Purchased a sleeper couch less than 5 years ago. The frame has come apart 3 times - the first time within a few months after purchase. Cant get it fixed the 3rd time because it is no longer under warranty. Called numerous times before getting a return call. Not happy with spending that amount of money for something that didnt last.
