I only can say that my experience at Greenville Auto Sales was amazing. Anthony is very professional and is willing to make your experience more than pleasant. My husband and I could not complaint about anything. If we need to purchase a car in the future we will definitely come back to Greenville Auto Sales. Will recommend them 100%.

This business does not even deserve one star. I have been waiting since July 17th, when I paid a non refundable deposit to Anthony in the amount of 500.00 cash provided he could fix the issue with the battery light/alternator/PCM, to pick-up the vehicle. It is now August 12th and Tasca Ford has yet to confirm the vehicle is in 100% working condition with the battery issue completely resolved. We told Anthony that because he could not keep up with his end of the deal we deserve our refund back and he said if the car was not ready by August 12th he is a stand-up guy and would give us our deposit back. However, when August 12th rolled around and the car was not ready, we called Anthony for our refund and he said no because the car would be ready by August 13th. Enough is enough with the waiting since we have now lost money on trips we needed the truck for in order to take. Anthony claims to be transparent, but he is neither transparent nor a stand up guy and has been giving us the run around for almost a month. Buyers beware of the 2008 Ford F250 turbo diesel truck with 48, 00 miles on it. It is not the diamond in the rough that he makes it out to be. The full sized matching spare tire with matching chrome rims disappeared and when we noticed it looked like the cable holding it under the truck was cut he claimed it could have rusted and the tire was lost. OK buddy nice try. Then he was only willing to replace it with a full size spare. The motorized projection arm on the left drivers side mirror does not work and when we made him aware of it he said he knew(why didnt he tell us, shady), but was not willing to fix it because he was already giving us a good deal and to just use our hands and adjust it manually(really). I take full responsibility for not checking his rating on the Better Business Bureau which is a B- because he has other complaints filed against his business that he would not even respond to(The BBB told me this themselves). The BBB also told me that, if after their numerous attempts to contact him and resolve this issue, he fails to respond yet again his rating will fall to a D-. If any good can come from this terrible experience it is that no one else falls victim to Anthony and his antics.

Owners got a serious attitude problem. Owner also either doesnt realize his nose is attached to his lungs, doesnt care enough about the safety of others, or doesnt know how to use a mask to prevent the spread of covid.

I was very pleased with my recent experience with Greenville Auto Sales. Brian was really great to work with and his experience made my out of state purchase with a trade in a complete breeze. He is a true professional and secured very competitive financing and went over every bit of the deal in exacting detail. From what I can see, their inventory is top shelf. I purchased a 2011 BMW that looks like it just rolled off the showroom. I highly recommend checking these guys out!

Beware of awful service and vehicles needing repairs. Unacceptable and incompetent dealer. I would not recommend them to anyone. They sell cars with dangerous problems that need repairs, after you drive off the lot the check engine light will go on and when you address it to them they take the car in for 4 days and shut off the light. Soon after picking up the car the check engine light goes on again because they didnt even repair the problem. After a second attempt of trying to contact the owner and sale representative they stop anwsering your calls. Do not buy you car here!

I drove 3 hours to get the car I wanted, and it was exactly as described. They arent sale hungry and will not sell a car out from underneath a buyer. I would definitely do business with them again. Brian is a great guy to deal with and the other guys are friendly as well. They may take a while to get back to you sometimes, but these guys are always on the road. They take care of you and have great cars on the lot. I saw two other cars I could have gotten into easily. Give them a shot!

Check engine light keeps coming on. for catalytic converter. Have brought car inon 5 occasions. Had my car 2 Saturdays all day wont provide paperwork for repairs. Im assuming no work was done and light was reset. 4 days later same problem. Never a return call. And Im heading back there to complain and get it fixed. Their integrity is questionable. Only had my car 4 1/2 weeks. Not happy

Was greeted by a very friendly staff member and told him was just looking and he said “no problem “ went and got me the key and actually let me check the car alone with absolutely no pressure ! Asked if I’d like to take it for a ride and I did, must say after visiting many other dealers this vehicle was immaculate!!!! Had already been fully detailed as well. Then meet Brian and Anthony who was very fair working with me on my trade and within 30 minutes Brian had financing done ! With a great rate as well !!! Within couple hours I was driving my BMW !!! I made a call to inquire about the availability of a vehicle. After leaving a message I was contacted a short time later. I believe it was Brian who I spoke with (I hope I have not mistaken his name). Brian was phenomenal with his customer service as well as ability to answer all my questions was awesome! I explained I was a few weeks out from purchase and expected to be brushed off. Quite the contrary, he offered to help anyway possible and invited any and all future questions or needs (videos, carfax, additional pics, etc) for me to just give a call. Called them about a car they had for sale. Spoke with the owner Pat came up with a cash price for the car I wanted we agreed in it. 6 hours later an office manager calls me saying he cant do that price and wont let me speak with the owner. Shady place !!!!

