Great store. Always find what I need.

This is my favorite target in the area because all of the staff are so friendly and helpful! Plenty of registers open, fast self-checkout and the shelves are always stocked. It might not have the biggest selection but I always like coming to this store!

Product availability, cleanliness of the store( except the bathrooms could be cleaned more regularly),courteous and helpful employees and the competitive prices.

Target has great selections to choose from in every department and the prices are reasonable.

After completing my shopping I went to self checkout where I saw a employee wiping the kiosks. As I was paying for my items I heard that employee tell another customer that is you enter your phone number you can get a discount. I would have liked to know that and had the opportunity to receive a discount.

This target is pretty nice! I got giftcards from here and the service was great! I will be coming here anytime I am in the area! :)

I love Target, but inventory was down today. We didnt have a wide selection of pjs in the sizes we needed for our kids. Actually, in my daughters size there was no inventory. I was surprised; usually there is a much better selection! We were able to find most of what we needed, thankfully, just not pajamas.

I always mention to friends and family how much I like and enjoy using Target so I may or may not recommend someone to it, not around people much anymore either.

The store was stocked, well organized, and staff was available to serve the customers.

I loaded my car and put the cart away but left my phone and wallet in the cart Tom who was collecting carts seen them and grabbed them handed them to me! That warms my heart to know what kind of employees you have there.

Who doesn’t love Target. I like this location, friendly employees and convenient location for me.

Why do you have att soliciting shoppers. That’s annoying. On top of that the att lady did a bait and switch and now our plan is 70$ more than what she originally showed us in her tablet and emailed over. Heck it’s even more than our T-Mobile was.

Come in to do a little shopping and went to take my kids to the restroom and cant because not only is the entire womans room destroyed and look like it hasnt been cleaned in a week but so does the family restroom... hate to work here...

Unbelievable. Jonathan, over there in electronics, dropped everything he was doing to come help me with selecting a new phone. Guy went way out of his way, was super patient and reserved. Definitely manager material.

Theres great clearance at target along with target circle discounts. Target also had amazing Christmas clearance as well as other holiday clearance throughout the year.

Family kid friendly.... This store is extra clean and safe for kids. As a mother of twins they have the big kid carts and the grilled cheese. My kids can eat while I shop.

The young lady who helped me and brought my items out. First time using pick up in car was very impressed by the service and speed between arriving and leaving for home. Will definitely use again.

One of my favorite Targets, very organized and clean! Only thing is, it gets a little sketchy at night, seems like a rough crowd comes in at night in that area.

So I was just there about 30 minutes ago, near closing time. The Christmas time customers there were just the worst. I particularly noticed a couple customers being very disrespectful towards an employee (young black male, taper-like haircut) who was keeping lines organized for social distancing. I was shocked by the customers behavior especially because they appeared to be 2-4 times the employees age. I admired how he kept his composure, remained professional, and did not return any of the disrespect. I did thank him after he respectfully stopped one of the customers from cutting in front of me because my line was shorter. But I figured it was also worth mentioning that I saw all of those bad interactions and thought he was great. Happy Holidays!

Everything was smooth and seamless

I have been going to Target throughout my entire life. I have gone to various locations and have had great experiences. However, my experiences at this Target have been disappointing. Whenever I have asked Target workers at this location about something they have given me an attitude. During this worldwide Pandemic, I have seen multiple workers who have not worn masks. I have brought the issue up to a Target worker, and they stated that co-workers who are off the clock do not have to wear masks. However, in Michigan, by law, everyone is mandated to wear a mask. Even though this Target is closest to my house, I drive to another Target for better quality service.

Quiet clean, great customer service. Lady worker stopped what she was doing and look up a toy for me.

Im going to give Target five stars. I was fortunate enough to visit Target yesterday and was very surprised. The place was very clean, neat and a employee went out of her way to help me find a product that I was looking for but could not find. Also I want to add most items were in stock.I made a mistake of visiting the Walmart in Roseville on 12 Mile and Gratiot and it was by far the worst department store I had ever been in and my entire life it was just filthy clothing products were on the floor food was on the floor the shelves were in disarray and the employees were just straight up hateful I couldnt believe it.Keep up the good work Target and thank you

Great job, Target! Employees and customers were all wearing masks. A worker was cleaning and passing out carts as people came in. The store was not crowded and I liked that they encouraged people to go one direction around the store.

