Having to buy a car during a pandemic where theres very little inventory isnt easy; however, Barry really made the experience enjoyable, exciting and easy. He was very accommodating allowing me to come back and test drive a couple times, try my youngest daughters equipment in the trunk to ensure a proper fit, gave me a lot of information on the features of the different vehicles and also helping me find what I was looking for. He was extremely responsive to emails throughout the process and always very attentive when I was in person. I test drove many other cars during the process but not only did the Audi win as a car that performed exactly as I was looking for a car to but the experience with Barry made the entire process that much more pleasant. Paul Cuviello was our Audi Brand Specialist. He was attentive from the moment we met. He knew what I was looking for and guided me in the right direction. Great customer service. They are professional, friendly and take pride in the work they perform. Clean comfortable waiting area as well. It is equipped with coffee machine and some snacks as well as water for the customers. My only issue is the water bottles can be recycled (I checked the label) but there is only a trash can. This is my only concern.

Would not reccomend coming here, I Came in For regular Maintenance, and a Oil Change, They decided without my conset to tamper with the sensors under the hood, Then 6 days later my engine seized, they refuse to pay for the costs when the issue came from there service, and forcing me to pay 16,000$ out of my pocket, i dont have that type of money. They are Scam Artists, come to get one thing done they break other things to make you come back.

The people at Audi Warwick are courteous and responsive to customer needs. I had a minor problem with a thumping noise coming from the right rear quarter of my new Audi. I brought it in twice for service. Both times adjustments were made to the suspension. The noise is greatly reduced - not entirely gone but much better. They told me they would be happy to check it out again if I wanted. I left it that I would continue driving it and if I felt it still needed attention I would bring it in.

I purchased a used S4 from Audi Warwick a few weeks ago, after seeing the car newly listed on cars.com and on their website. I drove from CT to RI to see the car, to find out that it was so new that it had not been through the RI safety inspections or cleaned/detailed. I told the salesperson that I would purchase the car only if I could drive it home that day- and they went through with the deal. They changed the oil, quickly vacuumed and washed the car, performed the inspections, ordered a temporary registration, and I was back home in CT by 4pm with my new-used car! Also, they asked me to bring the car back for the thorough detailing and completion of the out-of-state registration! The whole time, I was treated as if I were buying a brand-new Audi and not a 100k-mile used car. I definitely recommend buying new or used vehicles from this dealership!

Great service here! I didnt buy my car here, just got service done a couple of times. Very clean and professionally managed. Pretty much what youd expect from an Audi dealer. But the expectations wont ever mask my appreciation and gratitude for the level of service provided here. Heck, when I was getting the alignment done, I was driving one of their loaners (A6) and the alignment machine broke down. I got to keep the A6 for the extra day. They were very apologetic, but these things happen. Very good communication.

RE: LoJackDo not get talked into getting a LoJack tracking system for your car unless you want it! When the Q8 was purchased, we were told that it was the policy of the dealership that the car be equipped with LoJack. Yet, when asked for a written copy of that policy, they were not able to provide it.

This is now my second purchase with Audi Warwick dealing with Kevin Machado and Sophan Hak. They make a terrific team that will never let you down.

Salesman did not follow up with paperwork. We bought two cars and as soon as we drove off the lot we were on our own. They made numerous mistakes with the financing.My car is 8 months and I have had numerous “warnings about chip malfunction”. I am not at all pleased with their response.
