After reading reviews I was skeptical about a purchase from this company, but I needed a car for my daughter, and they had was I was looking for at a great price. I purchased the car and 24 hours later the car had to be towed back to the dealer I was literally kicking myself. I expressed my concerns and the staff went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. They fixed all the problems and I was picking up my car 2 days later. They kept in constant contact with me the entire time they had my vehicle updating me on what was needed and what they were doing. The customer service was impeccable and I would definitely recommend them for purchases in the future! Thank you

Went for a test drive in a nice 08 civic, the interior was covered in Taco Bell wrappers. Matter of fact I stepped in some Crunch Wrap Supreme meat that was on the floor mat, which stained my shoe. Also because I did not want to buy the car after the test drive they tried to charge me 60$ for a test drive fee!!

Got a vehicle from them 32 days later transmission went out looked beautiful low miles good tires great ac/heat lets just say they saw me coming I wouldnt EVER recommend any one buy any type of vehicle from them they seriously need to be shut down...its pretty sad $4,000 for a 2004 Saturn Vue only be able to drive it for such a short time shame on them they should be ashamed to take advantage of people like that...Im happy for some of you who didnt get a bad deal but I know a large handful of men and women who got a BAD DEAL.

THE CARS THEY SELL ARENT SAFE AT ALL! They dont safety inspect their cars and they just hope you dont notice. 2 days after purchasing an SUV for $5,000 we found out that we needed $1,200 in front end work immediately. One pothole and my ball joints wouldve snapped. I should have know by the way the way their mechanic was acting when we checked out the car

Lorenzo the Car sales men at Great auto sales ate some of My Taco Bell Nacho Fries out of my Car When he said he could give me a cleaning in my car for $29.99 He began to eat the Nacho fries and he thought i wouldn’t notice a few was gone and he also drinked some of the cheese sauce that came with it.

I was suppose to get my car detailed by Lorenzo. But during those 2 hours when he was detailing my car he stayed inside the car the whole time. When I looked at my car from a distance all I could see was lorenzoes phone screens brightness all the way up and the car rocking back and forth. I got skeptical so I asked him to get out and this is what he left me. He even came out with a 2incher sticking out the front of his pants.

A few months back i had a job at great auto sales and the experience was so terrible i had to quit. if anyone wonders why the place reeks of weed is because they are growing reggie in the break room. All the food that was given is taco bell, they even had their own custom taco bell vending machine but it was always empty because if the car sales man Lorezno eating all the crunch wrap supremes. A very fishy thing this dealer does is when they are filling up cars they put a few gallons of baha blast from taco bell into the fuel tank of the car to save money. During work Lorezno is always lazy, he sits down on his computer all day while smoking his plats and eating Taco Bell. Inside the break room i looked inside of one of the drawers and there were hundreds of empty Plat Weed Cartridges, this is the reason why Lorezno has brain damage or known as “poop brain”. Also while on the topic of the break room, the room was filled with empty Taco Bell wrappers most of them filled with meat which attracts ants and cockroaches to the dealership. In the dealership bathrooms they don’t buy toilet paper they make us use microwaved warmed tortillas to wipe out behinds. On one of the desks was Loreznos acne cream but when i went to see what was inside, it contained 70% Taco Bell Taco grease 20% Acne cream and 10% Semen, No wonder why that virgin got mountains of pimples on his face.

Terrible place. I brought an 2007 Malibu from salesmen Lorenzo within a month I took my car in for work and found out my motor is bad 35 compression. When I brought the car I was told that the only thing needed done to the car was a tune up all lies. I’m out of 2150 because of this place. Stay away!! Take your money else where.

I found out the car I was interested in was bought damaged from the auction because I looked up the vin number and looked at the vehicles history report.

Bought a 2013 MKX from Great auto sales in Warren Mi with less than 70k Miles and while i was driving my car home the breaks cut off while i was in my Neighborhood Making me Hit and injury a 9 year old kid playing outside and hitting a on coming car while i was going over 75 MPH + (because the breaks stop working) The breaks were covered in taco bell wrappers! all over the break line which makes no sense and now the car is Totaled and in a ditch.

These jerks sold us a car with the check engine light on. The sales person (Lorenzo) insisted that his mechanic said it would go away there was just some bad fuel in the line it actually needed a timing chain. this is a company of thieves and liars and I would never suggest anybody go there

Dont call and ask for details on a vehicle Wally is selling. Hell sell it out from under you for $700 cheaper than he was initially selling it to you for. Told Wally wed be there at 12 driving 3 and a half hours one way just to buy it. He sold it 20 minutes before we pull in. Plus side though, hell sell you a vehicle thats 2 grand more for the same price as the vehicle you wanted.

Will never purchase a vehicle from them again. My Mother and I both bought vehicles from them. they were so nice and accommodating.....but they do not keep their word.The car that I purchased had cracks in the windshield and Nevern said to bring it in and she would have it fixed but then said she never said that. The air conditioner leaks also. My Mothers car had different size tires on the front and back. which caused alot of damage and alot of $$$ to fix. These cars are just very nicely cleaned up to sell fast and to make you believe that youre really getting a great deal.But beware.... they dont keep their word. I was very surprised by this. They seemed so nice.