I recently purchased a vest from a different location. I got it home and realized it didnt fit. When I went to exchange it for a smaller size, unfortunately the store did not have the size I needed. That said, I decided to place a pick up order from the Warren location. When I arrived (early) Mckenzie went out of her way to, quite literally, run around the store to find me the limited edition vest I was looking for! She was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for your help MacKenzie! I would shop at this location again.

I LOVE Target, however, the employees were either wearing masks only on their mouth or not at all!!!! They dont have a sign anywhere on the entry door stating that you have to wear a mask. I am so disappointed in Target. Everyone needs to be concerned with safety right now!!!

This store really seems to be fast and on point with customer service, receiving is great if unloading here and managers go out of thier way to make sure things are right and ran well here 😎 especially during covid they have taken the measures

This is in regards to target.com. avoid using this service and the target app. They will tell you something is in stock you order it, then it is delayed multiple times and they will then cancel the order saying it was out of stock. Also do not use the alert me when the item is back in because it is a lie also. When you contact customer service they just say sorry it is out of stock and tell you to try back another time. Why would I do that. I was trying to get it for weeks and weeks.

So it was me, 2 other woman and a couple all was in the guest service area for over 10 mins just standing there, waiting to get acknowledged by an employee. there was 4 different workers in the exact area and not one budged to help any of us .

Target is my go to store. I love the variety and brands they carry. I am a happy Target shopper. The stores are clean, organized and encourage browsing:) Keep up the good work.The only thing I would ask that they improve upon is the app. It is not easy to maneuver.

I love Targets quick convenient dive up! I had a last minute birthday party to go to, I pulled up the app and found a gift and picked it up in less than an hour! It says with in 2 hours but the Warren Mi store is always less than 2 hours.

Stopped into Target to get a book for my wife’s birthday. Yes today is her birthday and I’m a last minute shopper. The website said the store had 2 books in stock but I couldn’t seem to find it. I asked for assistance and Nate came to help. He looked at the shelf and saw that the book wasn’t there. He then went to the back to look for the book. 10 minutes later... NATE COMES BACK WITH THE BOOK! OMG I was soooo happy he found it. Target you have a great employee in Nate. At most stores associates would give up after 1 minute of looking and say they can’t find it. But not Nate! It’s just nice to go into a store and receive high levels of customer service. Normally I don’t leave reviews but Nate was so awesome I had to.

Understaffed. Waited in huge lines to be able to buy 4 rolls of toilet paper per person. No larger size packs available. Maybe if you would have limited people earlier on, there wouldn’t be such a lack of inventory. I have no idea what 4 rolls of toilet paper is going to do for a family of 6 or more. Will not return to the unorganized chaos.

However variety of products is good and the staff is helpful. very good for a situation in which you need to buy a certain item quick, for example I come here time-to-time to purchase steam cards. Prices however are better than places like best buy for certain items.

Bryce was so helpful! I called to ask if they had a product in stock and he took the time to look for it. He didn’t find it in his store, but let me know another Target had it in stock and when I got there it was ready and waiting for me! I appreciated it so much! Thanks Bryce!

This was my first time using this service. Just as I pulled up they were walking a cart out with my order. It was so convenient. I loved it.

I really like this Target. I feel they are fairly well stocked. Its a pretty clean store. The staff is helpful if you need to stop them to help you with anything. Ive even done a baby registry here.

For the situation what we have, drive up is safely way to make some purchases.

The salesperson we had was excellent. Above our expectations and very helpful with how to use our purchase and helping with setup. Very kind, friendly and extremely helpful. Could not ask for better! Kudos to our salesperson!

I have been going to this store since it opened. Yesterday, by far worst experience ever! One supervisor and one employee need retraining! It will be a long time before I shop here again! I spent almost $200 and returned it all. I wish them both success and peace.

Not if you need any assistance with a Virgin Mobile phone. I went to the Target on 16 Mile because the one I usually went to on Van Dyke recently closed. Fadi told me they didnt do the conversion of phones there anymore or the one in Madison Heights and I should go to the one on 12 Mile and Dequindre in Warren. When I arrived at the 12 mile store, the tech stated they didnt do it either and I should go over to the Sprint store across the street since they are affiliated with Virgin Mobile and perhaps they could help me.

Dorian in electronics knows his stuff, very friendly seems to like his job very much super friendly and knowledgeable..

I love target but I wish they would lower the price a little thats why I am giving it a 4 star. Great customer service. The store is very clean and organized. I like the small clearance section which sits right in front of the entrance when you walk in. I love Starbucks and Im happy they have Starbucks Inside the store as well. Parking space is big and spacious. Next door is Burlington and across is Chase Bank plus some few other stores nearby. I would shop here again because its close to my house.
