I used Showcase in 2011 and had no issues with them so when it came time again I called them up. I had to use them twice in the last year for body work. Jeffrey at Showcase is great to work with. He is honest and takes time to show you everything. Showcase does great work and in a timely manner. If I need body work done again I will definitely go back (hope not for a long time though)!

A lady backed into my 2017 ram 1500 big horn in a parking lot and destroyed both passenger side doors.. I took the truck straight to showcase collision and they gave it back to me better than new. And they fought her insurance company to make sure every part taken off was replaced with a brand new factory part.. what else is there to say. Jeff & the whole team helped me through the whole process of my first insurance claim. He told me I could call 100times if I had any questions or concerns. Came in to get a quote on my driver door after my neighbor hit my parked car backing up. Jeff was super helpful with walking me through the process of how my door was going to be fixed and also how to deal with the insurance folks. I think he even talked to them on my behalf because I really didn’t want to get my car insurance involved at all. After picking up my car, the door was better than what it looked before. They also detailed my car and gave me a little “showcase collision” air freshener that made my car smell nice. Amazing service.

I had a new side view mirror assembly painted and installed on my 2004 vehicle. Not only did Showcase do a great job of completing the work, but they finished right on budget. The service manager Paul is the most experienced and professional manager ever he always go above and beyond and Antoine the mechanic there really knows his stuff you will never find a better place to take your vehicle to get it fixed. I took my mustang gt to showcase collision after getting rear ended. The rear end of the car was hit higher up and the rear quarter panels needed to be replaced along with the rear bumper and trunk. Through the whole process Jeff gave me updates on the repairs and allowed me to come down and take a look at the car as the work was being performed. The whole process was very smooth and the staff were very nice and friendly. The car looks amazing like nothing ever happened when I received it back. Jeff was very good at communicating with me through the whole process. Mike did an amazing job painting my vehicle. It looks brand new. They returned my car cleaner than I dropped it off. My only complaint is that they were TOO EFFICIENT! You see, my insurance company approved a 2020 Ram Truck for 20 days. I was hoping Jeff and his crew would take longer with my repairs so I could enjoy my brand new rental. LOL No such luck. They were done in just a few short says. My first experience with Showcase Collision was around 2010 after wrecking the front end of my F150. These guys did a seamless job with the body work and color match. I was back there a few years later to have the bed repaired and received the same great results. Fast Forward to 2020 and I needed a console repaired. Jeffs advice saved me over $240 and Andrew got the job done quickly. In addition I needed advice on some body work I was considering, and Jeff provided me with some great insight on whats feasible and what would be a waste of money. Great customer service and response to any concerns we had. We had some underbody damage from running into/over a tire in the road, they took care of the damaged front bumper and all the mechanical problems that happened. They returned the car to us looking beautiful, even cleaned and detailed inside! Theyve been our preferred shop for several years and will continue to be.

I was involved in an unfortunate accident. Showcase collision showed great compassion and had my vehicle not only fixed, but looking like it just came off the car lot. They were closing early for the holidays and I work the midnight shift and was getting off late. They transferred my vehicle across the street to stay open longer so I could have my truck back. Great customer service and the experience seemed more on a personal level than a business level. Highly recommend showcase collision. Best in the business.

3.31.2018 Easter weekend. Saturday morning and I show up w/o any appointment. I won’t lie - I did a quick google search and this place had about 53 reviews with near 5 star overall rating (highest for any place around the area). Tony was the only person around and was very kind, welcoming and friendly. My car had suffered a minor bruise and paint had tiffed off from one of the corners. Within 10 min, my car was back with me looking pristine. If I tell you the whole process costed me - just my gas to reach the workshop, would you believe me? I was not charged a penny.That is all. Showcase did a perfect job replacing my front bumper after an accident, it was like it never happened... They took a paint sample before hand so they could match the paint perfectly (and they did, even with it being a shimmery finish) and then when they had the new bumper painted I dropped my car off and had it back in the same day with a new bumper, repaired and rotated tires and an oil change. They are the most honest collision/auto repair facility I have ever encountered, and I have been to a lot of them! Highly recommended!

