Bonjour Francs! I came in on a Sunday with a rear tire that was plugged at another shop and leaking. Franc was amazing and his technical team (genius with long hair) found two holes in the tire. They were able to patch it at a very affordable and surprising price. Forever grateful to my new friends and I recommend this team to anyone locally. Thank you!

Very honest establishment.I highly recommend this location based on my meeting with Bryan.Brought my car in because I thought I needed new tires for a cross-country trip. Bryan checked out my car in about 15 minutes and told me I did not need new tires now. He said my tires are good for my road trip to Arizona. Bryan also checked my battery and the rest of the car. Called in for a full set of new tires today and Bernardo went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Not only did I get a great deal on tires I could leave with today, but they also identified and fixed the mechanical issues causing my uneven tire tread wear. Great service tonight getting front brakes and oil change. Bernardo was super friendly, knowledgeable, and awesome to work with! After looking at my car they also determined I needed rear shock absorbers. Because I was getting extensive service, my oil change was free- who does that these days? Thanks so much to the team at Waltham Mavis! I was able to pop in after work and have everything completed within a couple of hours. The car rides great now! I will be back!

Highly recommend! Called a few tire places and wasnt able to get through - when I called Mavis they told me I could come in later that afternoon. When I arrived they took care of removing the nail in my tire right away and were super friendly. A task I was dreading dealing with turned out to be as easy as could be. Great experience at this Mavis! I got a few flats on the highway and the tow driver recommended these guys. So glad they did! Welcoming, well spoken have and very helpful at the same time. When I called the person that picked up who I think was Bernardo was very nice. Asked me to come in. So I walked in and at cashier there was this guy called Patrick he was very nice helpful showed what I really needed. They also worked fast enough for me to live quickly since I hard to go to work. I picked up a nail on Sunday and randomly drove into Mavis Tire in Waltham to see if by chance they could help me out. They took me right in and fixed the tire.. I came here with my first changing tire experience, after going from tire place to tire place. Mind you, I don’t know much about tires. I called and someone really friendly answered my car and set my appointment right way. As soon as I arrived. They took my car in and Bernardo was really friendly and helpful. He even went to see if I had any discounts available (unfortunately I didn’t but the thought counts) Franzi was also kind. Bernardo answered all my questions and explained to me everything I needed to know. My tire had exploded (literally) but I trust them with my Audi completely and definitely WILL be coming back in the future.

I came in at the end-of-day on a Sunday when my tire pressure light kept turning on. They saw me right away, found a small metal piece that was letting air out of my tires, and fixed it for free! They also checked the tires for corrosion or other issues, but didnt find anything, which was a huge relief. They were very friendly and thorough!

While staying at a local hotel, traveling from Florida, my check battery light came on the dashboard of my 2008 Honda Pilot.Not having a relationship with a local mechanic can always be nerve wracking, so I found national tire in battery.I walked in on a Friday afternoon and met Bernardo and Frendzi and we immediately hit it off like were old friends, and I felt like I was in good hands.The computer analysis determined the alternator and battery needed to be replaced, the belt looked good and didnt need to be changed,, and they gave me a quote for how much it would cost.I did a quick search on the Internet and found the average cost was higher than theirs, so I thought it was a fair price.They did the work in a couple of hours and when the final bill was done it came in $30 less than originally quoted, even though they ran into challenges with rusted bolts that cost them more time than they anticipated.The next day I noticed there was a whining sound coming from the engine, when I accelerated, so I brought it back and they determined that the belt needed to be replaced which they did at no charge...I cant recommend these guys enough... they are fair, friendly and professional and have a great personality in their customer interaction.If I was a local resident, I would give them all my automotive business...and I recommend you do to...

NTB and specifically Bernardo was wonderful and more than helpful today with my vehicle! This was my first stop since moving to Mass in May to help with my tire issue, and I’m now a guaranteed lifer for all (hopefully none but) future car concerns!

I will never, under any circumstance come back to this NTB,I was here for a tire change. I got my two front tires changed, there was no one else there. I was there over TWO HOURS.The man who had an accent and was helping me at the desk was so inappropriate and made me so uncomfortable, not to mention how absolutely rude he was to the elderly man who was actually working on my car.First, I was waiting in the lobby and he heard me answer the phone with our wedding venue, and he then told me not to get married and be with him instead. He kept talking about how getting married is to have many children and how if I told him when and where my wedding was he would send me the biggest most beautiful flowers. He continually made harassment comments and made me so uncomfortable for the two hours I was there, I pretty much paid over $300 to be harassed. I was the only person in the lobby and was so nervous as he would not leave the desk and kept making comments.Next, the elderly man who worked on my car was so kind and wanted to ensure I needed my brakes also changed, the man who was at the desk yelled at him for questioning the customer. I did not get my brakes changed because I needed to get out of there.

My Sunday morning started baldly. I woke up to find I had a flat tire on my Jeep Compass. Most tire companies in the Metrowest area are closed on Sunday. Fortunately Mavis Tires & Brakes was open, and they suggested I bring the car in right away. The customer care specialist (Franz) was very helpful, and had the tire repaired right away - even though they were short-staffed. Excellent service - thank you!

They were so helpful! I had a nail in my tire and the tire was discontinued. Other shops wouldn’t help me and told me I would have to get all 4 tires even though the tires were less than a year old. The team in Waltham were able to remove the nail, check all the tires and balance and align them for me in just a few minutes! Can’t thank them enough for saving me so much money!
