So pleased with the knowledge and friendly customer service with Alexis in the paint department. She was beyond helpful to me, answered all my questions and was just overly friendly. I felt like I was talking to a friend about my home project and it was so lovely. Thanks Alexis!

Workers were very helpful & friendly. One guy shouted me down (and told me to wait until he got over to me) as he saw me about to try to slide a chest freezer off the shelves and onto my cart. We had it on my cart in no time! And the cashier was just as friendly!

Around 6:15 pm I went to return some items that I ordered online. The girl at the return desk was so professional and extremely polite. I think she had wavy hair and wore glasses. She asked if I found everything I was looking for today. I told her that I needed a wet saw. She looked up the item and told me exactly where to find it in the store. Love that.

It was good to find every thing that I needed. The store is constantly being restocked and displays updated. The fun part is I always end up buying more then what I went in for. After all, every man deserves a new tool.

Havent had a problem with the store now thier delivery service was pretty disappointing. Ya I signed off without looking, my mistake. They left trash, I asked them to take the washer to the curb. They said not a problem. Then they left a lot of water on my laminate floors. Pictures are hard to show that there was a lot of water in the laundry room, but here are all the photos for anyone who cares to see how they handle your house and purchased items. I can take care of it, and did in like 5 minutes (all it takes to keep a good name), but elderly and disabled people might not go behind grown men so quickly.

Well, I love Home Depot here in Warner Robins but..not this visit ! I went up to the Customer Service desk and asked about Window and Door alarm systems and if she could check and see if the had any in stock .She rolled her eyes at me and started clicking with 4 inch, diamond studded fingernails like it was bother her to help at-the-Customer-Desk. She told us to go down isle two and try a5md find them. My 84 yr old wandered back over to the Customer Service desk thinking we were supposed to pay there.As he walked up, in stead of pointing out wnere he should pay, she slams up some sort of closed sign right in his face and said, closed! You can bet I am going to speak to her boss, my dad didnt deserve her behavior.

It was ok and the needs better customer service greeting customers was very not good at all.

I bought a refrigerator on August 27 2021. It was delivered on September 3, 2021. I called Home Depot same day (Sept 3rd) left a message with a girl. No response. Called back same day talked to a gentlemen left a message. No response. Called the third time and talked to the manager told him it was scratched and it was loud and had no deli drawer. Now in order to get a refund they have to pick up the refrigerator first which will be September 24, 2021. That isnt fair because I now have two refrigerators in my kitchen.I dont think Home Depot has handled this issue in a professional manner. I wont be shopping here anymore.

I went to buy purple spray paint but they didnt have any... for days. Not cool.

My Husband and I Went to Warner Robins store today. My husband knee and both ankles was Swollen up to where he could barely walk in store. Store was well stocked, Clean, out of the 2 Associates working in Service Dept. One I asked about a cart she wasnt helpful at all, the other one took it upon herself to come help me. I hate I didnt get her name but was so very appreciative of her help. She was Super nice and even went to Lumber area to get me a cart to put new toilet I was purchasing on. After buying it we went to loading area, no one around to load it or help load it, No one even offered to call anyone to get help to load it. So My husband and I was trying to load it onto truck, this Very Nice man that was a customer himself, came up picked Toilet up and put on back of our truck. This man put a 20 ft ladder he had purchased down to load ours !!! After telling him how very Thankful we was he said your Welcome got his ladder and left. I Hope if he reads this He will know just how Very Thankful we are for his help and Im sure God will Bless him in return. I will be praying he does ❤️🙏❤️🙏. So thats why I give this store a 3 and Im a 20 retired Store Manager customer Service is #1 priority to any Business. Home Depot really needs to start teaching their People that customers can make or Close a Business and without a Business they will not have a Job 💯👍. Dublin Home Depot is even worse !!!

I know that this is a weird thing to review, but I love their self checkout systems. High tech and easy to use. Everyone is also always helpful.

I came here looking for parts for my dads shower A nice polite guy named Rich helped us out in the plumbing dept he was actually helping someone else out so we waited until he was finished he was very patient and very knowledgeable if ever I need anything from Home Depot I would most definitely look for Rich great guy everything fitted perfectly!!!!

Dont order from their website I put a store number in that I have been ordering from for 2 years after I hit submit they put in a store number I havent ordered from for over 2 years. Now after 2 emails that nite customer service says we have to wait till shipped then cancel the order then reorder again which delays my order. No problem with Amazon to change a incorrect shipping address. Stay with Amazon.

I just moved to Warner Robins and have had to make many trips to this Home Depot for blinds, a grill, tools, bug spray, and flash lights! Every time I visit this location the associates are so helpful and friendly. They helped me load up my grill after giving me a great deal on a floor model. This will be my go to place for all my needs while living here.

Repairs under warranty are unbelievably slow; furthermore they delivered my tractor without the keys and with considerable damage to the frame. I definitely suggest to consider other options.

We went in looking for plants. They had a very good selection. Some were not so healthy looking, but the majority was. Found an aloe plant I couldnt find at other stores. Its looking healthy and strong after repotting.

Everything was great until we got to the cashier she tried to charge us for the sample we brought to match for our counters. She needs to pay more attention to scan the right items.

Had to pick up some garden supplies and found all we needed. We were pleasantly surprised that some were really low priced. Great service also.