Showcase only deserves half a star. Took three months to repair my car. Tony always said Ill call you to update whats going on with the repair. Called once at the end of three months. Said finally finished. Still had to bring back as Showcase missed a broken part. Finally done after three months. Would really really really think hard about going to Showcase Collision. Have to give credit where credit is due. They were polite. Three months polite. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Everyone there did a wonderful job on our Traverse. We had a pretty deep scrape on our passenger front fender and you cant even tell where it was. They had it done and ready when they said they would and washed it and even cleaned the inside. The crew did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who has a repair job.

Kip is excellent to deal with. Ive only had repairs and not body shop work done (north side of 14 mile rd these days) and Ive found the brake job and hub bearing deals to be unbeatable. Quick, to the point and done promptly. In fact, Im taking my Camry in tomorrow for a brake job and Ill rest easy knowing it will be done at a great price, done right, and an over-all enjoyable experience.

Dropped my car off for rust on the front fender over Easter weekend. Picked it up on that Tuesday, the work done was perfect, it look great and the car was cleaned, vacuumed and smell nice. I would highly recommended Showcase. Tony was awesome to work with.

If you are looking for a auto repair shop that doesnt rip you off or mislead you into paying more money than you need to, than this is the place to go. Ive been going to this place for years and they are the best in the area. They dont overcharge you and they tell you what really needs to be fixed on your car and not what they want to fix in order to charge you a high bill. I always come out with a good deal no matter what type of service I need.

These guys have always had a high standard and excellent customer service. They ARE NOT the cheapest, but this is a business where you get what you pay for. The person who posted poorly and talked about basic knowledge clearly does NOT have basic knowledge of body work. You dont spray numerous coats on. Only a few. I will never understand why you just complain and dont ask the business to rectify the problem?

The team at the Showcase Auto repair facility are knowledgeable and courteous. I am a Dodge SUV owner and have had trouble with my heater for some time. Help me with diagnosis and took really good care of me

Someone had creased my wifes lease car while it was parked at her workplace. I got in touch with Showcase Collision and they took my information and got the car in the same day. After a week the car looked good as new. They went the extra mile to file an amended claim for some unforeseen work. The work got done in time for us to turn in the lease! Showcase is a friendly place and does great work. I highly recommend Showcase Collision for your collision needs!

My brother had his wheel bearing replaced here on his vehicle last November. He did this because of a coupon. Our whole family has taken our vehicles into another repair shop in Warren for over 20 years and that is where I was going to go. However this was a Saturday and that place was closed. So I called Showcase and spoke to Kip. Kip got me in right away and told me the price out the door over the phone. Kip was pleasant and not pushy and did not try and sell me needless repairs as so many other places do.Kip called me when the car was ready and was honest about one of my calipers. He said they got the piston to go back in, but it might need replaced in the near future. That meant a lot and showed his honesty and integrity! He also informed me of another issue with the car.So the following Monday I dropped the car off to have the wheel hub assembly replaced. I also asked how much to recharge the AC. I got a reasonable price and decided to have that done too. Kip was out that Monday, but the gentleman at the desk was a great help. I did not have a ride back to my house and I had planned on sitting there and waiting for the car. Without me even asking, he had one of the employees drive me back to my house.That is first class service all the way. I will be going back next week to get the last two issues taken care of. I highly recommend Showcase to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced!

They do very low quality work and cut corners. Had to take my car back because the paint was flaking off after 2 weeks. Judging by the other reviews on here it seems like other people have had issues with their lackluster performance and im sure the owner will somehow try to either discredit me or justify his shotty work in the response section. I was extremely surprised by his lack of customer service and unprofessionalism in the other negative reviews, that should be a red flag for everyone thinking about getting work done here.
