t need the dramatics to know what dress is the dress for me, and I’m not naive and can totally see what you’re doing. Even if I found THE dress here, which I didn’t, all of that stuff would’ve made me walk right out and buy it somewhere else. Every salesperson told me I was beautiful in every dress before they even looked at it. I can recount a specific person literally saying how beautiful it was before I was even out of the fitting room just because she made eye contact with me - totally fake. The word beautiful completely lost any meaning by the end of the appointment. When I left without a dress, there was more whispering and disappointment that they didn’t make the sale. Super unprofessional and didn’t give me a reason to come back for another appointment to keep looking. We’ll go elsewhere.

I went in last minute to find a dress and the staff and selection was absolutely amazing. I walked out with a dress same day and got lucky and didnt need to get it sized at all besides the hemline taken up which you have to do with any wedding dress. If youre a bride or just looking for a prom dress or bridesmaids dress, mother-of-the-bride or etc I highly recommend this dress shop. I can not believe the difference between the big box store Davids to this privately owned shop. Yes, Davids may offer cheaper dresses but the experience and service is totally different. At Sorelle Bridal you have a private room where all your guest can be in with you, Davids it felt crowded even with the limit guest of 2. Sorelle our consultant Marsha brought in multiple dresses for me to try on, Davids only 5 were allowed. At Sorelle Marsha helped me with every dress, at Davids they didnt even offer to zip me up and I felt rushed. At Sorella It ended up being the 1st dress that I tried on! Marsha was the best, so helpful, patient, she basically did everything in her power to make me feel beautiful in each dress, even the ones I didnt like. I highly recommend checking out the small privately owned shops that are local than the big name stores. You will totally see the difference and its so much worth it.

Bought my wedding dress, and shopped for bridal dresses at Sorelles. The girls were extremely helpful, and patient. Best experience I had at any dress shop. They helped with the unpleasant bridesmaids and made dress shopping less stressful. They were amazing, and I really appreciate all of their help.

I would recommend anyone looking for any time of formal gown - bridal or otherwise - to shop at Sorelle. The professionalism and customer service from the ladies that work here is unparalleled. From the moment we stepped into the salon until the last steps out the door every single person we encountered was polite, cheerful and so pleasant. This was the first salon I went too when looking for my wedding dress and it did not disappoint! I actually ended up cancelling the other appointments I had for the day because my experience at Sorelle was that perfect. I had an unusual situation in that I knew EXACTLY which Pronovias gown I wanted but didnt realize it was from an upcoming line, not yet in store. The ladies at the store went above and beyond in finding it and ordering it for me - much thanks to the Pronovias rep that happened to be in the store that day too! Since the dress wasnt in store to try on they found similar styles to try and see the details so that my mother didnt think I was totally crazy (she got on board with my vision quickly!) Every single fitting appointment I had after that was wonderful and their seamstress Wendy is AMAZING!!

Sorelle Bridal Salon is nothing short of exquisite! I recently purchased my bridal gown and I cannot say enough positive words about my experience. The atmosphere was beautiful. The whole appointment was so efficient. The team made me feel so comfortable and asked me really good questions to help find the perfect gown for me. Fantastic experience! Paige, the stylist, listened to what I was envisioning and pulled a bunch of dresses for me to try after seeing some images that I liked. She was kind, professional, personable -- and she has a great eye for design. My mom and I both fell in love with the very first dress I tried on, but Paige continued to pull dresses as she fine-tuned her sense of what I liked and what looked good on my body. I was shocked when the very last dress stole my heart. Because it was my first time trying on dresses, I wasnt ready to commit, so Paige put my gown aside and reserved it for me. After trying on dresses at BHLDN the next day, I was more convinced than ever that the dress at Sorelles was the one for me. My experience at BHLDN also highlighted the advantages of shopping at Sorelles where theres so much variety and knowledgeable stylists. The other thing that really impressed me about Sorelles was that the manager Michelle called her seamstress when she learned that I lived out of town and was planning to get married in 6 weeks. She pulled some strings and was able to get me in to do two fittings with the very same evening! The entire staff went above and beyond. Im so grateful to them, and I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I absolutely loved working with everyone at Sorelle to find and create my wedding dress! They helped me find my headpiece, heels, jewelry, and veil there- which made it easy to see what looked best together. I also loved that I was able to customize the neckline of my Kitty Chen dress to have the coverage that I wanted. I highly recommend Sorelle and I loved all the details of my wedding dress!