I was disappointed in Home Depot today. I ask for help twice in a certain dept and could not get any help.

They didnt have my order pulled when I arrived even thought it was 2 hrs before. The man who pulled it was very helpful.

We bought a Samsung Refrigerator, and my wife loves it. The associates were friendly, and knowledgeable.

The only downside, to this location, is that they do not rent tools. Otherwise, the staff is great and they usually have anything you need in stock.

The parking lot was big enough to accommodate our RV and the store was laid out very nicely. The staff was helpful and allowed me to find what I was looking for very quickly!

This location does not always have the top notch service that I usually find at must home depot stores. The last time I was there I asked an associate for help with some tile. He looked for it on the shelf that I was already searching then arbitrarily said, oh yeah, that one is discontinued. I found the tile online later, still for sale. I just could not find it or look at it up close. The sample piece was high in the air in a display and we couldnt get a sample to examine it.Other times Ive had great experiences. Hit or miss for sure.

Yes. I needed hone depot on Easter Sunday. As much as I hate to say it, Im thankful they were open. And the customer service was fantastic. Thanks to all those I ran into at the Carl Vinson home depot in warner robins Ga.

If youd told me 2 years ago Home Depot is going to become one of your favorite stores, I would have quickly told you No Way. Love The Depot. The staff have always been helpful, cordial and patient! I did my first painting job. And a pretty darn good job at that! But who knew they had a product called liquid sandpaper.. I didnt until Afterwards!! And Oops Paint... LOVE IT LIVE FOR IT. But words of wisdom... IF YOU SNOOZE YOU LOSE.

The product is good but the service is going down. Could not get anyone to help with some large pool umbrellas. Ended up getting them carrying them out by myself. The only registers open were self service. It was a sad place to shop.

I don’t understand how this store stays open. Service is terrible. Employees seem disturbed when I requested assistance. A couple even rolled their eyes like “omg r u talking to me”. I went in empty handed & left the same. Needed sand blast media & couldn’t get anyone to tell me where it was. At least Lowe’s has buttons everywhere for help.I’m done trying

Cabinets and countertops are lower grade. Paint is great. You would think that Home Depot would be more consistent with their products.

The production services are horrible you receive the runaround for things you’ve previously paid your money for an installation seems to take forever. Can’t receive proper service because no one really even know what’s going on and can’t give you any answers. I have paid for countertops I’ve been waiting almost going on two months now

Employees are a great help when trying to find a whole list of products. I rarely have a negative experience here. They always help me load my stuff up and usually it’s a large order with most of it being heavy items. Unlike Lowe’s across the street, Home Depot actually waters their plants properly so no dead plants everywhere on discount racks. The store is well organized and it’s fairly easy to find what you’re looking for. By far my most frequented store.For those who find it difficult to find what you need and spending hours trying to get all of your project needs, I would recommend going online, researching what you need, put it in the online shopping cart, then screenshotting your list. You can get the exact in-store location of products from online. That way when you come, you come prepared. It works well for me, so it may alleviate a lot of stress for other people too.

Oh man I cant say enough about this place. They have helped so much with our fixing up our 100 yr old home.

Went looking for a lawn tractor, the guys were knowledgeable.

Completely ignored for 30+ minutes. We went into our local Home Depot 40 mins before closing to inquire about a washer/dryer combo. Employees saw us waiting by the appliances and either walked past us or darted down another aisle. I know we were there near closing, but simply wanted to ask a few questions and possibly purchase.

I went on the website to check to see if you had a certain subway tile in stock. The website said that it was in stock but I called the store just to be sure. I called the store and was put on hold. While I was on hold I drove to the store. I was in the flooring department and on hold for 20 plus minutes when someone finally answered the phone. That person was not in the flooring department. I explained what I was trying to do and that I was in the store. She paid someone to the flooring department. After another 12 minutes no one came. I tracked down someone and ask them about subway tile. I was told its over there go look. The customer service and respect for the customers is very disappointing. I never did find what I was looking for nor did I get help from someone who could tell me where it was. So I left.

Purchased a new refrigerator.The associate was very friendly and helpful. She doesnt normally work in that department. But, she did a great job!

I have had a few occasions to deal with Customer Service and I can honestly say the employees have been fast, friendly and courteous. One in particular stands out as stellar. I have had two occasions that required quite a bit of time and patience on Traceys part. She is so thorough and attentive to detail she is, in my opinion, the epitome of professionalism. Im kind of surprised that she isnt a manager.

These guys have gained a new customerI’ve always been kind of neutral with HD, with no real opinions either way as I shopped far more at Lowe’s.However during the current situation which is nice to have curbside pickup......they have shined.I.was unable to successfully get orders pulled by Lowe’s in May. It was taking them days and days if lucky.Enter Home Depot’s curbside program!Since May 18th I’ve picked up 22 times successfully at HD. Usually the orders are ready within an hour. You pull up and check in with the app or via text and out comes your order.Very pleased with their service.

I went to pick-up my order and customer service was very pleasant.I also went to the garden department and I found exactly what I was looking for! The cashier was very pleasant and helpful!

They had almost everything I needed, checked me out in a timely manner.

On the way home, we noticed the ladder we bought was slightly damaged, so we immediately returned to the store. The employee who assisted us was very helpful and kind. All employees we encountered were courteous.
