We were on a road trip when we got a flat tire. Storms were rolling in so we quickly changed it and got on the freeway. A few minutes driving and we see that the low tire light is still on, so we pull off again. Turns out our spare was a donut, not a full tire. We had to drive the Philadelphia that day and couldn’t get there on the donut.So we’re in the little down in Washington that we know nothing about. We find this tire place nearby that had almost not wait and is able to fix it up for us.Now that day wasn’t going too well for us, but that tire place just oozed comfort. Sitting inside while the storms rolled in. I would trust those guys with my life (and I guess I did bc they gave us a new tire). I kept insisting that we give up on Philadelphia and just stay in that down for the night so we didn’t have to face the rain. But alas.For the next few days we continued to have misadventures because of rain and traffic, and this place jokingly became “the last place we were happy”

Fair prices on alignment and balancing.they took time to take for test drive and noticed a caliper being hung up.were honest about what it would cost to have them do it versus doing it myself.overall they are trustworthy and stick by their prices.they didnt try to sell me anything extra and didnt do anything without asking.

Bought 2 new tires from them. They did not seal the tires properly, both tires leaked air, took it back to them and they charged $42 to repair thierMistake! Will not return!

Very friendly, patient and timely. When I took my car in for inspection, my muffler had a bad flange. Instead of gouging me like they could have, they advised me of the situation and even suggested a shop that could handle it for the lowest possible price. Then reinspected it for no charge a couple of days later.

The business is family owned and operated and the staff makes you feel like family when you do business with them. First time dealing with this company. The employees where nice but short probably because of how busy the shop was. Girl was confused on how to fix the incorrect information on my bill and the way she talked to the other employees the only guy that understands how to do billing went home at 3.

I always use to go here, but after one alignment and both rear tires wore funny, i brought it back 4 months later and they still charge me 85 bucks to do it. They blamed it on a pothole, but really, both tires. I will look for another place in the future, but before this they always did a good job on all my cars and trucks, im just not happy about getting charge full price 4 months later and having to buy two new tires.

I really wanted to support this local business over the big inspection and oil change chains. But I had a two pm appointment today only to find out at three pm that the car hadnt even been moved yet ( could not see it from the waiting area). When I asked why I was told that the one pm appointments had run over...clearly a lie as two other customers had been in after me and left before me, one of whom had also gotten an inspection and emissions...both were on a first name basis with the staff. If you know the staff personally, by all means go to this bush league glorified service station. If not, sadly, you are better off at a chain, which is a real shame.Update June, 2014: the owner reached out directly to me to try to make this right. Although we have not yet connected, I do appreciate this enhanced level of customer service. This is what makes small establishments so much better than large establishments and why I try to give them my business; the personal touch you get from a locally owned establishment. Hopefully the owner and I can work this out so that it does not occur again. Thank you West Tire for reaching out to me to follow up on this customer experience.

I had a big issue with my car leaking oil bad, and the worst thing is that it was in a tough area to fix. I was So NERVOUS about it happening since I just got the car. I took my car to them and after looking it over I talked to their mechanic ( Charles Royer) who said he could take care of it, AND DID HE EVER!!! ......HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!!! It took them 3 hours to finish a front end alignment from my appointment time. Also, they were servicing other customers first who came in an hour after me. They only take care of their regular customers. I was charged over $200 after they initially told me it would cost $60.And after they fixed it, my car still was not aligned properly.

Definitely recommend. I get my yearly inspection done here and they actually take you back and show you exactly what is wrong with your car. They dont lie and try to sell you things you dont need.

Well I went in asked them to order me the dick cepek rims and tires about 3 days later they called I went in they replaced 3 studs all new lugnuts with locks and mounted them all about 1-1:30 mins later they came and got me it was fast good service and very very reasonable price wise I wont ever go any where else for tires! Best service and quality in Washington for sure!