I have so many positive things to say about this exquisite bridal salon.First, I want to give Marque a HUGE shout-out. She helped me find my wedding dress last August. I scheduled an appointment just to see what it would be like to try on wedding dresses, having only been engaged for two months. My mom and grandmas all had their wedding dresses handmade, so this was a new experience for all of us. Marque took her time and really listened to what I was looking for in a dress. Her selections were exceptional! They were flattering and she was able to jazz it up with the perfect belt! Her ability to know me as a bride and what I was looking for in a gown was what really sold me on purchasing my wedding dress that same day.When I returned to try on my wedding dress in December, I was able to work with Whitney. Not only was she tasked with helping me decide on a veil, but I had also brought my maid of honor with me to try on dresses of her own. My maid of honor is very picky, but Whitney was able to pull the most stunning dresses for her to try on! Whitney kept in mind my dress so that my maid of honors dress would compliment mine, keeping in mind the traditional and classic feel of the wedding I had envisioned. Whitney even suggested I put on my dress so that I could see the dresses side by side. Whitney was really patient and very upbeat during the entire session. She is also extremely organized, as she left a note of the veil I wanted so I could order it a few months later. This came in handy with everything going on in the world right now.Planning a wedding is not easy. Throw in a pandemic and it becomes nearly impossible. However, I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful bridal salon and its employees. While their store is closed due to our Governors strict orders, they are still available over the phone and are positive, understanding, and kind. I have called twice over the time of this shutdown to schedule fittings and to order my veil, and on both occasions, I felt like I was talking to a long time friend. Out of all of the people I have met on this wedding planning journey, the staff at Sorelle Bridal surpasses them all. They are timely, organized, thoughtful, understanding, positive, and genuine. This was the first place I went to find a wedding dress. Amanda immediately greeted me & my entourage and talked with me to get an understanding of what I was looking for. I was incredibly nervous and she calmed my nerves. The second dress I tried on, I ended up buying. Amanda made my “yes moment” so special. I cant say enough wonderful things about Sorelle! I was super intimidated by the idea of shopping for my wedding gown, but my anxiety melted away within just a few minutes of meeting my consultant. Every team member was pleasant and helpful from the start of our shopping experience to the end. Ive since had two fittings (getting married in June) and each visit has been just as great as the first! Michelle is great! She went out of her way to schedule and then re-schedule my fittings due to conflicts at work. She arranged late fittings (past close) to accommodate my schedule. Im thrilled with my gown selection and highly recommend any bride make an appointment with Sorelle! Prior reviews seem to indicate that one who is plus size should look elsewhere. I happen to disagree. I did not feel as if my options were super limited and not one of those ladies made me feel anything but beautiful!

This was my first (and only stop) for my wedding gown. I was put with the bridal associate, Amanda. She was fantastic in putting me in different dresses to see what I liked and did not like. She listened and the 4th dress she pulled was the dress I ended up saying yes to.I don’t like the typical bridal trends, and Amanda understood that.Everyone in the salon has been super nice every time I go. I purchased my bridesmaids dresses there as well.They were very accommodating and easy to get in contact with.I would definitely recommend this salon, especially Amanda!