If I could post 0 stars, I would. Naveen sold us a vehicle where the key ist programmed correctly and there needed to be an oil change done. Upon getting the vehcile we had to pay $80 oil change and the key needs to be programmed again to the Ford. They are not wiling to pay for the programming because we took the vehicle before it needed to be programmed. The vehicle was inoperable after 72 hours. Now I have to tow the vehicle to a Ford dealership and THEN pay to get it programmed. So far I will have racked up $300 in extra costs from only having the vehicle a week. They are doing nothing to try and resolve and fix this. They have the it is what it is attitude.

Angelo was very accommodating in the purchase of my car, especially in that I couldn’t buy the car the day I had originally planned. Neveen was very efficient in processing the sale, but more so, she was so sweet!

Very nice people bought a 2006 explorer took the car as is for the fact that the engine light was on didn’t know the rear hatch would fall off the rest of the truck completely less than 48 hours later. Extremely unhappy with my purchase.

Purchased a Honda Odyssey 3 months ago. Thought I purchased a great minivan. Went yesterday for my 1st oil change and the oil change place refused to do the oil change. Turns out when Great Auto Sales did the oil change, the oil drain plug was stripped. Instead of fixing it the right way, they used a quick plug which is a temporary fix. I went to my local mechanic today and I need a new oil pan, that is costing $500!!!!! Never will go there again or refer them!

They sold us a vehicle that broke down within a week after driving it off the lot. Once we had it towed to their location at our expense, they kept it for several days before giving us any diagnosis as to the problem. They would promise us a phone call and never got back to us without our continuing to reach out to them.Finally they told us the transmission was bad and kept giving us inaccurate estimates for when it might be done. We were without a car for two weeks along with hundreds of dollars in rental car fees out our pocket. They kept reassuring us that they would cover at least a portion of the rental and once we got the car back refused to cover it.They are insincere and only concerned about their bottom line. Stay away!

I would NEVER buy a car from GREAT AUTO SALES, this place very DISHONEST!!! We bought a car 2 wks ago from here and its so UNSAFE we cant even drive it. Now were having to put alot of money into it just to get it safe to be on the road. They LIED to us and said it was safe and that their mechanic had checked it out extensively and it had been driven. I guess he missed the bolt in the back thats barely keeping the car on the frame! So tired of greedy people! Shame on you for being so careless with peoples lives! We couldve been badly hurt driving it home.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE. 3 months ago, we bought a Nissan Pathfinder from Eddy, who showed us a car fax and a mechanic slip showing a fake inspection. Right away the car was squealing horribly. We called Eddy and he said too bad as is it was probably the belt he just changed. Fast forward to yesterday, my husband was driving back to work AFTER dropping my daughter off...Thank God! and his brakes went completely out. He sailed across a main road and almost got hit by a semi! He could have died! We towed the car to a mechanic and he said the cars entire frame is rusting out, the front control arms (both sides) are barely held together and they tied it with string, brake lines rotted through, junction for the brake lines needs replaced, rear calipers need replaced, alternator needs replaced (the horrible squealing is coming from this) the mechanic said he could see where they shot some oil into the alternator to keep it quiet. We contacted Eddy today and he swore at my husband and told him too bad. He just kept saying as is. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! This man KNEW we had two children who could be in this car.

Bought a Town and Country, a year ago, was greeted by a guy named Art. Right when I walked in the door he offered me snacks and had complete knowledge about every vehicle. Please listen, DONT BUY A CAR from these people. I had this car for only 2 weeks before it was in the shop. The water pump went out and and the timing belt broke. Cost 750.00. Plus i had to pay to get it towed. They would not take the car back. Believe me, I tried. The day i picked it up from the repair shop the engine was knocking ( something it had not done before). Then they said the engine had no compression, took it to a Chrysler dealer and that repair was 975.00. The bs of a warranty didnt cover anything. Dont even take a car from them for free.

I stopped in to see a vehicle that was priced unbelievably well. Asked for Carfax. They did not have it. This truck was so nice looking, it was exactly what I had been looking for for months so I paid $35 to get my own Carfax. My dream truck, it turns out, was totaled at some point and had been sitting for years before it was fixed, hence the low miles. I would steer clear of these guys . Also, they have not once sent an email or have returned a phone call. My guess is that they go to auction looking for vehicles like this so they can buy low and pretend like you are getting a deal. They do not care about you or your family or situation.

You guys sold me a blue 2008 silverado that I paid cash in hand for 2 or less years ago come to find out the rear wheel wells have been pathetically patched with foil tape and sprayed over, poor patch work on the cab corners that cracked and rotted away and lets get to the best part, I was willing to work around the lets say poor body repairs have now realized the entire frame has rotted out so now I have a 9-10k truck that came off your lot less than 2 years ago thats unsafe for road use and can break at any moment that I paid cash in hand for, you business is hotdog water of car sales in my eyes, I hope karma destroys your company to its core well knowing you will not do anything to remedy my future with a vehicle you sold

My husband bought a buick terraza 05 October 6th 2015. Just days later we noticed it was slipping and come to find out the insurance he purchased the day of sale didnt kick in till a couple weeks later. He paid $1400. out of pocket to have the trans rebuilt and only months later all the rust starts to show after the bondo starts wearing through the winter. Not even 2 years later the frame is so rusted underneath with just 3 bolts holding the motor up and was told to scrap it. lol this is a horrible place to purchase from.
