**I would like to make an edit to this review - A tenured manager with Rent-A-Center called me within 24 hours of my review. He was professional and fully addressed my concerns. We have resolved the problem and he was more than willing to work with me. I am not pleased w the local store, however, it was also made clear that corporate is working to correct issues and improve local stores. I truly appreciate his promptness and concern for me as a customer. Thank you! 10/6/21****Original review 10/5/21-I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. After 1 year of being on auto-draft and never being late, I became very ill w Covid and was unable to work for 3 wks. At this time my washer stopped working, for the THIRD time. I was harassed at all hours even after explaining my situation. I had multiple belligerent conversations w them until they agreed to replace the washer...please see the pictures of the DISGUSTING USED washing machine I was delivered. I have filed a complaint w BBB in hopes to resolve this matter.
Horrible customer service!! When they do answer the phone, they act as though you’re a burden to even be calling them. And don’t let them tell you they’ll call you back, because they most certainly won’t. Surprised they’re even still in business for their overpriced junk. Do yourself a favor…and go to Rooms To Go like I did. Way better quality for half the cost!! So with that said….thanks for not calling me back about my pending online order sir. Dodged that bullet and saved over $1000 for a much better bed!

I have never been met with such disrespect when my pay check wasn’t what these people wanted. Calling late hours in the evening and even showing up after 7 pm. I’ll continue to go with American Home Furniture. These people want as much money as they can possibly get instead of 1 monthly payment making it harder for everyone else. They don’t work with you at all.
Joe and John both helped me to there fullest extent.. I highly recommend going to Rent-A-Center in Warner Robins.

They call and harass you even the day before youre payment is due. I thought it may have been just me, however my boss is always getting harassing calls the day before payment is due also. I am very glad i let the vegetable oil smelling couch go back, as I was able to purchase a nicer one for a fraction of their overpriced garbage. Do not recommend.

I went up to the Warner Robins location the other day, and it was my first time shopping at a Rent -A -Center, and I will NEVER be back. Long story short, they were rude, wasted my time by sending me from one location to another, and made me waste all of my gas thinking they were going to help me. Well I was wrong about that, when I walked into the Fort Valley location the gentleman didnt even let me speak, he just told me that he couldnt do business with me. So after i left i called the warner robins location, the lady was not only yelling and had an additude, but she hung up on me. If this is how they handle their business then count me out. Thankfully though after that disaster I was able to go to farmers home furniture in fort valley and they helped me with NO problem and I got my payments for way cheaper! I recommend going to Farmers before Rent- A -Center!
My mom got a fridge here and made the payments on it the fridge went out we called them they took 3 days for them to get someone out there after many times saying they had someone on the way there and we got tired of it so went out got a used fridge and told them there’s was in the front yard waiting on them they said we can’t do it I said we paid for it this week I can do what I want with it seems have no desire to take care of your customers that day they got it so they don’t care about there customers what so ever. I figured I would give them a second chance because my tv went out and was like got to at least give them a second chance well I was very wrong I ordered the tv online called them the next morning they said they had no idea of my order and they had already taken my money so I asked how can u not know but I can take my money so I told them I wanted a refund they said they had refunded me already ok so how u know that and not even know about my order like really so I hung up and They called me this morning I said they where going to deliver my tv I order online pay the fee then said they couldn’t because it was out of there rang then changed it up again said they where going to deliver it after they canceled my order and wanted me to make another payment so I did now I’m out 30 dollars and have yet to see a tv delivered to my house so I do not recommend anyone doing business here just a lot of conflicting information from there employee and a bunch of before nothing to happen

Had ps4 mess up and they would not fix or replace it. They let me pay it off before fixed. They attempted to fix it for 11 months. No loaner or replacement offered. Impossible to make a claim. Im just out a console that i paid off after they claimed it was fixed. Manager is extremely rude as well. Zero people skills.
Horrible customer service. Could not even honor their free same day delivery. There was no mention that deliveries were three days out until in the store for over an hour and it was included on your paid week to secure the furniture. They could only deliver 1 out of three intended items. We cancelled all other items except one for a next day delivery. They couldnt make that one as well. Horrible overall

This review is not just for this particular RAC, this is pretty much for RAC as a whole, but its crazy that RAC damn near charges double for what some of these items are worth. For a example they have a Samsung A70 online that you can lease for $25 a week; now sure thats not much but multiply that by 52 weeks and it comes out to $1300. Now heres the thing the phone itself is only worth $400 ( the price that it was and still is upon release). Thats not all, RAC 6month same as cash is $779. I say that to say this, Theres a company out of New York know as MDG Consumer Finance that sales the exact same phone at the retail price of $400 and they only charge $8.20 until the item is paid off, and theres no cost of lease service, so you pay exactly the price of the phone. The only charge you pay beforehand is a down payment which goes towards the price of the phone. So with that said I ordered the phone from MDG, who also doesnt need a a proof of residency, like a light bill, water bill, lease, or mortgage to get what you want. You just simply fill out the app, pay your down payment and a sales rep will contact you in about 30 mins. You can contact them if you want, but they will definitely give you a call once the app goes through. RAC is no longer needed for me (especially since you have to wait around in there store for over an hour to get an item) as long as MDG is still around.
Elika is the best manager this store has ever had! She is the ONLY reason why I still get things from them.
This store is absolutely horrendous! We paid a week in advance for a tv that apparently cant be delivered because I live in an RV. And NOBODY had the decency to tell me this until AFTER they were supposed to have already delivered my TV. It took us calling 3 times to find this out. The first 2 times, they just postponed delivery for later in the day, so I wasted an entire day over this!

This is horrible when it comes to business. They dont know how to treat the customers, and the staff is very rude. They will deliver bug infested bed, mold infested washers and are very harassing. They dont know how work with customer. You can make monthly payments, late, early, own time, or ask for a extension and they still threaten to take the product if your a day late.
I rent from here and I love it. They are all so nice.

This branch KNOWINGLY delivered bed bug INFESTED furniture to my resident TWO WEEKS AGO and have YET to remedy the issue aside from picking up their furniture, which Im sure went right on to the next person! This store is disgusting, immoral and should really rethink the way they do business! The delivery driver that brought the furniture told us when they picked it up that they knew it had bed bugs and just sprayed alcohol on it...a highly flammable substance...thinking this would remedy the issue! I would give ZERO stars if possible!