Some of the best People Ive ever dealt with buying an vehicle. No one pitches you or tries selling you anything they are all very true, kind, and honest! In addition to that they took care of an issue i had with my registration no problem. Most deffinetly put the customer first, set me up in a rental and handled the misunderstanding from when i had first purchased the vehicle from the previous sales reps. Buyers beware!! What these guys do is ILLEGAL! They sold my friend a car that was not properly inspected and had over $1,000 in problems that had to be fixed. They refused to retract the sale. These guys are doing ILLEGAL work. Do NOT buy! Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Deception and lying. Very shady individuals, especially the guy (John Gosselin) in the office. I would never buy a car here, nor would I recommend anyone to do so. If your looking to buy a used car, there are plenty of credible places out there, that arent out to screw the consumer. With the BBB their rating is an F. They give anyone that works in the used car business a bad name.

Avoid at all costs. Very shady business. Salesman are very dishonest and we had an agreement on a deal and they “sold the car” to somebody else. Not only are they dishonest they are arrogant and rude. Few days later we get a call asking if we were still interested. Heard a bunch of bs about the car going to action. Also worth mentioning the car we were purchasing wasn’t inspected. We saw this is a common thing after looking at other reviews.

Very good people didnt waste my time got everything done the same day and gave me good trade in value and a good price on my new car so i highly recommend doing Business with them! Thanks🙏🏽

Bought a car from Greenville recently ... they do not inspect vechicles prior to selling ... my car didnt pass inspection, needed new brakes, muffler, mouse nest in the air box, front differentials leaking, and on top of that once this was confronted to them they had extremely poor customer service. Personally do not recommend them.

Cars have problems with them. This guy does just enough to get the check engine light to go off for a week to sell to you. Then will not help you once you take it off the lot. Much higher chance of getting a lemon here than Craigslist

BUYER BEWARE!! Took 3 weeks and threat of legal action to get the title certificate. WIthin 2 weeks of driving, car needed over $2000 of repair to keep running. They (Brian) do not return phone calls...literally for weeks, and refuse to back the products they sell. BEWARE especially internet buyers. Once you are off the lot, they are done with you. The worst of the worst of customer service. If you do buy, make sure a reputable dealership performs a PRE sale check over, I was told the reasons for the disrepair was we dont check those things unless its really obvious...worst car purchase Ive made. Expensive lesson learned. Never again from these jokers.

Bought a car from them but they did not send me the propper paper and told me to pay them 425.00 to get the title corrected. Had to contact the dmv to get them to send me the correct paper work. terrible company

They found the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The thing has NEVER been right!! Trying to get a hold of Dennis Goldberger (owner) or John Gosselin (Manager) is next to impossible after they have gotten your money!!!! My car has been brought in for repairs by myself 5+ times and picked up 2 times. Check engine light has not been off for more than 2 weeks since purchase!!!!All I wanted was a safe car for me and my daughter...instead, I am in the process of getting a total hosing!! Keep in mind people----they are KNOWINGLY doing this to a Gulf War Veteran!!!! Run far and run fast

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I put a deposit on a truck over there phone because I live 1:30 away from Johnston. Didnt wanna miss out on he truck I wanted. So I rented a trailer on my only day off half way there he guy texts me and says something came up he cant be there!! Tried to call him wont answer my calls! When I get home I look on Craigslist for another truck and what do I see but the same truck I had a deposit on reposted for $500 more then before!!! Really!!! Really shady dudes who knows if I will get my deposit back! Dont do it these guys need to be put out of business!!

Have 2 major issues [that were not disclosed to us at purchase]. Called several times. No return calls. They made it clear before $ was passed they could help us with any issue or the added 100% guarantee warranty would. NONE OF THIS HAS PROVEN TRUE. Hard to find straight shooters in the used car biz for sure. Dennis Goldberger(owner)--John Gosselin(manager) have not even steped up to the line on this deal STAY AWAY FROM GREENVILLE AUTO SALES!