Wow - allow me to sing the praises of Sorelle!I had been to a few bridal shops on Friday but didnt find anything that really felt like the one, so I began browsing for dresses online. I came across one particular dress that I LOVED, and it happened to be in stock at Sorelle. I called the next morning (on a Saturday, the busiest day) right before they opened and asked if it would be at all possible to come in and try on the dress. They were able to squeeze me in to come in and try it on, and Whitney, who helped me out, was really amazing.I left the store to go to another appointment, but ended up driving all the way (40 minutes) back afterwards with my mom and sister in tow so I could show them the dress. Sorelle was so amazing and graciously allowed me to come back in for the second time in the day - again without a prior appointment - to try on the gown with my mom and sister present. Jeanie, the owner, helped me the second time around and made me feel REALLY special despite my having come in very last minute, without an appointment, on their busiest day of the week. As soon as I put the dress back on I knew it was the one and bought it right away.Jeanie, Whitney, and Sorelle in general made what could have been a really stressful situation into something amazing and I only wish I could have looked here sooner and seen more of their inventory!

The people here are very nice. Prices are high but they are everywhere. The problem is the prom dresses are so tightly hung on the racks that you worked up a sweat trying to pick your way through them. Too crowded and not enough space to really look. Not a really enjoyable experience with my daughter. They do have a huge selection of prom dresses but its a workout trying to get through them all!!!

Bought my daughters prom dress there in January before the pandemic. Dress was very expensive and was never altered or even worn as the prom was cancelled. Called store and spoke to management who REFUED to return it or make any type of arrangements for the situation. Management was VERY RUDE and told me you are being mean. I have been using Sorelle for 5 years for all of my daughters dresses but will NEVER use them again.

Just went to Sorelle yesterday for the first time. The store is beautiful. When you first walk in you’re greeted by not the friendliest front desk lady, pretty snobby actually. My consultant was great, she pulled what I was looking for and then some. I found the dress that I wanted, but if your considered plus size there isn’t much to try on unfortunately, I thought they would have a wider variety of sizes.Then I think it was Michelle? Who was taking my measurements, everything was fine until she pretty much told me my measurements are awkward and between sizes and not to mention after she measured around my waste a comment came out of her mouth “Oh you have some rolls.” Then she proceeded to ask me for a hug, really? That immediately turned me off completely. Then I was sent out to the front desk to put down half the money for the dress, again front desk lady was awful, and got even worse when I asked if my mom could call in and pay since she wanted to pay for it and could not be there with me.The only reason I’m not giving it a 1 Star is due to how nice my consultant was. Probably the worst bridal experience I’ve ever had. Will not be returning or purchasing my dress there. ✌️

I worked with the owner, Jeanie, to find my dress and she was absolutely amazing! She was so patient with me as I was not finding the perfect dress and was starting to get frustrated. But she did not give up and helped me find my perfect dress that brought my husband to tears as I walked down the aisle. They even shipped my dress to me out in Washington State after it came in from being ordered as we planned a Pittsburgh wedding (where Im from) from Washington State. I was even able to get a complimentary steaming of my dress the day before our wedding since it was slightly wrinkly from the flight to Pittsburgh. I would recommend Sorelle and Jeanie 11/10! You will not be disappointed!

The dresses are phenomenal. The women who work here REALLY did a great job. Especially the lady from Boston. :) I didnt end up getting my dress there, but it wasnt because of lack of effort. The stock is AMAZING

Updating my review! If I could add another 5 stars for Sorelle I would! The ladies at Sorelle have been beyond wonderful supporting me and other brides during this time of COVID! Even though this is a trying time for them as well, they continue to go the extra mile for their brides. Crisis brings out one’s true character, and the Sorelle team’s character is truly shining during this tough time. Both Jeanie and Whitney have been beyond empathetic, patient, and prompt in all of their recent communications with me. They were able to adjust my alternations schedule to better mesh with my new wedding date. Even though Sorelle is a business that, like all businesses, is being affected by this pandemic, Jeanie and the rest of the Sorelle team continue to display sincere care and concern for their brides. They genuinely care for their brides as people, not just customers, which means the world during the stressful time. Thank you Jeanie, Whitney, and the whole team at Sorelle! You are hands down one of my best wedding planning decisions to date

A magnificent shop for bridal, wedding and formal where. The help is great. Only place I have been where a man can buy and formal dress for his lady with matching accessories. Take it home site on seen by the lady and have her love it.

