They were fantastic. We were on a road trip through southwestern Utah when the alternator went out on our BMW 535IX. Not only did they take us in after hours, they fit us in the next day because they “ knew we were on the road and needed to get back on track.” They fixed the car within 24 hours. I have a 2006 Mini convertible and have gone to other shops for repairs, but no more! Nothing beats Bavarian. They are professional and caring and their new building is state-of-the-art! Reuben was so attentive and explained everything to me. I felt like they tried to do the highest quality with the least amount of cost and I really appreciated that (even though I know Minis are so expensive no matter what). I was trying to purchase a car from a dealer 2000 miles away from me, and needed someone to perform a pre-purchase inspection. I was driving through Utah in my new used BMW X5 hybrid when some lights came on. I was of course panicked because I was away from home and the car was new.This shop was amazing. Lucky it was there as normal shops are not equipped to service my vehicle.I was able to get it the next day. I have a 2013 BMW 328i with the infamous N20 engine and the timing chain went on it. The engine had to be replaced. Chris was very professional and helpful and walked me through the options. Replacing an engine is not something you want to do but they were very helpful and got it back to me quickly and it runs great!

Chris & Lori did have been working on my M3 E90 for 2+ years now and it’s gotten to the point that I don’t trust anyone else under the hood of my car. If you live in Southern Utah and own a BMW or Mini this is the only shop you should take your vehicle to and the only shop to trust with that vehicle! They have all the BMW machines, computers, scanners and software to get your car handled as if you drove it into the service dept at a BMW dealership.Chris and tech Ruben really know their s#!t when it comes to these cars. They have done a ton of work for me over the past 10+ years and its always done right. Is it always the cheapest? No. But if you buy a BMW then you shouldnt be surprised or complain at the cost of maintenance. Theres a reason these vehicles drop like a rock in value when the warranty expires, theyre complicated machines and a pain in the a$$. Dont trust just anyone in this town with your car. I have been going here for over 4 years, the owner Chris is a fantastic mechanic and an all around good guy. He can basically smell whats wrong with your vehicle, no matter which year or model BMW you bring in. Hes always frank and up front about services and prices, has even contacted me afterwards to check up and make sure things are fixed to my liking. They provide great customer service, an awesome shop with a fantastic customer waiting area with commodities for long waits, even great loaner vehicles at no extra cost. Another thing, he also shows me the replaced parts afterwards, when i leave, i know hes done right by me, no rip offs BS, or false diagnoses. His labor prices are also very reasonable, and lower than what I have seen at sub par shops. On more than one occasion I brought my vehicle clear from Logan to have him take a look at it, even to do my regular maintenance. I recommend this shop to everyone I know that cares about their BMW.

Best BMW mechanics within 500 miles!

The service is great and so is their work.

Quickly diagnosed the issue with our new to us, but older X3. Very friendly and the cost was reasonable and in line with other reputable mechanics.

Called for an appointment and got in when the shop opened up the following day. Technician questioned us about the problem, put the mini through diagnostics, and quickly deduced three possible problems one if which he suspected would resolve the issue. He was spot on, had the needed part, and fixed us up in a out 60 minutes. The technician was courteous, calm, and reassuring. VERY satisfied with the service.

Chris and Lori are wonderful. I have a check engine light that just won’t stay off. They answer my text almost right away and get me into check the codes as soon as they can. It’s been a wonderful experience for us. Thanks guys!!!

I had an appointment and they were right on time. Had my oil changed quickly and the service people are great!

Major work needed to replace Turbo in my John Cooper Works MINI Cooper Clubman. The car is 10 years old and I love it still as much as when I bought it. There were issues with the turbo and intake valves crusted with carbon build up. The relationship I have with Chris is one of trust. Even though I had a bill for over $5k, I knew I could trust him to do only the work that needed ti be done. After trying a few less expensive options to fix it, the major work was needed. After I picked up the car, he showed me all the parts and why they needed replacement (including the crack in the turbo) and included pictures of the work and parts in an email copy of the invoice. Its rare to find a trustworthy mechanic and Chris is a gem.

My BMW was at the end of the factory warranty. We moved to Saint George, where there is no BMW dealership. Renewing the warranty, would entail inconvenient trips to the nearest dealership. Enter Bavarian Werkstatte. My car had an intermittent rattle, never effectively addressed by factory service. Chris at Bavarian Werkstatte addressed the problem immediately and the rattle is gone! He said that if it comes back to bring it in again (which brings me immense relief.) Thank you Chris and goodbye factory warranty, my mind is made up.

Had an injector fail while passing through town. Cory and his team answered questions on Sunday and was able to look at the X5 on Monday morning. Great communication on the issues and got the truck fixed the as soon as parts were delivered. Thanks again folks

Ive been servicing my BMWs at Bavarian Werkstatte for several years. Chris and Lori are always very professional and have become great friends. I trust them more than the dealerships to service my cars. I have always had a five star experience with them. Last year we had an accident with X5 and they replaced and repaired all of the parts PLUS coordinated painting and tires with another company. Way exceeded my expectations. We were stranded with the weekend approaching and needed to get back home, Chris was able to locate a replacement and get it overnighted. He came in on Saturday to replace the pump and get us on our way. That is great service! If you find yourself in St. George needing BMW repairs, you cant do any better than Bavarian Werkstatte!

