We just bought our third mattress from Clarence here - over the decade - and he took great care of us, as usual. He really knows his mattresses and is a pleasure to work with. His assistant Fatima was very helpful too. It is so nice to see the same manager over many years who always finds us a great mattress at a great price. They also have a 1 year price match so if we find a cheaper price any time in the next year they will give us the money back.

We recently purchased a new king-size Sealy hybrid mattress at Mattress Warehouse. Working with Fatima could not have been easier - we used the bed analysis tool and she walked us around to the different suggested mattresses, along with a protective cover to keep things sanitary. She described all the features for each mattress, helping us decide on the Sealy. The delivery team was on time, hauled away our old mattress and had the new one in place in less than 20 minutes. The new bed is fantastic - so comfortable, and our sleep hasnt been better since it arrived.

I ordered a Queen mattress but I received a full. Aside from the size issue, corners of this mattress are poorly finished, making the whole mattress look defective. In terms of the decency of this business, I’m very disappointed, too. I walked in with a budget so I took the most affordable one with a bargain that I get a free box spring but I no longer needed the box spring so I went back to the store, almost apologetically, asking for a reduction in price and he said that he could try to ask corporate and let me know. I have had this defective mattress for 3 weeks now(I thought it was the bed that was too large but a friend pointed out it’s not actually a queen but it’s a full). Up until now I still have not received a call back. So, basically I paid full price for this mattress! ON TOP OF BEING TREATED LIKE A BELOW-THE-MARKET customer, I PAID FULL PRICE FOR A WRONG IN SIZE AND DEFECTIVE MATTRESS. Sales person was extremely warm when you first walk in. However, there’s no customer service whatsoever after cash went into their pocket. I’m very disappointed but I hope Matress Warehouse reach out and do something to change my mind.Update: I called the store. The store manager(Clarence) picked up the phone. He was amicable and understanding. However, he explained to me that the reason why the queen mattress I received is 3inches smaller is because “they sometimes come in smaller”. That’s the most indefensible statement I have ever heard in a retail store. And I later called Nectar customer service to verify if that is true. And Nectar testified that their queen mattresses are all 60’ inches wideLatest update: the customer service team reached out to me and offered to deliverer a new mattress. I gladly accepted and the new mattress arrived within three business days. I’m happy about my new mattress which is not defective and looks great. Bottomline, I would recommend this company

Wonderful customer service!! I needed to order by telephone a mattress, box spring and frame for my daughter who just moved to DC. (I live out of town.) I was working with another national mattress company in DC, but the customer service at that store was very poor. Fortunately, I found Clarence at Mattress Warehouse and he was terrific! He was very patient and found me the perfect bed for my daughter. The price was quite reasonable and Clarence went the extra mile to make certain that the bed was delivered on a Saturday when my daughter wasn’t working.