Awesome. I have been to a lot of bridal salons in the past several weeks (5 to be exact) and this one was, by far, the best. Incredible service and professionalism and really a very comfortable, positive environment. I worked with Rachel while looking at gowns (and chose one! finally!) and she was very patient, honest, and generally just good at what she does. There was NO pressure to buy (which is rare) and I was even encouraged to think about it if that would make me feel better about the investment and choice. Rachel spent nearly 2.5 hours with me just trying and re-trying dresses and all with a smile on her face. I love this place, I would recommend it 100% and wish that I had started my shopping here.

Sorelle is THE ONLY place to shop for your Wedding Gown. Michelle the manager is so pleasant to work with and her staff, especially Angela, are so helpful. They listen to your taste and can really choose the best dress for you. My sister and I both found our wedding dresses at Sorelle and they made the process so easy, fun and, pleasant from day one! I recommend Sorelle 100%!!!!

I had the full experience with Sorelle-- gown shopping, purchasing, alterations, and preservation. And I would highly recommend anyone to visit Sorelle as well. The consultant found my gown after only the second try, it came in shortly after order and they welcomed me back to try it on before I even started alterations, my alterations specialist, Wendy, worked so hard on every little detail of my dress to make it exactly what I wanted, and when I went to the salon to drop my dress off for preservation a few months after my wedding, the team greeted me by first name. The service at Sorelle is everything a bride is looking for, and I am so thankful I found them.

We got there and the place looked very nice and inviting. We were five minutes early for my daughters appointment and made to wait 20 minutes in the entryway. If you want a private experience for you and your group this place is not for you. They sat us down on the side of a large mirror that had two turn styles and another sitting area directly across from us. They kept filing in girl after girl to look in the mirror and there were some waiting while the rest were looking. It was very uncomfortable having strangers view my daughter in the gowns and also for us to view someone else. It felt like a factory line. My daughter was very stressed out and we were very disappointed with the whole experience. She did not say yes to the dress here.

Great Staff and incredible Selection in wedding dresses. But, I cant say enough how great the staff is !! If you can not find a dress there then you cant find a dress anywhere. Highly recommended.

When I 1st walk in I felt uncomfortable like I didn’t deserve to be there because of my Price range of buying a dress the lady kept getting dresses of the discontinue rack The dress was beautiful and a decent price after I purchases the dress I had to go back for a try on to get it to fit me because it was a size 8 and I’m a 4 In dress’s well turn our I had to pay 590 to get it hemmed bustle and taken in so all together I paid a lil over 1,000 if I wanted to pay that much on a dress I would had just buy a dress for the same price that actually fits me.... I’m very unhappy that I wasn’t told it will be that much and they wasn’t welling to work with me when I told them how felt about the dress...

The ladies at sorelle could not have been better. They were all so helpful and Whitney really was fantastic. I didn’t find my dress here, but the experience was great.

My daughter, Adrienne, was married on June 29, 2013. We purchased the bridal gown, all of the bridesmaids dresses and the mother of the bride and groom dresses at Sorelles. From the first visit to the final fittings, everything was simply flawless! I somehow managed to get a stain on my dress two days before the wedding but Jeannie and Michelle came to my rescue and went above and beyond the call of duty to remove the stain. I cant thank them and all of the staff enough. Everyone was wonderful to us and I would most highly recommend this bridal salon to anyone. We received tons of compliments on all of our dresses!!!

LOVE Sorelle! Ladies, if you want the best personal service to find the dress of your dreams and help make your day a breeze, I highly recommend Sorelle! I personally havent been a bride yet, but Ive been there several times with friends as a bridesmaid and cant say enough positive things! The dress selection is endless and if you cant find something in the store, they can always order dresses or samples for you. The bridesmaid dresses werent outrageously priced and you dont have to get alterations done there. I had mine done at my usual seamstress and they had no problem with it. Although, my friends that were brides did opt to go with Sorelles seamstress and they were very pleased with everything that was done! They have dresses for all price points, so dont be discouraged by some of the reviews I also read on here! I know when my big day finally comes, Ill be going to Sorelle for everything!

