This is in response to Moses Massa about the comments about my business. I dont consider a faithful customer one that comes once every two years for an inspection sticker. And never ever ever for anything else. But that being said you WERE told on the phone about having to take the plate frames off. And you even admitted it when you came to pick up the car that you had forgot to do it. So please dont lie and say that we should take care of our faithful customers and we should have let you know ahead of time because we most certainly did.
Been a faithful customer .me and the wife for years and years wife goes there for a sticker,they charged her 75,only because she had the dealer plates on the car it has a little black strip all around,i understand its the state but being a faithful customer i would expect them to tell my wife to remove that otherwise she would get charged 20 dollars more,mot sure if its for the state or for them but if it was my business i would take of my customer,just saying...
I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience I had at this garage, to put it mildly. Beware.

Had my vehicle in and asked for two items to be done, they fixed one of the two items and charged me a reasonable price, the other item they had no idea what they were doing and gave up on but charged me over $100 in labor. Never been changed by a mechanic for something they ended up not being able to do. If you cant do something just tell me, Ill go somewhere else.
Everyone was very nice and professional. I will go here again. I trust them with my vehicle.
So glad to find K & W are open again nearby! They have taken care of our cars (not to mention looked out for our kids when they were new drivers — thank you especially, Armando!) for the last 20 years, while they had the gas station in Barrington. You can trust them with your cars, even with your kids’ cars — we always had good advice and excellent service at reasonable prices!
