I do not have a Mazda vehicle but I scheduled an appointment at Budd Baer to get my oil changed since Mazda was running a promotion for educators to get a free oil change. I didn’t realize the promotion expired on the last day of September and the Mazda website had allowed me to schedule an appointment with this promotion for October 2nd. On the last day of September, I received a call from the service department at Budd Baer explaining the issue to me. They said they would try to get me in before the promotion expired and they did! Everyone there was so friendly and I was beyond pleased to see that my car had been washed too. I had a great experience with Budd Baer Mazda’s service department and really appreciate them squeezing me in so I could take advantage of the teacher promotion.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We came in from Ohio to purchase a car for our son. Our rep was Patrick, who I initially dealt with over the phone. After talking to dealers all over the country, Patrick was a breathe of fresh air. He was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and we just felt really comfortable with purchasing from him and Budd Baer. When we got to the dealership we knew we made the right choice. The overall experience of purchasing a CX-5 here was tremendous. I dealt with Patrick. He was informative, professional, and was not at all pushy or pressuring me to buy like many dealers do. I found out he owns the same vehicle, so having that honest perspective (different from someone just trying to make a sale) made me feel a lot more comfortable.Dexter made the financials and paperwork quick and easy to complete and was very informed about questions I had. The manager Nate went out of his way to offer me pizza that was purchased for the employees.The only complaint I would have is that the wait time from when I agreed to purchase the vehicle to the time I actually got in the office to sign the papers was too long. I would say I sat around for close to 2 hours. I realize it was a Saturday and they were going as fast as possible, but having more than one individual working with people on paperwork would get people in and out the door a lot faster. I will give them the benefit of the doubt here, but will have to adjust my rating if the wait time is that long when I go in for service in a couple months.

Wonderful experience! Started online with finding the car we like then met at the dealership. Agreed on price and time to purchase. Only thing disappointing was we were told the car would be cleaned and the interior was not cleaned (at least the back seat). Great experience overall!

This was our second car from Budd Baer. The first, a Subaru 3 years ago, and this time we went with a Mazda CX9. This was hands down the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Adam, Nate, and Dex are who we dealt with and they were all awesome throughout the whole process. We left the dealership after the test drive, I talked to Adam the next day and we set up an appointment to come back and sign the paperwork. We were in and out in under an hour! Adam made sure I knew what every button in the car did (Buttons for days) before I left. I would recommend them to anyone!

My wife was in need of a new car and she got the best service we have ever seen. Jared Cameron was the salesman that greeted her and was amazing. He found out what she was looking for (CX-5) and did not try and push a more expensive model. After taking her on a test drive he suggested going a step down to a CX-30, as it might fit her better, and he was absolutely right. She loved the size and comfort, and saved a bit of money. Jared and the sales manager Nathan Belton negotiated the price with her and ended up giving an amazing deal. Honestly they overpaid for her older model trade in, and they knew it... They just wanted to put her in this amazing car. The finance manager Dexter Hazel was top notch. Explained the loan well, and when it came to trying to sell the additional warranties, he was not pushy at all. We explained we were not interested, and he closed up the book and said Not a problem at all. We both really appreciated that. He listened to us, and didnt try to force anything extra. The entire experience was amazing, and we both highly recommend Jared as a salesmen and the entire team. We had also looked at Volvo and BMW, and her new CX-30 Turbo is a better car hands down. All the luxury and safety, and a far superior performance.

I scheduled a test drive for a ruby red CX-5 that I noticed on their web site. The car was waiting for me and the sales person was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I loved the car and bought and drove it home 3 days later. I was very impressed with the courteous and efficient sale staff. The buying transaction was completed in little time. The sales person helped me set up my iPhone and reviewed all the details and features of the CX-5 for my drive home. I’ll definitely be back for my next new car.

Budd Baer Mazda was the 5th auto dealerships that we visited the week we leased the CX-30. I worked with the saleman Jarod Cameron. He showed my friend and me several autos, and we test drove many different models. He also gave us a tour of the Mazda service facility. Jarod went into detail with us relative to the the information consul.We found Jarod to be very pleasant and easy to work with. He answered several questions we had, and he was quite knowledgeable about the autos. We also enjoyed working with the Sales Manager Nathan Belton. I had previously dealt with another Mazda dealership to purchase 3 other Mazdas. That dealership would have received 5 stars every time, but it closed. I would walk in, tell them what I wanted, and it was mine, including payments. Budd Baer was not the same at all. Unfortunately, it was the next closest dealership to me without driving over 2 hours away. They were not overly responsive to helping me (do you want to sell a vehicle or not?) and gave me one hassle after another. Their excuse, of course, was my credit, which is not great, but I lease my vehicles and my credit is actually better now than it was when I leased my last vehicle 3 years ago from the other Mazda dealership and had absolutely NO TROUBLE then. Plus, I downsized on vehicles by about $15,000 and my payments only dropped by $27 a month (and I had a co-signer with EXCELLENT CREDIT). Not overly impressed with this dealership at all.

Budd Baer worked with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a payment point I could afford. The vehicle actually needed a small repair shortly after purchased and they paid for the repair. This isnthe second vehicle I have purchased from Budd Baer and would absolutely buy again from these guys!

Ive had bud bares service department proform some work for me in the past on my RX8 and old Mazda 3, they were great to deal with. Came to get a headlight fixed and they also fixed my hood insulation. Pricing was very fair and they got it done quick even with so many cars ahead of me around lunch time. The popcorn and drinks in the lobby were also appreciated.

Do NOT buy a car here, my Mazda transmission blew at 60,000.00 miles Mazda did nothing and neither did Budd Baer and it was bought new by us there. They do not care about their long time faithful customers!