Its ridiculous. The service is so good here its like being at a dealership. I got in and out, no hassle; txt reminders for my appointment, text reminders when my service was complete, and they sent me a text coupon for my next visit. Just ridiculous.

I had my Mini brought in and they were very kind and helpful to look at what was going on and gave me a quote. Long story short I then needed to tow the vehicle and their mechanic came out and helped me load and get on my way. The only thing to be aware of is that they are a bit out of the way from the interstate, but very much worth it for their service.

Besides being absolute professionals in working with BMW autos, the service and customer care is beyond excellent. We have some serious health issues going on with my husband right now which makes it pretty tough to be away from our house. Chris and his staff actually came to our house, got the car, took it back to the shop for its service, and brought it back when the job was completed. The parts needed were ordered in advance and the whole procedure was completed quickly and efficiently. We can’t imagine having anyone else work on our BMWs. Friends and professionals!

We were driving across the country in a well loved, mobile sunroom built by Germans when about 3/4s of the way there something broke. To be honest, I am still not sure what exactly broke, but I DO KNOW that the folks at BW were absurdly helpful. Not only did they fix our beloved Bimmer, but they also lent us a loaner so we wouldnt have to sleep in the field next to the shop. We were still able to enjoy Zion NP and have a working car. It was dope. Big fan. Very nice people.

Had my mini coopers key fob stolen and needed one asap and they took care of it swiftly. Not only that, but they were able to deprogram the original one so it wouldnt work for the thief. Amazing service, definitely recommend!

Ive had my car worked on twice by Chris and his staff. Chris and his staff are great; they do great work and are great about explaining the problem before fixing your car. Special shout out to Stephen, who was holding down the fort for a week by himself while the rest of the staff were out being trained. My car runs like new! I am very satisfied with the level of experience and expertise of Chris and the rest of the staff at Bavarian Werkstatte. My wife (530Xi) and I (M5) have each had our cars in for service on multiple occasions and our experiences were at a par or better than what we experienced at the BMW dealership in Salt Lake City. We moved to the St George area last year and we were extremely apprehensive about having anyone other than the dealer work on our cars. Long story short, BW has gained our trust and we highly recommend them for BMW service.

The mechanics at Bavarian are top notch! I took my daughters car in get it ready for another crazy school year of driving all over town. It had an oil leak and was making a racket when you would make a turn. It felt very unsafe. They took the time to thoroughly look for any and all problems as I asked. Then contacted me with a fair estimate before beginning the work. The job was done in record time... I couldn’t believe it! They did a wonderful job, my daughter says it feels like a brand new car again!!! Highly recommended. Wouldn’t take my car or trust my daughters life to any other mechanic!

I took my BMW 318i for the first time the day after I purchased it. The window was stuck down and I had to drive it in the cold home from California, and to make it worse the heater hadnt worked either. I was upset because I had thought that I had bought a car with a lot of problems. I ran into a man that owned a BMW M3, and I asked him if he knew any good BMW Mechanics. He very quickly, and enthusiastically, referred me to Chris. He was very happy to tell me how awesome Chris is, the staff, and their shop, almost as if he was bragging. AND BOY WAS HE RIGHT!!! The Service at Bavarian is absolutely top notch, Chris and his staff are very knowledgeable, and his shop is so clean that you could eat off of the WHITE floors! They offered me part of their pizza for lunch while I waited for my window to get fixed, and also gave me a very clean car to drive to pick up my son from school while my car was out of commission. They have a full coffee, snack, and drink bar, which they refused to let me pay for! And his prices were more than reasonable! I cannot recommend Bavarian Werkstatte any more highly. I will NEVER take my BMW anywhere else! You just dont get service like this ANYWHERE else!

My 328i needed a new alternator and he immediately had one sent over from Las Vegas and cancelled a trip he had planned that day just to work on my car. In less than a few hours we were back on the road! Highly highly recommend!! Chris is a great guy to work with!

Chris is awesome. I have had my 5 series and my sons 1987 3 series in on several occasions. Each time I know that I am going to get the best service and price. Chris and his team keep me up to date on the repairs and let me know what repairs I should plan for. I trust them because I have had repairs that were pushed on me at the dealer and when I went to Chris he pointed out that the repair was on a factory call back and should not cost me anything. I have recommended Chris to friends and a few strangers when they want to talk BMW with me.

I took my 535xi here for some minor checks and to fix my A/C. It was fixed the same day. They were all very nice and the mechanic and the owner walked me through what they found and what they did. You can tell they are all well trained and it is not a typical grease monkey shop. They are true BMW enthusiasts and they take pride in the brand. The owner is very personable and accommodating, as I was battling the dealer on some issues. I will come here for all my repairs on my BMW.
