I stopped because I heard a noise. Tuned out I had a brake issue. Rather than let me drive away and risk an accident, Ed fixed it right away. He cant always do work immediately, but he will schedule you and hold the place. He listens. He explains. The prices are fair. The work is timely and dependable!

I took my car to this service station today after being screwed around by a service station in Greenville. I called and a gentlemen named Ed answered the phone. At first I didnt think it was a service station because he sounded so professional and kind on the phone. I was incorrect. He worked with me on labor cost and parts and assured me that he could handle my issues. He explained every problem that he found and there were a few and gave me the best options. I have 3 degrees in business and taught Customer Service for many years in New York. He was one of the most honest and professional technicians i have encountered in years (very knowledgeable as well). I will be returning for my additional repairs. The lady at the front desk was very friendly also. A nice touch during these difficult times. Thanks ED you rock!

Phenomenal customer service! The battery light came on in our truck as we were in town right before our entrance exam for nursing school. They fixed it and had us back on the road in no time! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend these folks! I was visiting from out of town when my car overeheated. They were able to obtain the parts and get fixed in time to get me back on the road late that afternoon. All I can say about this place is that for 10 years now, my fiancé’s parents, as well as my fiancé and honestly the whole rest of the family WILL NOT TAKE THEIR VEHICLES ANYWHERE ELSE BUT TO SEE Mr. Ed. Everytime I have been, him, his son and the rest who work their have been nothing but honest, kind, hardworking and fair. I highly recommend this place!