I had the best experience at Sorelle! The The wonderful to me and I actually said yes to my dress! They accommodated my size and didnt push me on anything! They new the dress I wanted and helped me Invision myself in the dress! This was such an amazing experience! I cant thank Sorelle enough for this amazing experience!

I can not rave about the staff at Sorrelle Bridal enough. Not only was my consultant the sweetest lady possible. Marsha was the first person in multiple shops to listen to what I wanted and found my dress seriously on her first pick. She was patient and so kind when i tried on multiple other dresses and set the bar for the other stores to which they simply fell vastly short of. Not only did you interact with your consultant but the owner was always lending a hand, adding tips and because she knew her inventory so well able to get the perfect accessories for my special day. They were understanding of my need to try other stores, stayed well in my budget and offered quality dresses. I also appreciated the information on other wedding needs like flowers and specialties. Thank you so much for my experience and i can not wait to see the final product.

AMAZING BRIDAL SALON EXPERIENCE!!I got married just over a year ago and had the difficult task of planning my Dallas, TX wedding from my current home in Pittsburgh, PA. I shopped around several different bridal salons and hardly felt special, let alone like the staff would accommodate any special needs I might have with organizing my wedding from out of town. When I stepped into Sorelle I knew I would find my gown there. The entire staff, but Michelle in particular, are wonderful and warm people who were so ready to help with anything I needed. I ended up also finding my bridesmaid dresses there (which Sorelle shipped to my bridesmaids, who lived all over the country, without issue!) and my mother-in-law found her dress there as well.Through all of my planning Sorelles staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating. They were hands down the most wonderful vendors I dealt with through my entire wedding planning!! I cant thank them enough for providing a lovely environment and generous assistance with all aspects of my wedding.

Sorelle Bridal is a class act. The consultants dont work on commission so you dont feel like they are pressuring you or pushing into making a decision on buying your wedding gown right then and there. I am torn between two gowns and my consultant was AMAZING and very very patient. I didnt leave with a gown but I intend on purchasing it here when I am ready to commit:) It was so nice to feel like they cared about what I wanted and my experience...I have been to a previous store in Columbus where I had a horrible experience and awful customer service and felt very obligated to buy something just because I took up the workers time. I understand being in sales but this isnt a pair of shoes..this is the only wedding dress I will ever buy and have been thinking about for a long long time and I felt as though Sorrelles gets that.

Sorelle is amazing!!They worked so hard to make my big day amazing. I live in North Carolina, but I got married in Washington, PA.Their selection is great, but more importantly, their employees are able to assess what dresses will make you look and feel amazing! I chose the third dress I tried on. I would have never given my dress a second look had it not been picked out especially for me.They were more than accommodating to my travel schedule for fittings. They also were able to order my bridesmaids dresses (7 in total) and 2 flower girl dresses with no issues. This is a huge feat considering half of my bridesmaids were from out of town.Sorelle was also able to coordinate tuxes for 8 groomsmen (all from out of town) and 5 ring bearers (4 from out of town). When the tux manufacturer was unable to provide tuxes in the proper sizes for some of the ring bearers, the ladies as Sorelle did everything they could to make the tuxes fit... within DAYS of the wedding. They were nothing but helpful.For my final fitting (3 days before the wedding), Wendy and Jeannie stayed TWO HOURS after close just to get my bustle right. Their commitment to quality blew me away. They wanted to make sure that I looked PERFECT, and they took time out of their personal schedules to do so.Finally, the day of the wedding, they allowed me and my girls to take over their store! We got our hair and make up done at Gorgeous and put our dresses on at Sorelle. They made sure everyone looked perfect. One of my bridesmaids needed an emergency alteration, and they made it happen within minutes.If you want to feel like a princess, go to Sorelle. Their commitment to customer service is nothing short of amazing.

