Alejandro and his team did a nice job with the renovation but wish Josh/Ozzy was more professional with customer service such as returning phone calls and following up on punch list items.

My husband and I selected Kitchen & Bath Shop DC and remodeling to do a near complete overhaul of our kitchen and we are exceedingly happy about the work and time frame it was finished in! We started planning with Josh & he was able to walk us through a detailed process in picking out new countertops, floors and details into how we wanted the kitchen to look. He was able to work with us and ensure we didnt exceed our budget limit and there were no surprise costs that you usually hear about other workers.One of the best things about this company is they assume responsibility for all of the paper work with the co-op and management company and kept us in the loop. When the work got started they were able to knock down a wall to open up the kitchen, get most of the demo work done in under a couple of days. End to End most of the work was complete in a 3 week period which was outstanding to us! Ozzy- the project manager was awesome and explained everything in detail with us and gave us dates by which each could be done. Fantastic lead!They also were very attentive to the little details that we needed to have handled which was fantastic as we can be a stickler for the little things. We love the look of our kitchen now and will be using this company when we redo our bathrooms.Fantastic company that I highly recommend!

We couldnt be happier with the quality of our bathroom renovation and the professional services of our designer Josh and his team. They turned our small, dark space into a bright, elegant bathroom, working around numerous quirks in our pre-war apartment to deliver exactly what we wanted. The crew showed up on time every day and worked quickly but carefully to finish the project on time. They may cost more than some other places, but you get what you pay for, and they delivered a high-end, no-corners-cut renovation that we love.

Kitchen and Bath Shop did our kitchen remodel and they are fantastic! We took down a wall and did some major work. Craig is extremely professional and has an amazing eye. Something that was very important to me was responsiveness, and Craig was always available to talk through any questions I had. He was extremely patient and accommodating, and very kind. He did not feel like a contractor, but more like a consultant friend. He also has incredible taste. The suggestions he made for our kitchen remodel really took it to the next level. Craig and Kitchen and Bath Shop were ultimately our interior designer, contractor, project manager, vendor manager and really did take care of EVERYTHING.And now I have my dream kitchen, so thank you Kitchen and Bath Shop!!