My appt. was at 11. When I arrived I gave my name, and was left standing. Apparently the consultant who was assigned to help me was running late, but I was not told this. While Im waiting, I was asked twice what I was there for. Huh? My consultant finally did come to me, apologized for running late and handed me over to another lady, Gina, who was super sweet. After giving them my budget, I go about trying on dresses. Its nice because the consultants help each other. HOWEVER, they put me in a dress (without a tag) which I obviously fell in love with, only to find out that it was OVER my budget. This shouldnt have happened as my budget was given more than once. Gina was able to sell me the floor sample at a discount. ( helped the situation kinda?) How do you say no to a dress you love? You really cant. So it was take that one or leave with no dress. The manager then came over and helped me make adjustments and change things to make the dress perfect for me which made me feel better about the situation. Then we go to check out and the lady behind the counter was rude. I mean super rude. (She was even rude when we walked in). When paying, my mom misheard how much needed to be paid, and I mean if looks could kill. My mom and I both said thank you after the transaction was done. NO RESPONSE. Uh, hello? We just bought a dress from you. You are the first and last person the customer sees. Your attitude should reflect that. Now Im debating taking my bridesmaids there or even having my dress altered. I feel like somewhere else would value my money a little more.

Very nice staff and beautiful shop but not plus size friendly. They had nothing larger than a 12 for me to try on. Had I known they didnt carry any plus samples at all (I expected a small selection, but still a selection) I wouldnt have gone.

The shop is beautiful and I liked the available selection, but one of the employees was incredibly pushy with me and went against my wishes for what I wanted to try on several times. This frustrated me so much that I got the same wedding dress I decided upon from another salon. ✌✌

I absolutely loved this shop. It has a really nice feel as soon as you walk into it. I did end up saying yes to my dress whenever I came. From Sorrelle Bridal to Future Mrs. Sorrells. It couldnt have been more perfect. Once I found the dress most of the staff gathered around and congratulated me. They even allowed us to bring in champagne to celebrate. Overall was a great experience! They are on the pricey side but they also will definitely work within your budget.

My mother and I ended up buying her MOB dress there, and we were so happy with the service, the selection--EVERYTHING! All of their employees are so nice and welcoming. We didnt have an appointment, and they got someone to help us (Jane) right away! Jane was extremely knowledgable and knew what would look great on my mother. I give this bridal shop an A+! Thank you Sorelle for making dress shopping fun and easy!

I loved everything about this place! Its very pretty on the inside! The people are just so friendly and amazing! I went in not thinking I was going to find a dress or even knowing what would look good on me. The beautiful Abby helped me out! She just knew what would look good on me and was very patient with me and put me in other dress. I had a dress picked within 1 hour! I just could not believe it! Once I had the dress picked I dealt with Michelle to do the measuring and ordering. OMG what an awesome woman! She just makes you feel like you are family! I must of stayed there for an extra hour just chatting and laughing with 5 people that worked there. It was like I had known them forever. What a great experience! I def recommend this place, and I traveled from Morgantown, WV because my sister had a horrible experience with Connie and Frank that is in town. So happy I went to this location!!!

Absolutely the best wedding gown shopping experience! I have gone to a few other shops but none came close to how amazing Sorelle Bridal made my experience!! I seen them at a local bridal show and decided to make an appt. I am not a confident woman and unsure of what would look best on me. Marsha was an absolute wonderful and patient woman!!! She consoled me when I became overwhelmed and insecure, she truly listened and made me feel so comfortable. My first visit was amazing but I was not ready to pick my dress, so I decided to visit another shop, worst idea on my part. Sorelles experience set my bar on everything in all and I was so disappointed in my visit to another shop. I went right back to Sorelles 2 weeks later and tried on a few more dresses and finally the one dress that I tried on at my first appointment was the ONE!! Marsha was with me for both appointments. Every bride should visit Sorelles Bridal, the care and understanding is top notch! Thank you!!!
